    .the first time I went to Alice it was a couple of years ago and the makeup was okay but the hair was horrible..so this time I decided to only go back for my makeup..it was the WORST decision!!! I left the salon crying!! My makeup was sooo ugly that even a 2 year old kid could have done a better job!! I went to the salon where I had to get my hair fixed and the re-did my whole makeup!!! The next day I went to Alice and complained..she was soooo rude! Very poor customer service! I will never ever go there again and i will let everyone know what a horrible job she does!!!
