  Amy is THE best!

  There isn't enough space to write all the ways Amy is the best in the business. Put simply: she cares. Her attention to detail, geniality, professionalism, knowledgeability, creativity, resourcefulness, follow-up, follow through, sincerity and enthusiasm are why you should entrust your special day to her. She's part therapist, part life coach, all subject matter expert. From choices as big as the venue to details as small as which font to use on the place cards, she thinks of everything. She knows how to tie every detail together. She understands how to execute an event with hundreds of people and dozens of vendors and still make you feel like you're the only one in the room. She makes time for her clients. Weddings are stressful, but she eliminates the anxiety from the planning and coordinating aspects of it. She shoulders the responsibility of making sure the day happens as-planned so that you (the bride and the groom) can be present and participate in your day without a second thought as to if the DJ knows when to start your entrance music. We loved working with Amy. You will too. The easiest decision you'll make leading up to your special day will be hiring Amy.

  Daughter's Wedding

  Amy Mancuso was a pleasure to work with. She listened to my daughters vision for her wedding. Guided us, helped us, and listened. My daughter got the wedding of her dreams. I can't put into words how Gorgeous it was.

  Amy was someone I had not met before our wedding. She was highly recommended by our venue ( high end resort). There was no task she could not or would not tackle, as well as being highly organized. The whole wedding was beautiful, delicious and gracious. Flowers? Extraordinary. Plated meal? Delicious. Band? Fun and great musicians. I cannot recommend Amy Mancuso highly enough. My word? Magical Mancuso … a very talented and gracious lady.

  Easy to work with and on top of it!

  Amy and her team did a great job as our day of coordinator! She was always on time and was clear about the expectations. I appreciated how she asked all the right questions and while our wedding was a South Asian wedding with many steps, she made sure she understood everything that was expected and went above and beyond (printed out extra drink signs, signs directing where to proceed for cocktail hour when we forgot about them). I would highly recommend Amy for month of/day of coordination needs.

  Amy Mancuso has it all covered!

  We researched wedding planners three years ago when we were starting to plan our daughter's wedding which was scheduled in May of 2020. We chose Amy Mancuso out of several recommended planners for our venue at the Silverleaf Club because of her extensive experience and professionalism and all of the great reviews we had read. We met with Amy several times and instantly felt like we were in good hands and that she was very easy and enjoyable to work with. She also has contacts and ideas for anything you can come up with, including helpful advice about what not to do. When the pandemic hit and the wedding was cancelled, Amy helped us through three date changes and all of the adjustments necessary with vendors, deposits, etc. that had been in place from the beginning. It was a difficult journey for all involved because of the unknown. A week ago our daughter finally had the fairly tale wedding celebration she had dreamed about and it was perfect! Guests raved that we had thought of every detail and had created an unforgettable experience for every guest. We couldn't have done it without Amy!

  Incredibly Helpful

  Amy was amazing to work with! She was energetic, knowledgable, and incredibly helpful. Our original wedding was postponed at the beginning of the pandemic, and Amy helped us reschedule the big event - twice!
  
  Amy put us at ease when things were overwhelming, she was responsive and always willing to answer our questions, and we were confident that she was on top of everything. She also spoke with our parents to help plan the rehearsal dinner and put them at ease as well. Amy was our advocate and cheerleader when we needed her.

  Amy made planning our daughter’s wedding seamless. She led us to a beautiful venue, extraordinary vendors, and was readily available at every turn. She handled all details, big and small. We truly enjoyed the Wedding Day as we knew we had Amy at the helm. The wedding exceeded our expectations, and guests told us it was not only the best wedding they had ever been to, yet the best wedding they would ever attend.

  Wonderful experience working with Amy

  Amy was wonderful from the start. She was always reminding us when to decide on what. As a busy couple it was so nice to have her keep the timeline on track and remind us when we needed to commit to certain things and made sure all the boxes were checked. Also our wedding was scheduled to happen mid-pandemic and she worked with us to reschedule everything to a later date without issue. We can't recommend her enough!

  Highly Recommend

  I am a total control freak and planned everything myself. I created diagrams and wrote instructions for every detail (all the way down to when lights should change colors, etc). Amy was our day-of coordinator & venue liaison for our wedding - and let me tell you, nothing could have been executed more perfectly! I was blown away with how she was able to bring everything to life just as I had planned it. The entire day was absolutely flawless & I have to thank Amy for that! We had 4 musicians and other surprises (outfit changes, fireworks, announcements, etc) throughout the evening that all had to be timed. There was something that changed about every 30 minutes and it all happened without a hitch. Not only was she able to coordinate all of that, she was also flexible enough to move things earlier in the evening so we could accommodate some older guests not missing any surprises. I was blown away with her execution of the evening. I didn't have one moment of stress all day! It was beyond perfect! Thank you Amy!!

