Best Decision!

Bach to basic planned me the most perfect bachelorette party. I am still in awe of the amazing weekend that was put together. Ashley was beyond helpful and her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. She made everything effortless. We could have never planned this unforgettable weekend without their help. If you are contemplating using Bach to Basic for your party, hire them now! I wish I could do it all over again.

The Bach of Our Dreams!

Where do I begin!?!?
My sister gets married in September of 2023 and January of 2022 we were processing how we'd give such an amazing woman a special trip, all the while staying in budget and accommodating 9 women. We were in the market for a bachelorette planning service that would allow us to live our lives (full time jobs and paying bill and breathing) and plan the bachelorette/birthday party of my sisters’ dreams! With the help of Ashley and the Bach to Basics team we did just that! From the start Ashley was communicative and helpful! She was honest and responsive and so very kind! It warms my heart just writing this. The website she made us was easy and beautiful. The Airbnb options were stunning, and the payment plan was easy and fast! The weekend she planned for us was unreal. All it took was us saying what the dream was and she built a surreal experience for us.

When we hit the ground in Miami on January 11, 2023, Ashley was my point of contact supporting me through an FAA crash and a ton of delays. On our first day I met the kindest vendor - Victoria (from I'm in Miami Bach) and she decorated our Airbnb and made everything look so beautiful and inviting. She also stocked our fridge with alcohol (HUGE PLUS lol). Ashely helped me coordinate a day of car service for my sister who arrived later than planned. She gave us dinner options as well since the delayed flights interrupted our first night. She also stayed in constant communication with our Airbnb host to ensure that we had everything we needed. When we noticed a shift in the warm Miami weather, she gave us alternative options on how to spend our day. Day 2 was a dream come true! Bach to basics charted us a Yacht! The Yacht owner Marcel was so kind and helpful along with his first mate and captain. Not only were they a blast but they were supportive of the party and helped us experience a breath-taking day at sea! Counting down the moments until I'm back on a boat like that. We then went to a salsa dance class/VIP nightclub event at Mangos. The instructors were so fun and accommodating. The fun night of salsa led us to a hip hop dance party and a lot of free drinks from the Managers - can't complain lol. The next day we had an amazing brunch followed by a spa day with Traveling Aura - book them and request Patricia (we wanted to keep her with us the entire weekend)- this service allowed us some downtime in our own space and our esthetician Patricia was so fun, knowledgeable, and kind! That night we had dinner like celebrities at Kiki in on the river - 10/10 would recommend pretending you're famous and eating there. Ashley and the Bach team gave us a compiled list of bars to check out for a night out and we were able to consult that every night and with the help of our friends we danced the night away! On Day 3, we were moving slow but had a 4 course, pre-paid brunch at the most beautiful brunch spot, Little Hen! The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was even better. All in all, this trip was a dream! The vendors were kind and Bach to Basics made it, so we didn't have a care in the world! Our bride had, "the best weekend of her life" and we worked with the best team! If you need support in planning an event, you need to call Bach to Basics!!!

Bach to Basic is a Lifesaver!

Bach to Basic made my life so much easier as a first time Maid of Honor planning her first bachelorette getaway. The Bride wanted to go to a destination I had never been to before and the thought of planning a spectacular trip with no idea where to start was scary to say the least. Lucky for me, I was connected with my party consultant, Kat, who was up for the task! Over a span of 6 months, she hand picked a list of top tier vendors that provided amazing experiences and amazing food (even with a variety of dietary restrictions) to ensure every girl in my group would have an amazing time. Every reservation and experience we had proved she truly listened to my wants and strived to make my vision a reality. Her attention to detail was such a relief because all my group had to do was show up and have an amazing time. Even when we had to go back and forth on some things, she never wavered and had 100% enthusiasm the entire time. She never made me feel like a needy customer and by the end of it all, she felt more like a friend to me! I have already been recommending Bach to Basics to all of my girlfriends and I am looking forward to possibly working with Kat again.

AMAZING experience!

I had the BEST experience with Bach to Basic for my bachelorette in Finger Lakes NY. From the first call going over details, to changes throughout the planning it was one of my best decisions in my wedding prep/planning process. The vendors they picked (wineries, party bus, chef and sommelier tasting) were all incredible and made the weekend amazing. They also decorate and stock the fridge prior to arrival to the air bnb which meant we could start the weekend right away! I highly recommend Bach to Basic!!!

