Marie Danielle is an absolute genius. When we met at our venue’s open house it became immediately clear that her passion and vision for her craft was unparalleled, and no one else even came close. From a selection of posts we made on Pinterest, Marie Danielle was able to not only design beautiful floral arrangements, but she also helped us to create our entire aesthetic for the wedding, with elements that we didn’t even realize we were drawn to at first. I’d say she must be a psychic if I didn’t know exactly how hard she works to find out the couple’s desires and make events stunningly beautiful. Of all of our vendors, we gave Marie Danielle almost complete creative freedom and trust and she did not disappoint. Our guests are STILL talking about our flowers! -

Marie Danielle and A Votre Services are top-notch. I had a goal of celebrating my husband and making sure he was represented throughout our wedding. I wanted a mix of fresh Fall flowers, succulents, and dried flowers. Marie Danielle fully understood what I was looking to do, and was able to create floral arrangements and tablescapes that captured his masculinity yet were bright, colorful, classy, and elegant.
We had arrangements in many different spaces at our venue. Each one was unique and had a special presence. The quality of the flowers she used was unbelievable! The succulents lasted for two months; and eight months later, I still have an arrangement of dried flowers in a vase on my dining room table. They look brand new!
She herself is a phenomenal woman, gifted with creativity and a love of beauty. She was easy to work with and attentive to my needs. Marie Danielle believes in providing quality service and outstanding products. As a bride, I could not have asked for more. A huge thank you to Marie Danielle and A Votre Services.

Jiji Sent on 11/11/2010Danielle and her staff did an awesome job on our wedding. They made things very organized. They are very professional. Highly recommended. The first time we met Danielle she already had an idea of what we want for our wedding. The moment you talk to her you know that you are in good hands. She is very easy to talk to and very accomodating to our needs. She does take care of her clients. I don't think we'll be able to have our dream wedding without her assistance. Thanks Danielle! Nagaeda Sent on 12/26/2011I met Marie Danielle, owner of A Votre Service Events, at a showcase. My husband & I were very impressed with her and her presentation the night we met her. We interviewed a few more planners but eventually went with her because we weren't impressed with anyone else like we were with her. She was very helpful during the wedding planning process. She gave a lot of advice, always offered her help, fast feedback (which I love! I hate waiting days for a reply) & is very knowledgable.
A few of the cons that I came across: 1) a few of my other vendors complained to me after the wedding that they only received the timeline for the wedding day, the day before and they later told me that a lot of things got thrown off because the timeline wasn't the best and they received it so last minute that they didn't have enough time to go over it and make changes 2) I didn't actually see her or a member of her crew until around 3pm, my wedding started at 6pm. There was alot going on before hand and a few vendors kept asking where is my planner so I wasn't happy to see her for the first time only a few hours before the wedding. 3) There was a misunderstanding that occurred during my ceremony that I was told about a few days after the wedding. I called Marie to ask her if she knew what had happened because I was in the bridal suite and I knew she was downstairs with the guests so she would be able to shed some light into the situation for me. Well I was not to happy with our conversation, because the response I received was the situation was my fault because I didn't make my requests clear enough on the form she gave me to fill out and there were alot of mishaps that night, etc. I wasn't calling to point the finger or to put blame on anyone just wanted to know what happened. The conversation really put a sour taste in my mouth. The vibe I got from that conversation was: as a customer I didn't have any right to ask any questions and if there was something off then it was my problem, her part was done. Looking back, I am not sure if we got what we paid for.À Votre Service Events's reply:
We at A Votre Service Events always welcome and appreciate feedback from all our clients as we continually evaluate our services. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, as one will see displayed in all of our prior, stellar reviews below.
We have been told on many occasions (by vendors and clients alike) that the Wedding day itinerary / timeline that we put together is one of the most thorough as it includes not only the exact timing for all wedding day details, but information pertaining to all vendors, special instructions from our clients, etc.
Once an itinerary is devised, all details are subjected to review and approval by our clients well prior to the wedding day, then we share the approved information with other vendors. In the case of this wedding, the itinerary was sent for our clients' review and approval 10 days prior to the wedding day, but it was not returned to us until only 2 days prior to the wedding. Based on the wedding day logistics, it was also noted and approved that Marie Danielle from A Votre Service Events along with other team members would arrive at 3:00 PM and they arrived at the 3:00 PM time- as was approved by client.
On our itinerary, we do ask that pertinent details and special requests are disclosed as soon as possible so that our team can account for them. A successful wedding requires the sharing of information from both sides- the client and the consultant.
While we always assist our clients with questions regarding etiquette... ie. which family members are usually a part of one's ceremony processional, the final decision is always up to our clients who he / she wish to include. And in some cases there is hurt feelings on the part of those individuals who were excluded.
Again, at A Votre Service Events, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, as we pride ourselves on going above and beyond what is expected and contracted by our clients. In this particular case, our client noted above that we readily offered our assistance in resolving issues, even though many of the situations were not tasks that were included in our contract.
