  We asked Venus to be our officiant, she was very easy to work with and she took the time and attention to learn about us prior to wedding. She's professional, prompt and I would definitely recommend her service to anyone who's looking for a great and fun officiant for their wedding.

  We're very happy to find her and had her as our officiant.
  She was very easy to work with, helpful, and open-minded.

  My husband and I were referred to Venus by my sister and I am so thankful for that. Venus made our ceremony fit Jared and I perfectly. It was like she had known us for years and was part of the family and friends who were there to celebrate with us. We got to talking over email and then set up a Skype meeting where we were able to get to know one another a little better and put a face to the names. She is very personable. After the Skype meeting she sent us a questionnaire asking us a little more personal questions just so she could really get a feel for who we were as individuals swell as a couple. She was extremely helpful with giving ideas of how the ceremony will run and let us sculpt it to fit us. Venus was able to meet up with us at the rehearsal which was super helpful and was on time to the wedding. She had my vows printed out as well as my husband. The ceremony went perfectly I couldn't have asked for a better officiant who really made our day even more special. It was perfect! Thank You Venus!

  We could not have asked for a more incredible officiant than Venus. From the very first Skype call, when I was in Washington DC, my fiancé was traveling overseas, and Venus in California, Venus got up at 8am on Sunday morning to make sure we could all connect and learn as much as possible about who we are and what we want for our ceremony. From that day on she went out of her way to make our ceremony incredibly special. We wanted to write our own vows and create a ceremony that reflected our different cultural backgrounds (Japanese and Indian) as well as one that embodied what made us work as a couple. Venus was extremely informative, genuinely supportive, and completely flexible, and the three of us worked out a ceremony that we felt was the most beautiful and complete reflection of ourselves. This would have been impossible without Venus’ guidance, questions, information, and truly open ears and heart. On the day of the wedding, Venus’ preparation and her smiling face made our union simply perfect. And, it was not only the two of us who felt this way about her – every guest at our wedding said it was one of the most honest, unique, and beautiful ceremonies they had ever seen. She truly is the best!

  No words can truly describe how fantastic Venus is!! We were both so happy with absolutely everything about ceremony, but especially the entire process of how she got to know us - and how we worked together on crafting the ceremony together so it would be PERSONAL to us.
  I was afraid we would be a high maintenance couple since we had specific things in mind for how to craft our ceremony. To my surprise - she makes every ceremony very tailored to each couple. She told our story of how we met and fell in love, what it meant to have our families travel long distances and meet for the first time, and introduced each of us before we read our personally-written vows. The ceremony was sentimental and touching, yet at times got a few great laughs from our guests - without being even a bit cheesy or even too casual.
  Venus got to know us as a couple both over the phone and on skype since my schedule didn't really allow for us to meet in person. She asked us really great questions, and even had us answer a few questions separately, so that she could see what marriage meant to each of us individually.
  By asking us to each write down the answers to a few questions she posed to us, she was able to edit together our own words, making is really seem like the ceremony was truly genuine to US as a couple.
  I don't think there was one guest at our wedding who did not comment on how touching the ceremony was. Most everyone said it was by far the BEST wedding ceremony they had ever attended.   Venus not only was a wonderful Officiant, she is a great friend. She made our wedding day a very memorable day. It was very personal to have someone who knew us so well officiate over our ceremony. Venus, I wish a could get married all over again just to have you perform the ceremony. Thank you friend for helping me marry my best friend.

  Venus is an officiant that will create the ceremony to reflect the couple, not a generic script that all officiants use. This is one of the best things about her. She will work with you until it is perfect and does a great job at the ceremony!! I was so lucky to have find Venue a month before my wedding, and even more lucky that she was available. She books one wedding per day so you don't have to worry about her beginning late or laving early!

  Venus was AMAZING!!!! She created a special ceremony that totally represented us as individuals and as a couple! The ceremony was perfect in every way imaginable!   We had our wedding on the 27th of August 2012, Venus was our celebrant and every step of the way she was there for us. As we are from the UK we could only communicate with Venus via Emails, this however made no impact in the high level of service we were given, we felt comfortable and a ease to know everything was taken care of. On the day Venus was early, a great public speaker and very clear. We could not have had a better day and our ceremony went smoothly thanks to our lovely and friendly celebrant.   Venus helped make our wedding as special as humanly and perhaps, divinely, possible! She responded to my request with total understanding, all the right questions, all the stuff I forgot about, all the stuff I was too blissed out to plan. My husband and I have been married for six months, and look at our pictures and have them up all over our place, sent 'me to everyone we know- and Venus took some of them for us - I handed her my camera phone and she caught some moments no one else could have! I really wanted someone to officiate that "got" us - she had fun she made everything About us, and really put her heart and soul into our day. I couldn't recommend her enough. We can look back on our moment with such joy, she was one of the people there, not just someone doing their job. If you want someone to really be Present at your wedding... contact Venus. Did I mention she dealt with all my goofy emails, point by point and didn't stress me out, At All??

