  All the stars and then some to Amy's Culinary Adventures!

  Amy, her food, and her team were incredible - the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The hardest part was deciding what to serve because everything looked amazing and unique. Everyone was talking about it for weeks afterwards.
  
  Amy made the planning so easy and stepped in to help with advice and vendor suggestions as well as being adaptable to adjustments and changes. Kids were taken care of too, so no worries for picky eaters. Another stunner was the staff that Amy has on board. Such impeccable service, so friendly and so attentive. ALWAYS listen to her suggestions as she knows exactly what she's doing and cares intently about making it the best possible experience for her clients. She set up bartender service for us as well and the custom drinks and general bar service were so on point and another talk of the party. The waitstaff, bar staff and chefs were talented and personable - so many smiles from the guests and staff, and thank yous consistently from guests (and us!) throughout the entire wedding reception. They were so prepared and it felt like I suddenly had a 5-star restaurant in my home - a challenge in itself to have in a home kitchen, but everything went so smoothly for a headcount of almost 350.
  
  The food really is next level, not standard wedding catering fare. Oh and the desserts! If you have a sweet tooth, get ready. The waitstaff, bar staff and chefs were talented and personable - so many smiles from the guests and staff, and thank yous consistently from guests (and us!) throughout the entire wedding reception. We were able to truly enjoy the night, enjoy the delicious food and drinks, and spend time with our guests - no need to check in with Amy except to tell her how great it was going. She was there all night keeping things running and making sure we were happy, even though she had a very capable team - such a personal investment in the events she works on.
  
  Stop looking for a caterer and pray that Amy has availability on your date - you'll have a guaranteed success and wonderful memories forever.

  We LOVED Amy, her team, the food, it was PERFECT.

  Amy and her team catered my wedding in September 2023. I am not exaggerating when I say they were our event's heart and soul. The food was AMAZING, the staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. They really exceeded our expectations. Everyone loved the food and they also did such a great job with decorations! It really elevated the event.
  
  Amy and I met via Instagram. I was really nervous about finding a caterer because we had lots of dietary restrictions to deal with (needing to eat gluten-free for medical reasons, food allergies, and vegan guests attending). Most caterers I talked to prior said they could make gluten-free food, but when we started talking about what that really means to be celiac-safe (no cross-contamination, etc.) they quickly backed out. When I found out that Amy has catered multiple weddings for brides with celiac disease, I knew she was the one for our wedding. Amy was extremely thorough about the ingredients she used and we double-checked a lot of products together to make sure they were ok to use. It made me feel really safe and I was free to enjoy my day without worrying about health issues.
  
  My goal for the wedding was to show all my friends and family that living with dietary restrictions doesn't have to mean missing out. And we 100% achieved that. Just to name a few dishes, we had salmon in a cajun honey cream sauce, a spread of grilled veggies, fish tacos, portobello mushroom fries, fresh spring rolls, gluten-free salted caramel chocolate bread pudding, mini key lime pies...So lush and all gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, plus some vegan options! Everyone LOVED the food. My vegan guests even said her mushroom dish was the best they ever had. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I could go on and on about it.
  
  I've heard that most chefs pop in for 30 min then leave. But Amy was there for the whole event, making sure everything ran smoothly.
  
  Hiring Amy and her team was the best decision. She is so gifted and truly cares about her work. I can't recommend her enough. It was truly perfect.

  Amy is the best

  I want to give Amy 100 stars. Some of the best food I’ve ever had-our wedding guests were talking about the food nonstop. But she’s also extremely great to work with and so kind. Easy to communicate with and just made it so easy for us. I hope anyone having a wedding will hire Amy!

  Incredible

  Amy and her team are incredible! My wife and I hired them for our backyard wedding and we cannot wait to have another event so we can have them cater again. They worked with us to accommodate everything. While speaking on the phone, as soon as Amy said "you have a perfectly good kitchen at your house, why should we pay to set up another kitchen outside or in the garage" or something along those lines, we were immediately sold. From that conversation, to the tasting we did (which was affordable and an incredible in home fine dining experience), to the event itself; every step of the way was made incredible because Amy and her team were so on top of everything. Speaking of the event, the food was impeccable. Everything was vibrant and fresh. I can't emphasize just how many compliments we had on the food. The salmon was cooked on site and filet mignon was finished on site to ensure the highest quality during service. Our salad and sides were also incredible. The attention to detail and her incredibly swift and friendly staff are what set Amy and her crew apart from the rest. The set up was elegant and beautiful and they even stayed to clean up after! The kitchen was spotless afterward and the staff helped clean up plates and cups outside after the party.