Simply the Best!

I used Bach to Basic to plan my 20 person bachelorette party in the Catskills this past weekend and they did nothing short of an exceptional job. They found the coolest venue to host the party and coordinated literally everything: from meals to swag (that was perfectly laid out in the house when we got there) to activities and more. Everyone at the party was so impressed with how it was organized. It was easily the easiest/best bach-related decision I made and recommend it to anyone!

Most Epic Bach EVER!!

I was in charge of plannig my sister's bachlorette in Nashvill last year and could NOT have done it without the help of the Bach to Basics crew! Not only did they help create the most amazing itinerary (full of both traditional "must do" activities, but also plenty of unique experiences (especially with dining). PLUS, we were all flying in from different states, so to arrive at our Air BNB with a fully stocked fridge and a beautifully decorated place, was truly a Godsent! Finally, there happened to be a storm and a major Nascar event that weekend so some things on our itinerary had to change last minute, but thank goodness for the BTB team, I made one simple phone call and they were able to handle everything. It truly was an exceptional experience. 10 out of 10 reccommend!

No stress Bach!

I have always fantasized about the perfect bachelorette (maybe more then my wedding) in New Orleans - my favorite destination! I can to B2B and they totally knowing I had way too much in my plate to plan this and not wanting to sacrifice the details that make a Bach weekend great! I was relieved when they took care of all the finances and planning/booking and I got to just focus on getting excited! The entire weekend was incredible and in a group of girls that have gone to many bachs this one was the one to beat. Our B2B host was always a text away and kept checking in and giving little itinerary reminders which was perfect. Can’t say enough wonderful things about letting these professionals take over and wow me!

Allison is AMAZING! I brag to every engaged friend I have about her and the services she offered. I found Allison on Instagram and wasn't sure if I would be able to get everyone on board with a vague proposal, but Allison blew me out of the water when she was able to give me a full, detailed itinerary of what we could do in less than 24 hours (and before we booked her...that speaks volume). I gave her the city we were wanting to visit for the bachelorette, a budget, and told her we wanted to do everything there was to do in Charleston. She sent us house rental recommendations, bar suggestions, booked dinner reservations for us, sent decorations, had champagne delivered to the hotel, and my favorite...had brunch delivered to our hotel room. She took the stress away from planning the weekend and made sure that the bride and the entire bridal party felt taken care of. Will be booking Allison for MANY more events in the future!

The BEST- from start to finish

I cannot begin to explain the gratitude I have for Allison/Bach to Basic. With the pandemic changing my original San Francisco bachelorette plans, I was scrambling to put another experience together. I found Bach to Basic and was comforted and reassured from the start. From the initial call to the very end of the trip, every detail was accounted for. My girls and I felt so special and taken care of the entire weekend in Austin. Allison, somehow, after only a brief phone call and a couple emails, creating the perfect experience as if she knew me and my friends for years. With some businesses changing due to COVID, it was even more crucial and beneficial to have this service worry about itinerary modifications. With everyone paying upfront meant that everyone could leave their cares and worries at home and just relax. My friends have not stopped talking about this trip and the memories we made won't be forgotten thanks to Bach to Basic. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely the BEST!

AMAZING weekend in Cabo! The communication over the last 2 years of planning (thanks, c*vid) was phenomenal! The weekend was truly perfection and we could not have had a better and more seamless time. Would recommend over and over!

Bach to Basic is absolutely amazing - would 10/10 recommend this service and team to anyone! Allison and her team do a fantastic job of coordinating and setting everything up so all you have to do is show up with your girls and have a blast! Our group went to Savannah, GA and the itinerary was flawless! We all joked that we want them to plan our vacations and honeymoons they did that great of a job. If you want superior service and a rockstar bach party itinerary - Bach to Basic is the team to work with!

The Best Miami Bach Ever!

I honestly can't say enough about Bach to Basic - they are the absolutely BEST! Seriously, they planned my Miami bachelorette party from start to finish without any issues. My girls are I are a group of 14 and they set us up in the best hotel in South Beach. They also took care of 2 dinners (Baoli and Kiki on the River) with a beautiful family style meal and included liquor which was prepaid. Everything was seamless. They are quick to respond, work with your budget to make everything amazing for the bride and they send an online itinerary to all the girls so everyone knows exactly what is planned and at what time.

