    Regal venue!

    We had the most wonderful experience being at this venue. Scott was our go-to person and he was super responsive and flexible with us. He was always willing to let us see the venue and very helpful in the day of planning and also helping our during wedding day. We got so many compliments on how regal the space looked.

    First Class all the way

    All of our guest said our wedding was the best one they have ever been to. I know that a lot of that had to do with 1451 and what the place looks like and offers. Scott and his crew are the most professional people you will meet. He is very organized and during the rehearsal (had ceremony and reception at 1451), took command on how we wanted the day to look like. That is what the wedding party needs to make your day run smoothly as if there is no direction people will do what they want and you will be disappointed. It has to be the most classiest venues in Milwaukee. They add all the special touches that you would want to make your day as special as it should be.

    We just got married at Renaissance Place over Labor Day Weekend and had an incredible time! Scott, one of Renaissance Place’s two venue coordinators, made planning a breeze, and honestly was a huge influence on our decision to go with Renaissance Place. He was responsive to queries, easy to work with, and made our wedding such a fun and enjoyable event. We planned from out of state and ended up having to change our initial date due to a military deployment. Scott was understanding and easily helped us shift everything. He worked with us on every detail and helped us choose a bar package that was within budget. When our caterer lost their operating space, Scott was ready with suggestions on options, and we relied on him for advice on so many other components of the wedding. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful—so elegant and classy on its own. We’re going to miss emails from Scott and the staff. They made our wedding a huge success. Thank you!!

    I think all of these reviews really speak for themselves. The Renaissance Place is a stunning venue with staff that makes your wedding planning a breeze and helps the day run smoothly. Since the place only does events, especially weddings, they have everything running like clockwork. Scott and Mike are a joy to work with. If there is something you are forgetting they have it covered. We worked mainly with Scott, and he was very responsive and very helpful in answering all of my questions. They do a complete walk through with you and the caterer a couple weeks before the wedding, which really puts you at ease. It is all the small things that Scott, Mike, and all of the Renaissance Place do that really make this the perfect wedding venue.

    They were WONDERFUL! The facility is gorgeous and all of my friends and family loved it. My husband and I keep trying to think of other parties we could book this place for, if only we had more money to do it! I highly recommend it, it's so very worth it. Mike did a really great job and he was so helpful to us, even though we had a few boisterous family members.

    We just had our wedding reception at this venue and I literally cannot stop talking about how fabulous it was. The venue itself is gorgeous and can accommodate a large guest count (or small). Beyond the beauty of the venue, the staff is stellar. Mike and Scott run the venue and made my wedding day as stress free as possible. I had a wedding of 230 guests and planned the entire thing without a wedding planner, which would have been impossible without their help. They answered emails very quickly and were responsive to every question I had, big or small. They were open and receptive to budget concerns and were reassuring every step of the way. When it came time to set-up for the big day, they were hands on, offered suggestions when needed, and most importantly, helped me keep my sanity. The entire night went off without a hitch, thanks to their expertise. They genuinely appreciated the work that goes into planning a wedding and made sure that all of my hard work payed off. I would absolutely recommend them to any newly engaged couples looking for a venue. Quite literally cannot say enough about how wonderful they were!!!!!!!!!

    We cannot say enough about our experience at the Renaissance Place. My husband and I chose this venue for our wedding on June 21st. We had the privilege of working with Mike Valentine. Mike went above and beyond to help make our day perfect and as stress free as possible. The facility is gorgeous and we received nothing but compliments from our guests all night! Having adequate, available parking was an added bonus especially in the downtown/east side area of Milwaukee. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. The staff was professional and pleasant. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking to have an amazing, stress free, and grand wedding.

    This is the most beautiful venue at the most reasonable price. Not only that - you will get two amazing coordinators to work with. Mike & Scott sincerely care about you and your wedding. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. 1451 Renaissance Place is an amazing place to have your special day!

    The Renaissance Place was a beautiful venue and we received so many compliments from guests. It is great to have the lower area for cocktails, upper area for dinner/dancing, and the balcony as well. Scott was awesome to work with! He is so professional and everything ran so smoothly. He offered us some great advice with planning from his years of experience. He was always prompt with getting back to us and really listened to our vision. I would recommend the Renaissance Place and Scott to anyone!

    I had the pleasure of working with the coordinators at the Renaissance Place for my winter wedding last year. I worked with Scott and Mike, who both did an amazing job! The venue itself is defines itself with elegance for those looking for a vintage yet classic feel. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in event planning and immediately made me feel comfortable. He had weddings down to a science, and gave me a list of everything I needed to complete. He was extremely organized, which every bride needs. Another plus is that you are able to bring in a desired caterer. This venue has the ability to have everything at the same location. I had my ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception there, so my guests did not have to go to multiple sites. I loved that I had the entire building for the night, with lots of different spaces for people to gather. I received many, many compliments from my guests regarding the elegance and space. I highly recommend the Renissance Place as a venue for a truly beautiful wedding/reception.

    From the moment I walked into 1451 Renaissance Place, I fell in love! The building is beautiful. But that wasn't the main reason I chose it to have my wedding reception. I choose it because of Mike. He is one of the coordinators that works there. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, he was quick to respond to my emails and always assured me that he would take care of everything the day of the wedding. And he delivered!!! I didn't have to do a single thing! He coordinated all the vendor arrivals and took care of any issues that arose. If there was an issue, I didn't even know about it.... that's how good he was! Our day went extremely smoothly and couldn't have been more perfect!

    Michael is fantastic. I felt like a princess at Renaissance Place, it is the most beautiful wedding venue! I loved that there was enough room for all the little kids to run around and play without knocking anyone over! The service is impeccable I can't speak highly enough about it. Michael was willing to set out my decorations the day of because they had an even the evening before and everything was perfectly placed. Love love love Renaissance Place!

    Scott and his staff are amazing. They take great pride in their venue and make sure it is represented well. Our vendors were very excited to work our event there. In fact, many vendors while we were shopping around when we mentioned our venue we also got a smile and a nod. The bar prices are crazy and they have strict rules, but that is how places make their money. At the end of the event, you will feel like the fantasy bride you want to be.

    This was an amazing place to get married. Scott was my consultant. He was so great to me, and made sure everything went smoothly. I was not stressed out about a single thing that day because Scott was there organizing everything and everybody. The place is beautiful and the staff were amazing! Highly recommend!

    this is a beautiful hall with wonderful photographic opportunities. Both my husband and I were impressed by the interior and exterior design. We were able to accommodate 300 guests and they were flexible about our options for catering options.
