  Fantastic!

  The group of guys who came to set everything up for our reception were awesome! Not only did they get their equipment set up perfectly, but they took time in the middle to assist us with moving our other equipment around the venue to where we needed it. This company made sure we had everything we needed and the set up looked fantastic!

  We had a great experience with ABC from start to finish. They were so flexible as we made multiple tweaks and changes leading up to the wedding. Whenever I called in to the office the girls who answered were so sweet and helpful. They prepared multiple options and gave helpful suggestions as we have never planned anything this large before so we welcomed all the help we could get. Wonderful customer service.

  We rented pipe and drape, an arch, and a unity candle holder for our ceremony. We used two different locations but both were professional and willing to help in any way. The pick-ups and returns were quick and easy and the whole process was simple. I will definitely use them in the future!!

  My wedding was an organizational nightmare - involving 350 guests, two cultures, the National Park Service, three different locations, and an outdoor reception with exactly 0 facilities. The team and ABC Party and Tent Rentals made it all go 100% smoothly. Nate, Tracy, and Charlie THANKYOU!!
  
  They delievered my items a day in advance, worked with my decorating team to drape the ceilings of a 20 foot high, 4000Sq foot tent, were flexible with adding and deleting items up to a month before the wedding, and were SO responsive with emails and phone calls.
  
  Their patience and professionalism is amazing!

  We rented coolers and a red carpet from abc rental and it was a great choice! They were easy to work with and so accessible. I definitely recommend them.

  Great tent, chair and table, and linen rental. The tent was way better than expected and looked gorgeous. The team was very easy to get a hold of and very quick with emailing me updated contracts. The day they delivered they forgot a table and said they would be back later that night. The next day was my wedding, so I was a little nervous, I called them at 8am when they opened and they said they were on their way. They got there around 10 and I was relieved. A company of their word.

  Loved this company. Really easy to work with, very accommadating and friendly.......
  Their workers who put up the teny did a great job. Tables, chairs etc. were clean upon arrival. They picked up and dropped off at arranged times......

  ABC was as easy as 123 to work with!

  Friendly staff, professional, easy to work with. I mostly worked with Charlie Rajala. He was great! My event went off without a hitch.

  ABC Rental is a very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable company to work with. I researched the inventory of what they had to offer pretty extensively before I called, but one of their associates named Joanna Hoyt still double checked everything to make sure that it would all come together perfectly. She, as well as other employees, worked very hard to meet any of my requests. The only problem I encountered was with some of the tent leg covers. They have a manager come out to inspect your site and make sure that you are going to be getting everything you ordered and that it will be functional with the venue. He decided that I only needed 8 ft covers for about 6 of the tent legs and they ended up being too short. It was disappointing and ugly but my mother in law fixed the worst looking spots with some white bed sheets. I understood that he was only trying to save me some money and I appreciated that. It was an honest mistake. The crew that assembled/tore down the tent was awesome and fast! Everything else I ordered was perfect. Check out their site for a full list of prices before you decide that a tent is the way to go. It was a little spendy (over half of the entire wedding budget) but it was also worth it. It made for an amazing backdrop, beautiful photos, and the guests couldn't stop raving about it. The tent liner and chandeliers made it feel like a ballroom. The dance floor was also perfect it laid completely flat on the grassy yard. It really was the best part of my wedding as far as the decor went. Overall great experience.

  Our venue did not include the linens and tableware. We went through ABC to rent these for our wedding. The quality of the tableware was good. The linens came a little wrinkled but after steaming them, they were fine. The price of the rental was a little shocking. The price was almost double what our venue estimated. The staff members were extremely helpful and always willing to help!

  I'm going to be honest here. I did not love my interactions with ABC Party and Tent Rental. Unfortunately my venue only allowed me to rent from them so I was stuck and tried to make the best out of it. The products and prices they offer are competitive and fair, however, the phone staff are unbearable to work with. I have 16 different quotes/contracts because they do not pay detailed attention when speaking with you over the phone and then just send an automated email with updates they assume you want instead of confirming. Then you have to call back and fix the work they messed up - thus 16 different quotes. I even spoke with the "manager" who then sent me the correct quote, but when I replied to his email, again was sent back to a phone staff member's automated email - very frustrating. When speaking to them on the phone, they act as if they are annoyed you are on the phone, don't have time for you and could care less if they keep your business. So customer service, they get an F in my book, but value for the product was fair so I don't want to knock that.

My bridesmaids spent hours wiping them down the day before the event, and a few were so stained with wine that they were unusable. My caterer was also frustrated that they are the only rental company she has ever used that requires their rental China be totally rinsed. Just don't expect great quality in your items.

  Save the stress

  Paid 1,200.00 for a Tent and table rental and they brought me this. Called them 7 times and received no call back, sent an email and received no email back. My daughter had to clean the tent herself on the day of her own party with a 6 foot ladder and 7 rolls of bounty paper towels. We tried to speak to them when they picked the tent up on Monday and they said they just pickup and deliver tents they are unable to help us with our complaints. Went to the BBB and was told they are doing nothing to compensate us for this disgusting tent. The employee who answered the complaint was insulting and the worst example of customer service. They stated they cant help if they bring it dirty because they are busy. So glad i found this out before they were used for any weddings. WORST COMPANY AND WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY ARENT WILLING TO FIX IT SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE/HEADACHE!