Bach to Basic is anything but basic, they are rockstars at what they do and I would recommend them again and again to all future maids of honor planning a bach or to the bride themselves who needs an extra hand (like me lol)!

I honestly can't say enough about Bach to Basic - they are the absolutely BEST! Seriously, they planned my Miami bachelorette party from start to finish without any issues. My girls are I are a group of 14 and they set us up in the best hotel in South Beach. They also took care of 2 dinners (Baoli and Kiki on the River) with a beautiful family style meal and included liquor which was prepaid. Everything was seamless. Best Decision Ever!

As the brother of the soon to be groom, I was tasked with throwing a bachelor party for my brother and his 15 friends. I did a quick google survey of his friends and realized they were pretty much tight on money and wanted an affordable but memorable party. Not knowing what to do next, I reached out to Bach to Basic and told them my concern. BEST DECISION EVER! Melanie was assigned to me and drafted some itineraries for me in Chicago (where most people in my group were from). I basically told her how much we could each pay and told her some of my brother's interests - she did the rest! We had about 10 weeks to plan and we emailed about once or twice a week each week until the itinerary was final. Easy payments through Venmo and the actual bachelor party was amazing! We had golf on Lake Michigan, did a beer tour in the Wicker Park neighborhood, and had an amazing steak dinner on the Chicago River. Of course, we ended up in a gentleman's club in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. At every location, we were treated as kings! Each vendor at every location was waiting for us to arrive, they all knew why we were celebrating, and made us all feel amazing. My brother told me, "this was a once in a lifetime party and I loved every minute of it." Thanks Melanie and Bach to Basic!

Amazing and stress free planning!

Allison has made my job of maid of honor so much easier! She planned the absolute best weekend for us and we all had the best time! Most of all the bride had so much fun! All the girls had a great time from beginning to end!

Allison planned the most incredible bachelorette in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. As a bridesmaid planning the bachelorette in Mexico we didn't quite know where to start, and Allison took all the hard work out of making the weekend incredible. We booked through her and paid easily on Venmo (Allison worked within our budget and adjusted schedule accordingly). Communication via email was pleasant and timely, addressing any and all questions/concerns. Our room was secretly upgraded with a swim-up pool, decorated upon arrival, and where we enjoyed a room service breakfast one morning. We all described the weekend as "seamless." From drinks at the pool during the day to personalized dinner menu at night, she left us surprises along the way. She even coordinated our driver to decorate our van (for travel excursion to Tulum) with champagne, streamers, and balloons. Everything exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend and use her services again!

Incredible Experience!

Allison and Bach to Basic are incredible. So responsive and made me feel like I had a partner in planning the event. It is extremely challenging to plan a bachelorette in this environment but also so critical for the bride to experience a stress-free trip celebrating her after the struggle to plan a wedding. I don't think we would have been able to do this without Allison setting everything up. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

You must hire Bach to Basic!!!

I am so thankful for Allison and her help planning my best friend’s bachelorette party!! Allison did everything from planning deliveries to taking payments from each bridesmaid. She was available all weekend incase we needed her for any questions. Allison also went above and beyond when our bachelorette weekend had to be rescheduled due to weather. Bach to Basic had been referred to me by a trusted friend who had an incredible experience using the service for a bachelorette in Mexico. The trusted referral knew I was planning an entire bachelorette party remotely while working full-time. What’s so fantastic about Bach to Basic is that Allison can be of assistance for as little or as much as you need her to. I already had a loosely based itinerary of activities when Bach to Basic came onboard. Allison helped with scheduling, taking payments from all the ladies so it wouldn’t kill our buzz at dinner when trying to split a bill and communicating with all the vendors. She had amazing suggestions and problem solved any issue that came up. Like when one of the girls canceled the day payment was due.

A HUGE Help with Bach Party Planing

Allison was amazing! She helped me plan my best friends bachelorette party in Charleston. I had 16 girls flying from 8 states and London so was nervous at first. Allison had a ton of ideas, was super responsive, and just an all-around dream. Highly recommend working with her!