  The Best Catering Experience EVER!

  Amy and her team are truly the best of the best! Not only is her food some of the best I've ever had, but my guests are still talking about it 3 months later! Her team was so kind and professional and took care of our guest and my husband and I by bringing us snacks wherever we were during the night. Amy is so kind and funny and stayed with her team until midnight to make sure everything was perfect. I would 10000x recommend Amy and her team. I love her and am so grateful to have had her at our wedding

  Amazing Culinary Adventure

  We hosted our Mending Kids annual gala (at a wedding venue). It was our first in-person event in two + years. Amy was great, patient, listened to a whole slew of committee members with needs, wants, and culinary opinions, and came up with a delectable menu and turned it into a stunning thematic evening; bonus: she honored our budget! The Honey Poached Apricot and Goat Cheese Salad was ridiculously delicious. Friends were calling me days after the event to remark on everything we ate. Thank you, Amy, for taking us on your culinary adventure

  Amy catered our wedding and was absolutely wonderful at every step in the process. The bartenders and catering staff were lovely, and the food was outstanding; friends and family have been raving to us ever since. Every salmon I've ever had at a wedding was dry as cardboard; Amy's was delicate and delicious.
  
  Amy was flexible and and reliable, and we really felt like Amy brought not just her professionalism, but her creative, artistic self. And most importantly? Every bite was tasty. I truly can't recommend her highly enough.

Amy herself went absolutely above and beyond as a caterer. She really seemed to want to make sure that everyone present enjoyed themselves. If you are in the market for a caterer, don't think twice--book Amy's Culinary Adventures. She made everything easy, fun, and DELICIOUS.

  Amy Is The Best

  Amy and her staff are amazing and always deliver top service. I cannot recommend them enough. I have worked with Amy on a handful of occasions the past couple years in the Event industry. The food looked gorgeous (Amy is known for her artistic displays), and tasted even better than it looked. If you are planning an event, GO WITH AMY!

  Amy goes a move and beyond!

