  It was so wonderful to have Heather and Tony from A Perfect Plan there to help coordinate our special day. They went above and beyond to coordinate all the vendors and bridal party, smooth over any little snags, and keep everyone happy and having fun! Our wedding went so well and we had no real problems and I think that was because any issues never got all the way to us-- as the bride and groom, we just got to sit back and enjoy the day! I would go into more detail, but I know everyone's wedding day is different and everyone has different stuff to be taken care of. Just know that this team is well equipped to help you from A to Z on all of your preparation and wedding day needs :)

  Heather Bell was fantastic! My wife, Brittney, planned the entire wedding and was very nervous about what would happen on the day of. After being referred to Heather she had no worries. I believe Heather offers the best value out of any wedding planners. She kept in touch throughout the planning process and was there 110% the entire weekend. I was so impressed with her and her assistants' efforts to make the day run as smooth as possible and to ensure that Brittney and Bill had to worry about nothing at all. Their attitudes were fabulous as well - always positive, helpful, smiling, and calm.   My now husband and I were planning our wedding back in the beginning of 2013 I was pregnant and trying to get everything done before our little one arrived we had been together for 6 years at this point and I knew everything I wanted for my wedding. Well much to my surprise our little girl was going to send me on a ride of 4 months bed rest. This meant no vendor visits no shopping nothing. Everything was put on hold. Then my girl came into the world and wedding planning still on hold! (for a good reason) I brought my wedding planning everywhere but just could never find the time between 2 jobs, baby and opposite schedule of my husband to get the information and planning done. I was sitting on the computer one time and found A Perfect Plan on Hudson valley weddings website. So I thought to my self whats the worst that is going to happen. At this point I was doing everything my self no help from much of the family and I was losing my mind. My family is very old fashion and still believes a wedding of 150 people can be thrown together days before. My first thought is I am going to tell my friends and family about A Perfect Plan maybe this will send the message "I need Help!" I spoke to Heather in less than just a few hours of when I sent the request in and with much of my surprise I loved her. She seemed so professional on the phone and so understanding. When I met with her all we kept repeating was we wanted the reception and wedding different from Everyone else's who had ever had there's at the same Venue! I could not stress that enough. I gave her the information I had and before I knew it the next day I had my first time line! Hired instantly! Right up until the day of my wedding through sweat arguments with friends and family and tears, Heather stood by me helping me making sure my day was spectacular! She made my day beautiful perfect and amazing I cried when I walked in my room! Without Heather I would have never had my Perfect Day!

  We hired A Perfect Plan based on a friend using there services and Heather's great reviews. Heather went above and beyond to make sure every tiny detail was in place before and throughout our wedding. Heather always came up with great ideas for those of us who are not exactly sure of what they want and that made the planning process go much smoother. She is always available and is extremely flexible. We couldn't have managed to have such a beautiful wedding day without her.

  We hired A Perfect Plan based on a friend using there services and Heather's great reviews. One more thing, Heather made all of our centerpieces and transformed a simple event space into a holiday wonderland. Everything was just perfect.

Heather was an extremely valuable member of our team, whom we can always count on to get the job done. She has been involved in countless fundraisers, event planning as well as budget analysis. Her very positive personality had a major effect on the board and our ability to work well as a team. She always has fresh ideas and is not afraid to "think outside the box." Heather is a roll up your sleeves kind of person, who pays particular attention to details. Her attention to details insured that our events were run flawlessly.   A Perfect Plan was hired to help us plan our wedding. Little did we know Heather would be helping us with every single facet of this wedding. I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we couldn’t have pulled off such a wonderful event without her. She really took the time to figure out who we were, what we liked and definitely noted what we disliked. Heather weeded through the hundreds of local vendors for us and recommended a select group of photographers, florists, bands, and videographers that she thought we might mesh well with. Thanks to her, we ended up with the BEST vendors ever!
  
  One of the things that made this whole process so enjoyable was Heathers knowlege of Military dress, ceremony, and tradition. My fiance being military was impressed and very greatful! She knew exactly what to do and when to do it. That took alot of the stress off of him. Heather took care of most of the work and kept us organized, on track, and entirely minimized the pre-wedding panic that I see a lot of brides experience.
  Yes, Heather is a wedding planner and she pulled off a totally spectacular event that we will never forget. But Heather is so much more than that. She is a friend, she is a therapist, and she is ready, willing, and able to deal with anything (think: family drama, bridal anxiety, emergency seamstress-ing when a dress bustle rips, etc, etc). Heather was always available by phone or email, she is incredibly responsive, and she is SO on top of everything. Ridiculously organized and a perfectionist. On the wedding day, Heather will make absolutely SURE that nothing goes wrong and that everyone is doing what they should do and is where they ought to be at exactly the right time! Heather was the ideal wedding planner and we are so thankful that we found her!