  Amy Mancuso is an amazing event planner! She coordinated our wedding, which took place in February 2019. Her level of detail and execution was pristine. She has excellent negotiation skills and worked diligently with vendors on our behalf. She also has a truly outstanding network of vendors, so she was able to deliver on all the special touches we wanted (fireworks, food trucks, etc.).
  
  Aside from her network and connections, Amy is simply a delight. We enjoyed every meeting with her and trust her completely. She is fun, engaging, prompt, professional...all while being an absolute blast to work with. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend her services.

  Great work!

  It was really wonderful to have had such a memorable wedding ceremony in Sedona. It was perfect from all aspects and it was really something we were definitely not able to make it come true without Amy! She has done amazing work for us even though we had all the difficulties to communicate with each other due to the completely opposite time zones which we live. Amy made us so happy.

  Amy was a true professional; responsive, diplomatic and followed through with the vision of our destination wedding in Phoenix. on the day of the wedding, I was completely relaxed and Amy and her staff were in total control....even helping the bride relax just before walking down the aisle!   Amy was amazing! She was so organized and attentive. She made herself readily available for phone calls and was patient with questions. The day of the wedding she took care of everything. Our whole day went so smoothly because of her help. I would definitely recommend her to anyone using a wedding planner!

  I had to plan my only daughters wedding in less than 4 months. Working with someone who has the years of experience and the stellar reputation that Amy Mancuso has resulted in the most beautiful wedding ever! I could not believe the level of vendors she works with. There isn't Anything Amy can't make happen. Our wedding was So beautiful and flawless that I couldn't believe it was our wedding. I was a lady of leisure on that day and enjoyed every minute with my daughter and our friends and family. I can't say enough good.

  Amy was an ABSOLUTE pleasure and breath of fresh air during the wedding planning process, and the day of. We planned our wedding in Scottsdale (at the Omni Montelucia) from afar (we live in Florida), and we couldn't have done it without the help of Amy. I have never been the girl who has a "dream wedding" planned out, in terms of flowers, colors etc. Amy did an amazing job turning any vision we did have in to a reality. She is extremely easy to work with, and has a way about her that is firm (so things get done!) but SO pleasant. Our guests and bridal party had the best things to say about her as well. Do yourself a HUGE favor and book Amy for your wedding. :)

  Amy was amazing and did her best to make our wedding a night for everyone to remember. We still constantly get compliments on our wedding from our friends and family.
  I'd never envisioned my dream wedding as a child and I have a serious lack of interest in anything wedding-related, so I was pretty nervous going into this and at first felt completely lost... But when I described a few of our interests to Amy, she completely understood the style we were going for and ran with it. Whenever I found a picture of something I liked on Pinterest, I would send it to Amy and she contacted the perfect vendor for the job. The product was always exactly what I wanted.
  I was encouraged to contact Amy anytime day or night with questions or just to chat/vent during the process. She's super kindhearted, all smiles, always made me feel comfortable when I was unsure of the process, but also very business-oriented which I believe is of utmost importance in this industry. Whatever you want, she will fight for you! You are her #1 priority.

  I worked with Amy on a wedding where the bride & groom were on the East coast and Amy was in Phoenix, AZ and I must say that Amy was an absolute joy to work with. The wedding was perfect and the bride and groom were extremely satisfied. Amy works with only the best when it comes to vendors.

  Being the operations manager and member of a band that has done plenty of weddings, I can say I’ve had the opportunity to work with plenty of event planners over many years. Amy is without a doubt one of the finest I’ve ever worked with! She is always on top of every detail, prompt to communicate important information and treats everyone with kindness and respect. Her events have a sense of style and elegance that we do not often see. Her team is quick to handle problems as well. We worked with Amy recently in Sedona and the plan to have dinner outside was interrupted by mother nature. Amy’s team quickly and professionally moved the dinner inside and made the room to appear as though that had been the plan all along. It was quite impressive! She and her team are top notch all the way! Amy is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Any bride looking for the highest quality wedding planner would be wise to work with Amy and her team. Thank you, Amy, for always making our job so much easier and more enjoyable!
