We used the 33 passenger shuttle with the driver Craig. Craig was so extremely supportive in everything. Our guests absolutely loved him, you can tell he truly enjoys what he is doing. He was able to make multiple runs to our hotel to pick up guests, pick my bridesmaids and I up and brought us to the ceremony, took our guests down to the reception area, and back to the hotel. After a phone call with him you could tell he truly wanted to make our wedding as seamless as possible in whatever way he could! He even let us use the shuttle for a little pre-reception photo shoot! -

I didn't get to spend much time with our driver Sam, but he did a fabulous job making sure that our bridal party all made it home safely after our wedding down the mountain from Overlook Barn in Banner Elk. He rolled out a little red carpet for us getting on / off the van and helped everyone with the step in / out as well, he had a high level of professionalism. Craig was also a tremendous help in figuring out what we needed for our wedding day and he seems to be a truly honest businessman. Would highly recommend their services. -

The staff at Air Haven were so helpful and kind to us and our wedding guests. The drivers went out of their way to accommodate everyone. The staff was responsive to all of our emails and questions. They gave us updated quotes every time we tweaked our reservation. I recommend hiring Air Haven for your event! -

I could write a book about how amazing Air Haven was! From start to finish planning was seamless, they were extremely flexible to changes leading up to the wedding. We rented the trolley for our guest (which was stunning, and they talked about how much they enjoyed the ride), van for guest and bridal party (which was the fanciest van I have ever sat in), and the beautiful excalibur for are fare well. BUT IT DIDN'T STOP THERE. At the very last minute the guest decided they wanted the party to go on after the wedding. Air Haven was so flexible and drove us and all guest to another location, and stayed VERY LATE in the night to then drive them back to their hotels. Delightful staff, flexible staff, and beautiful vehicles. LOOK NO FURTHER if you need transportation for your event! -

Craig was our driver, and he went above and beyond to take care of our guests. All of our guests were telling us how helpful he was and made the shuttle ride to our wedding venue fun for all of them! We would highly recommend Air Haven Limo! -

Excellent service!!
Wow! What an amazing team- cannot thank them enough for being so professional and so accommodating. They knew the area super well and were so kind getting guests back to exactly where they needed to be. The Excalibur was the cherry on top- one of my best memories driving away in that car as a newly married couple. Wish I could give them more stars! Thank you, thank you! Working with Air Haven was a breeze. They were so easy to work with throughout the planning process. We ended up having to make several changes before the wedding day, and it didn't even phase them. Our guests felt safe and loved the trolley! Highly recommend! -

We had a COVID wedding and had to change a lot of things last minute and Air Haven was a great resource and very flexible. They were on time and had great drivers to drive up and down the windy Beech Mountain road. I highly recommend them!! -

We booked Air Haven Limo based on a recommendation from our vendor, and it was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! We hired their three larger vehicles for shuttles on the day of our wedding to pick up our guests wherever they were staying (a mixture of hotels and Airbnbs), shuttle them to our wedding location, and then drop them all off at the end of the night. There were a lot of moving pieces on the day of the wedding, but we were not worried AT ALL about the transportation for our guests. The drivers were the epitome of professional, and all of our guests raved about how polite and friendly they were all evening. I could not recommend Air Haven Limo more! -

We had to keep changing our schedule and "getting ready location" at the last minute, and they were extremely flexible. The drivers were all so kind, and they even rolled out red carpets for us. The best thing we did for our wedding was have a trolley for the wedding party to take to the reception. Such fun, and great pictures!
