Amy and her team are the best!! She captured our day so perfectly from the BEAUTIFUL pictures and highlight video we could not have asked for more. Amy has been so amazing, so professional and very friendly!
We're beyond grateful for Amy and Kevin for capturing our beautiful day with our family and friends. We just can't get over how amazing the photos turned out. She captured every moment in such a beautiful, natural manner. Looking at the photos and watching the video makes me feel like I'm reliving our favorite day.
My entire family is just in awe of her talent! Will definitely be recommending Amy and her Team to Family and Friends. :) -

The photos Amy took for our wedding turned out incredible! She was easy to communicate with and truly has a keen eye. The photos turned out spectacularly! We are constantly flipping through our photos and marveling how beautiful they are. The whole process was simple and easy. We got the photos back in the contracted timeframe and had no issues. If you’re looking for a photography- Book Amy! -

My now husband and I hired Amy in July 2019 for what was originally an October 2020 wedding. Amy was very responsive and professional from the start. She took a great set of engagement photos for us on the beach at Terranea where we popped and sprayed champagne- so much fun for our save the date. When the pandemic hit, Amy made it super easy to reschedule to our new date in 2021. Amy is incredibly professional and takes all the stress away on wedding day. She helped both my husband and I (and our family) feel comfortable and confident providing clear instruction on how to pose, where to stand etc. Amy was a blast to work with and we loved taking our photos day of, however nothing compared to receiving the photos 10 days later!! They came out absolutely perfectly. We can’t wait to frame them and share them with friends and family. We know we will cherish our photos for the rest of our lives and we are SO happy we chose Amy to capture our special day. -

From the start, the first time over 17 months ago, Amy was quick to respond and so helpful providing breakdowns of services for wedding and reception. Even when having to postpone our wedding three times, each time she was understanding and flexible with her time and suggestions. During the big day, I was late and she made the most of the time with my fiance's family and my family at the chapel taking pictures and was able to capture all of the pics I wanted once I arrived. She is quick, knows what she is doing, professional at all times, and has new perspectives with her angles even when she has shot at a location several times over several years. She makes the location your own and makes it special. The compliments I have received are endless on the quality of the pictures. We are just so delighted with the photos which captured our special day and also captured many wonderful moments of our family and friends. We highly recommend Amy Theilig. -

Amazing Photos
Amy new my venues at Wayfarer chapel and Portifino hotel very well. She knew where to get the shots with the most breathtaking photos. Amy also was quick and efficient so that we could enjoy our day with out taking photos for to long. I have so many photos to choose from I had to add pages to my wedding book because so many beautiful moments were captured. You are in the best hands with Amy she took pictures of my bridal shower as well and they are stunning photos. I have so much to choose from for prints. -

A magical day!
We did not just want to hire a photographer, we wanted someone that we can partner and work with as if it was their wedding. Being not knowledgeable in the wedding process and also the creative side, Amy provided us a peace of mind and made us comfortable by answering our questions and being patient, passionate, personable, and a professional. She has shot a Wayfarers Chapel hundreds of times to know the ins-and-outs, which has its advantages from view points to efficiency. It's only a two hour period, so every minute counts and Amy definitely does a great job at managing guests and getting the money shots. We know we chose the right photographer for us not just during the engagement session, wedding, but viewing the photos and video for the first time was also a memory in itself as we could believe that we were the ones in the photos and video! We are so happy and grateful to have these memories that we can share with our kids one day. Hope this helps!- On your big day, relax and enjoy- it will go by quickly! Thank you Amy! -

Amy is the best wedding photographer there is! I've worked with her three times now - as maid of honor for my two best friends and most recently, as the bride.
Amy is knowledgable, helpful, responsive, and so unbelievably good at what she does. She's also a lovely person.
I could not have loved our engagement and wedding photos more if I tried - they're so bright, warm, and beautiful. She captures every little moment, and you barely notice she's there taking photos of everything. She is incredibly talented and wonderful to work with.
I would recommend Amy 10 times out of 10 as a wedding photographer - she's one in a million. Thank you, Amy! -

Amy is Amazing!
I am so happy we hired Amy. If you’re looking for a photographer, go with Amy! You won’t regret it! My husband hates taking photos so he was dreading having a photographer, but after our engagement photos, Amy made us feel so comfortable, that he said he actually had fun! As we were leaving the engagement shoot and he told me that, I already knew Amy was the right choice, and then we got the photos back and they were beautiful so I was so happy we had Amy as our photographer for our wedding. On our wedding day, Amy was so efficient. She’s great at getting the right shots and not wasting time doing so - one of my bridesmaids was in another wedding recently and she actually thanked me because she said that the other photographer took so long for the posed photographs, but Amy’s process was quick and painless so everyone could get back to the wedding! Amy’s turnaround time is also incredibly quick - we got back from our honeymoon 2 weeks after our wedding, and the photos were ready! They were gorgeous! I don’t always love photos of myself, but I loved every single photo in our album. Every one! She captured all of the important moments (big and small), so I can flip through the photos and relive our entire day. I’m so grateful to have our wedding day so beautifully documented. We would highly recommend Amy to anyone getting married. She is a wonderful photographer. She was really able to capture our special day. She was so easy to work with and very professional. She made us and our friends and family feel very comfortable. All of our pictures turned out great. She captured so many natural candid moments as well as great posed photos. -

Amazing outdoor photographer
Amy is a WONDERFUL photographer. Amy's photography captured our wedding day beautifully. She did a seamless job directing us to capture the surrounding outdoor ocean scenery of the Point Vicente Interpretive Center. The photos were vibrant, fun, and natural looking. I recommend her to handle your wedding day photos: she was professional, reasonably priced, and easy to work with before and day of the wedding. -

She was attentive, easy to speak to, very responsive, and amazingly patient.
From the ceremony to the reception, to everything in between; she didn't miss a beat. Every photo, every moment, every angle that she chose, was absolutely stunning.
We couldn't be happier with her photos.
I would recommend her to anyone searching for a wedding photographer, she will not disappoint. -
