    Worst nightmare of my wedding amongst other vendors

    I contracted this dubious guy, only to find out I ve made a mistake before my wedding. My husband would not let me break the contract regardless of the deposit. His spoken words r convincing but his contract is contradictory n after getting u, that’s what he goes by n never stick to the content on his contract except for the monetary part that favors him. He came to my hotel the morning of the wedding faking a stomach problem, rolling in the floor of my hotel room, rude to my bridesmaid n people around, no professionalism. I asked him to leave cos I already have a bad taste in my mouth about him before the wedding, was glad he got a replacement ( sams photo), someone I actually wanted to switch the contract to n that made my day. My guest loved the personality of the replaced photographer Sam. The contract states am to collect my pics on dec 1st, 90 days of my wedding. I heard nothing from Accusol until my husband contacted him mid November n he promised to send the link but did not, my husband called him again n that was when he sent the link, at this point requesting his balance which he told me is due when the albums, portrait n digital is ready. I stayed out of the picture of their conversation cos I can’t stand this their. My husband requested when we can collect our pics if he decides to pay the balance $570, out of the total cost of $1900, he told my husband “I can’t b specific about any dates” which is contrary to his contract. He remembers the contract says to collect his balance after the wedding but not the client collecting their pics 90 days after. At this point my husband regretted stopping me from cancelling the contract n washed his hands off the issue giving a go ahead to deal with him myself. He has refused to give me my album even though all I want is to have a one on one exchange of his money n my pics. He has a history of collecting all his money n the client has to start running after him for their pics n that’s why am not paying completely, when my pics is ready call me n I ll hand ur money to u as u hand my pics to me, but he refused. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON patronize him, he will b ur nightmare, wedding is stressful Enof, to add this guy to ur stress is a mistake anyone should not make. To Accusol, ur fond of saying u don’t know ur clients when they write a review on my page, my name is Mary, wedding date sept 1st 2018. U can’t deny me, don’t let me take this case to court.