  I can’t say enough good things about Amy and her team! From the first conversation with her she instantly understood our vision!
  Our wedding was hosted at our home and we had no clue all the fine details we had not even considered until Amy came to meet us! She was so helpful, we walked the house, she gave us ideas of what to expect on the day and how things would flow, spacing and rentals needed etc.
  She then Sat down and got to know us and customized a beautiful menu to accommodate all my crazy ideas! During the next few meetings Amy helped with fine details and even my rentals and purchasing plates, utensils and napkins; which we decided on plastic to keep clean-up simple and easy. Looking back I wouldn’t have had it any other way now!!!! The day of the wedding our house was transformed into an amazing 5 star restaurant/venue! Amy’s team brought everything you could image/waitstaff, all the food, drinks, everything! We had been collecting vintage glass wear and they even set up our tables and utilized our dish collection. (along with hers and rentals) The Entire crew showed us so much love in everything they executed. We had the best experience welcoming them into our home!!
  Now to get to the real reason we hired AMY, the food!!!!! All the other stuff was just the topping that makes her evern greater then she already is!
  Amy truly has a love for what she does.
  Our food was delicious, everyone raves about it still!! We had a beautiful grazing table set up during cocktail hour while Amy’s staff walked around with the most delicious appetizers! Chicken and waffles OMG.. MUST HAVE! And the bacon wrapped dates, YUM! The bar and drink set up for our guest to enjoy was amazing and beautiful. Amy has a magic touch with everything she does... That’s why I gravitated toward her in the first place!
  Ok back to food. We opted for a taco/nacho buffet as it semi went with our date theme. And you seriously can never go wrong with nachos or tacos!! She has vegetarian options and lots of things that you could mix and match/ it was so fun to allow our guest to customize their dinners! Oh the salad that she prepared for our buffet was beyond delicious! The day after our wedding I literally ate 3 plate fulls! Yup we had delicious left overs to share with friends and family who were still around! Yet another bonus of hiring Amy! During dinner the staff was so on top of clearing plates and filling drinks, service was so good!!
  Now for my favorite part of the menu, Dessert: Please please try Amy’s cream brûlée’s and bread pudding!!! You will not be disappointed! she even put edible glitter on ours, I was so happy when the bar tender said “is that glitter on your creams brûlée” I didn’t even notice that detail until she said that!! My mind was just so happy all night!
  So the cream brûlée came from our dessert bar. This was something that I really wanted along with a churro bar! It was hard when trying to figure out what vendors to hire and keeping things with in my budget. So when I saw that Amy had churros on her menu as an option, I shared with her that I had looked into a churro cart. What did she do... she gave me a churro bar! We had cookies, yummy brownie bites with sprinkles on top! AND THE SWEETEST SURPRISE (from Amy) CUSTOM SUGAR SKULL CAKE POPS! We had a dia de los muertos themed wedding and she brought the cutest themed desserts for us..bonus I SECRETLY LOVE cake pops!!!!
  Gosh she just knew exactly what we dreamed of and executed it so well!
  Oh and if it wasn’t for Amy and her team we probably wouldn’t had eaten that night I was having so much fun seeing everyone and taking photos. When we were lining up/preparing to walk down the isle as we had just returned from first looks and photos, Amy’s team found us (bride and groom) and had a special platter and drinks for us to enjoy before we started our ceremony and night! It was perfect, and we got to chat and catch up with them and enjoy a little down time before it got crazy!!
  Even with dinner we were off taking photos and our head table was being set up and they got our food and drinks all on the table, we literally got to enjoy everything and have no worries! Thank you thank you thank you for all of your wonderful help, advise, hard work and love that YOU and your team poured into our special day, we will always cherish that day and our friendship we’ve created with you!!   Oh and if it wasn’t for Amy and her team we probably wouldn’t had eaten that night I was having so much fun seeing everyone and taking photos. When we were lining up/preparing to walk down the isle as we had just returned from first looks and photos, Amy’s team found us (bride and groom) and had a special platter and drinks for us to enjoy before we started our ceremony and night! It was perfect, and we got to chat and catch up with them and enjoy a little down time before it got crazy!!
  Even with dinner we were off taking photos and our head table was being set up and they got our food and drinks all on the table, we literally got to enjoy everything and have no worries! Thank you thank you thank you for all of your wonderful help, advise, hard work and love that YOU and your team poured into our special day, we will always cherish that day and our friendship we’ve created with you!!   Amy made my wedding!!!!

  Amy & her team absolutely made my wedding perfect! The food was a 100/10!!! So delicious. All my guest loved it and the team even saved my husband and I a plate to be able to try all the food while we were out taking pictures!!
  Not only was the food amazing, the set up was too. There was so many loose ends that needed to be tied up by others, but Amy took it upon herself to go above and beyond to make things perfect! If I could get married all over again, I would choose this team any day!!

  Deliciously Professional

  I don’t often post on message boards, but my new wife and I were so impressed with Amy, her food and her staff that we were compelled to do so. I write for the both of us, not only as a client, but as a food professional as well.
  
  My fiancée and I had been engaged for two years, basically waiting for several things to “fall in place” before tying the knot. One evening earlier this month we looked at each other and decided, why keep waiting? So, it was determined we’d get married…in less than three weeks on the 21st. Winter (or Fall) are our favorite seasons, our favorite holiday is Christmas and we both love December, so why not?
  
  Clearly, we didn’t have a lot of time for the usual ad nauseam tastings with multiple caterers, so my fiancée suggested Amy. She’d known of her through a professional association of which they are a part, and I was already familiar with her having been in the catering/event planning business, though we’d never met. Sometimes putting your eggs in one basket is the best thing to do and we will forever be thankful that we did just that with Amy.
  
  Amy was not just genuinely thrilled for us; it was obvious from the start that she was sincerely tickled pink we’d chosen her. It became evident very quickly that for her, we were more than just a “new client” or “a job.” She took our special day and us to heart…and THAT’S exactly what came out in her food and her staff’s performance...heart.
  
  Many times, food looks stunning, sounds great, and can smell wonderful…but then upon that first bite, it has no flavor, no impact, and offers nothing memorable. This is NOT the case with Amy. Her heart and passion comes through in every bite. I have to say, as a discerning food professional and life long foodie, I was greatly impressed and so was my wife. Amy’s food was not only technically proficient and presented attractively, more importantly, it had soul, depth, flavor, and tasted the way food should taste if someone has truly put their heart and soul into it…it had personality!
  
