  Beautiful photos! Professional, fun experience!

  Arlene was fun, organized, and overall super easy to work with! We got married at the Metropolitan Waterworks Museum, which was a new venue for her, but she handled it professionally and navigated the challenging lighting easily. The pictures came out beautifully; we couldn't be happier! She captured everything we wanted, from the formal family shots to more photojournalistic dance floor shots, she saw everything we didn't see which made looking through the gallery so enjoyable! I would recommend her to anyone for any event!

  I could not be happier with our engagement pictures. Arlene managed to capture some wonderful shots of my fiancée and I, and we are not photogenic people and we both tend to feel uncomfortable having our pictures taken. Arlene is low key and fun to work with which helps put you into a more relaxed mood and it really shows in her pictures. She truly has an artist's eye and can pick out the best light, setting, etc. to make your pictures unique and special. Can't wait to work with her again in the future!

  Arlene was amazing! We had several conversations before the wedding in which she asked for details about our plans, what we considered important, who the VIPs were, etc., and that made a real difference in our photos. As a recent bride herself, I felt like Arlene knew exactly what I was going through. She even gave me advice (not unsolicited -- I asked!) on my wedding day makeup and how it would look in the photos. She was extremely competitively priced, and while she doesn't have the years and years of experience of other photographers she still captured our day beautifully -- and saved us money. Arlene's portfolio and rates can speak for themselves, but what I found most valuable was her attention to detail and her desire to get to know us and capture moments that we personally would cherish.