She listened to what my husband and I wanted and came back with great ideas. Her writing was heartfelt and special. She has such a wonderful personality and her smile will light up the room. I couldn't be happier with how our wedding went. I recommend Venus to any couple who doesn't want that run-of-the-mill type person heading their wedding.   Venus did an outstanding job at our wedding. Her experience and suggestions made for a very successful intercultural ceremony. My wife and I decided to plan the wedding on our own, and it was quite the task since we are both overworked professionals.
  
  I felt like we were flying blind then we began talking to Venus. She helped make things elaborate yet simple and was very flexible with our schedules. She provided many examples as we were trying to zero in on how to conduct the ceremony. Getting a hold of her was easy, and she addressed our concerns promptly.
  
  There were some bumps on the actual wedding day since members of the groom's party and bride's maids couldn't all make rehearsal, but Venus was quick at making adjustments on the fly. Everything worked out great, and she did a great job communicating with the audience.

  We found Venus through our caterer who recommended her services. I reviewed her website at ceremonyceremony.com and was really impressed by what she had to say, her openness, and the inclusiveness of her services. However, I think you can't really know if a connection will work or not until you meet the person, and it was really important to my husband and I that we feel comfortable and open with our officiant. The ceremony itself was the MOST important part of the whole day and we had very definite ideas about how we wanted it to be.

  Venus was a lifesaver! Two days before the ceremony, we realized our arranged officiant was not going to work out. Seeming disaster. Amazingly and thankfully, I came across her site. Venus was simply amazing. From the start, she was responsive and so nice! You felt that it was important to her that your ceremony was actually meaningful and not just a simple cookie cutter routine.
  Despite the lack of lead time, she was clearly a pro. She worked closely with us to create a ceremony that would feel personal and relevant. And it was! She got perfectly what we wanted to achieve and delivered a touching, relevant ceremony. Our families were impressed.

  Venus was amazing! I really cant say enough good things about her. She was kind, friendly, genuine, professional and made us feel very comfortable around her. When we first met her at the local Starbucks, we knew right away that she was the officiant for us. Her genuine personalitity was what sold me. I knew that she would create a ceremony that was perfect for us. She stayed in contact via email throughout the entire process and was always there to answer my questions. At the rehearsal, she was able to run everything perfectly. My mom, sister and best friend immediatley commented on how great and nice she was. They knew she was going to be perfect too! We were able to see and edit the ceremony a week before the wedding so that we knew exactly what she would say and there wouldnt be any surprises. At the ceremony, she made us feel like it was just the three of us standing up there and that there werent 100 people staring at us! I would definetly recommend Venus to anyone!

  When my husband I started planning for our wedding, we had the intention to meet with several officiants. After we met with Venus, we had made our decision on the spot. She spent over an hour and a half. She spent the time to get to know us a lot! Venus made the effort to make sure what we wanted was what we got! She basically went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything that turned out. After the wedding was over, their was an issue with our marriage license. She went out of her way to call the recorders office to find out what happened. It turned out it was a paper work issue on the recorders end. Her job ended as soon as she put that marriage license in the mail but again, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Her personality is contagious and she is such a sweet person. It would be in your best interest to hire her on the spot! Once you meet her, you will know what I mean.

  Venus was an absolute dream to work with! She spoke with the two of us before hand and came up with a customized wedding ceremony that was both special and meaningful to us both. I would highly recommend Venus Stojsic and her services as she was top-notch all the way!

  I was very blessed to have Venus marry my husband and I. She was warm and very helpful. She made our ceremony so tailored to what we wanted it was perfect. People even asked me after the ceremony if they could get a copy of it.

  If you are looking for a truly personal experience when it comes to creating a ceremony that is right for you, Venus is your officiant. She is the kind of person you could chat for hours with about life... a very personable and intelligent person.
  
  What I find the most unique about Venus's expertise is that she is able to incorporate all kinds of ceremonies and traditions into your wedding in order to make your day right for you. She is reasonably priced and very professional. She will work on your ceremony until it is exactly how you want it!!! I met with several other officiants who charged almost twice as much as Venus for a ceremony that they have done dozens of time. I think the fact that she writes your ceremony for YOU sets her apart from the others and really is of great value to those who want something unique.
  
  I knew that Venus was the officiant for us because she is non-judgmental and truly believes this ceremony is for you and your partner and should be preformed according to your preferences. Venus is VERY flexible and can give you the type of ceremony you want, whether it is traditional or not.
  
  My husband and I wanted something that was gender neutral and non-religious that also included our different personalities and backgrounds. Venus more than delivered!
  It was difficult to find someone who would put in the time and effort to create a ceremony that was personalized for us. Most clergy and officiants have their ceremonies created ahead of time and do not change much. I even met someone who presented three different ceremonies like it was a menu. (Would you like "beef, chicken, or fish"?) These types of officiants claim to be flexible, but when I asked them if they could make the ceremony non-religious, they refused. Unlike these types, Venus does not let her own opinions get in the way of how you envision your ceremony.
  
  Don't settle for the scripts that other officiants write and recycle for every wedding they officiate! Make your day as unique as your relationship is!