  Professionally, I noted all the culinary details as I’m well aware of the short cuts that can be taken…there are no short cuts here. Everything, from the perfectly sized “one bite” app, flawless doneness of the short ribs and succinctly timed salmon, French beans kissed with just enough heat from the grill to give added depth of flavor without burning, to the miniature tarts filled “a la minute” so that the crisp shells don’t become soggy. I also noted the buffet layout and décor; not only functionally and logistically laid out concisely, but adorned in such a way as to highlight the food, the setting and our theme without detracting from the food itself. Believe me, we noticed everything and we are still getting compliments from our guests about it.
  
  The one common thread throughout is that although everyone had a particular favorite food or two, they all eventually declare just how fantastic everything was. Just as with restaurants, it’s not uncommon with caterers for clients to enjoy a couple of items a bit more, not be so thrilled about a couple of others and simply dislike one or two other foods. This is the first time we’ve ever enjoyed every-single-thing…and believe me, we tasted EVERYTHING.
  
  Over and above the amazingly executed food, I have to say, we were incredibly impressed with her staff. Each and every member, both floor staff and kitchen staff, were practiced, poised, professional, approachable, and projected an honest happiness to be a part of the evening. They were all very attentive, always willing and able to help wherever and however they could, and even if it was with a request outside their specific duties. I noted the kitchen staff seemed very happy if not passionate about what they were doing all night long, and that is always a good sign. The fact that Amy, as owner of the company was also on premise all night as event chef said a lot. Most owners either don’t show up at all or make the obligatory appearance, but Amy was hands-on every step of the way.
  
  In the end, our expectations were most certainly met and exceeded. Kudos to Amy’s Culinary Adventures…and what an adventure it was!

  Amy MADE our wedding. From our initial tasting with her, we knew she was the caterer for us. We wanted to do an all appetizer wedding AND one where our mostly vegetarian groom could eat anything on the menu. Amy delivered on both accounts – providing so many delicious options that it was one of the things our guests raved about the most. Amy was a great partner throughout the whole process. She and her staff were so easy to work with and made all the food onsite. AND, when they found out the wedding party had missed a few of the passed apps, they made a special plate just for us.

  From the planning process to the execution (set up and breakdown) of the event, Amy and her staff were so friendly and easy to work making the day easy and stress free! I only had to focus on my guests.

  I recently hired Amy to cater my holiday party. Needless to say she and her staff were amazing. We wanted the party to flow so the whole evening was passed appetizers. The menu options were plentiful to the point that I had a hard time narrowing things down. In the end she was kind enough to guide me and add a few more passed appetizers on her own!. The presentation was so beautiful and so unique. My guests were blown away by the flavor composition of the passed hors d oeuvres. Every detail was thought through. I had recently finished construction of my new kitchen, her staff took special care to leave my kitchen as they found it. I had about 8 people from her company working our party and they allowed me not to worry and have a blast at my own party which is rare. I'm so glad I hired her and so glad that she exceeded my expectations. We also hired her bar tenders that were so sweet and so much fun.   Amy Jurist is amazing! She catered our holiday/surprise birthday party and she exceeded our expectations!!! Amy was so helpful every step of the way, from menu planning to service. Her catering skills, creative ideas, food presentation, and experienced staff made our event very special and memorable! Our guests raved about the food...we definitely made the right choice and highly recommend Amy! She's exceptional!!!

  Amy and her staff were incredible on the day of our wedding! As we planned our big day, we met with Amy a few times to discuss our menu ideas and then for a wonderful tasting. My husband and I wanted an Asian theme for cocktail hour, as well as the main course, and some thing fun for dessert. We gave her some ideas and she came back with many food options to choose from.She was even flexible with dietary restrictions and picky eaters. ;) The food at our wedding was not only delicious, but colorful, creative and unique! From the tasty appetizers to the donuts at the desert table, all our family and friends were raving about how amazing the food was! Amy is truly an exceptional person to work with and she cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond for you, to make the food at your wedding unforgettable. I highly recommend her for any occasion and would use her services again in the near future.
