  10/10 day of coordination!

  When we decided to plan our own wedding, we were immediately overwhelmed by the amount of decisions to be made and the amount of moving pieces that went into planning a wedding. Even when we felt like we had made some of the most important decisions about our big day, we were extremely nervous that either a) we would have to worry about executing our plans on our wedding day or b) many of the meticulously planned details would fall through as my husband and I had other things to focus on as we got ready to be wed. Eventually, we decided enough was enough and we decided to hire a day of coordinator to help turn our vision into a reality.
  
  We sought out someone organized and detail-oriented. Someone who would alleviate our anxiety about our day so we would have the opportunity to truly enjoy the celebration of our relationship that we had put so much time and effort into planning. And we also wanted someone who understood our vision and would treat our wedding with as much care as theirs.
  
  Thankfully, we met Samantha early on in our day of coordinator search. We instantly knew she was the right person for the job. In our first Zoom meeting, she was asking all the right questions. It was clear she did not let any details get by her. She also used her experience with similar weddings she had planned to advise us on specific aspects of the wedding. Even though she was just our day of wedding coordinator, she was a key thought partner in making many decisions about how the day would run. She made clear that she understood our vision and did anything she could to help make that vision a reality.
  
  While we were unsure whether it would be worth it to hire a day of coordinator, looking back, it was the single best investment we made in our wedding. Without Samantha, I imagine our most special day would have turned into a stressful mess, with me worrying about the smallest of details while getting ready. Instead, I knew I had an organized, detail-oriented friend handling every meticulous detail to make sure my husband and I had the perfect day. If there were any problems, I didn’t know about them because Samantha handled everything. If I could go back and do it again, I would hire Samantha 100 times out of 100.

  So friendly and helpful!

  Samantha was so helpful when trying to figure out what we needed for our wedding! She was patient and kind and I would highly recommend her and Baystate to anyone in need of a tent and other decor. I also thought prices were reasonable as I compared a few tent companies.

  Professional service

  We recently hired Baystate Tent and Party to provide the tables, chairs and tent for our wedding/ rehearsal dinner. The equipment was delivered the day before the rehearsal dinner and the tent was erected in an timely manner. All the chairs were spotless and worked perfectly.
  
  I would recommend Baystate for any event and hope to work with them again in the future.

  Prompt, professional, and very easy to work with.

  Bay State Tent and Party was very easy to work with. They were prompt with responses to the many questions I had and I loved that their website actually showed the prices of everything they have to rent. It made it so much easier to stick within our budget. They were very communicative with the delivery and pick up of the tent and even called Dig Safe to make sure there were no pipes in the way of the tent poles. There variety of rentable stock and prices made them an easy choice for our wedding!

  Samantha was great to work with!

  I worked with Samantha leading up to our wedding and most importantly, I found her so kind and flexible to work with. Due to Hurricane Lee, we were making changes to our rentals booking just a few days before the wedding, and she was really accommodating and understanding. The entire team was very professional, and we found the pricing was reasonable. I loved how on their website you could see all of the options on there. It's one thing to rent tents, chairs, tables, etc and it's another thing to rent items that are really beautiful and look nice for your wedding day! Would definitely work with Samantha and her team again in the future for other events!

  Beautiful tent and great delivery team!

  Baystate Tent was easy to communicate with from the first contact. I got everything set up with them easily, and had no problems making changes to the order when I later changed the layout. Communication in the months leading up to the event was great (thanks, Samantha!). The delivery/install team was wonderful, working in some pretty rough heat to get everything set up a couple of days before our event. We were really impressed with the quality of the tent, dance floor, lighting, tables, and chairs. They really elevated our backyard wedding and we were very pleased that we chose Baystate Tent!

  Magical Setting

  We set up the rustic tent package in our back yard for a 100 guest wedding and it was magical... completely set the mood for an exceptional day.

  We used Baystate Tent for our September wedding. We were very pleased with the delivery and setup for our reception tent, tables and chairs. We also used Samantha as our Day of Coordinator. Sam was so wonderful from day 1. We had regular calls with her where she kept us on track with all of the planning.   Terrific Rental Experience

  I am so thrilled with the service we received from Baystate Tent and Party for our wedding. About a month before our wedding we decided to downsize and change venues, moving from an indoor industrial venue to my parent’s backyard. We were able to alter our order and get everything we needed including a 15x30 tent. We added tent sides at the last minute in case of rain and I’m so glad we had them overnight so the tables/chairs didn’t get drenched. The staff we communicated with was excellent and so helpful in getting the right equipment for our new venue. The delivery guys work miracles and are so kind and professional. I was so worried because my parents just had a sprinkler system installed so we couldn’t use spikes and needed the concrete ballasts, somehow they made it up the hill (low incline) and into the backyard. All equipment was great quality and at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend using Baystate for your event rental needs.

  Gorgeous tents!

  We hired Baystate because we were looking for a sailcloth tent for our wedding. We were a bit hesitant at first because we didn't see as many reviews for them as for some of the other tent companies. We had an incredible experience with them, which is why we wanted to make sure all of you knew about this gem of a tent rental company!
  
  First of all, we spoke with Samantha Knight, who is fantastic, enthusiastic, and warm. She was extremely helpful in coming up with ideas about how to set up the tent, what size tent we needed, and what tables/chairs/other rentals may be helpful. (As a side note, their farm chairs were just perfect for our rustic backyard wedding. We didn't go with the farm tables because this was a COVID wedding and we wanted to keep people in their smaller pods, but they looked absolutely stunning as well). Samantha was so easy to talk to, and was clearly interested in making sure we were getting just what we were looking for.
  
  The tent itself was gorgeous. It was a sailcloth tent and fit our party beautifully. We got lights, the aforementioned chairs, and tables, and clear sidewalls to go along with it. They were incredibly helpful in suggesting additions we might want, and those that probably weren't necessary for us. Our guests loved the tent and we absolutely loved the ambiance underneath it. This is a great company, with beautiful tents, exceptional customer service, and are probably the most affordable company in the area for the quality of tents they have. Please call them, I think you will be really happy with the experience!

We are so grateful to their whole team for making our day as magical as we dreamed (despite the pandemic).

  The team was very quick to respond, and helped in making recommendations for different rental items such as tables and table cloths, size of tent per # people, etc. Great quality. They came well in advance to set the tent up and picked up the following day.

  After postponing so many times we decided to do a backyard wedding with only 2 months to go. As soon as I reached out to Baystate they got right back to me! SAMANTHA is SO incredible! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make every detail I wanted work. She’s definitely a huge part of the planning process! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! They were so professional and were genuine people which was so refreshing. It’s a family company which we loved so it made the experience more personal for us!   August 1, 2020 Wedding

  We used Baystate Tent for our back yard wedding in August 2020. We were so pleased with their services and their selection of rentals. We rented a beautiful white tent, dance floor, gold chairs, tables and linens. Baystate was very flexible as we added on some last minute lighting and electrical cords and rented a generator for extra power just in case! We felt their pricing is very reasonable and it allowed us to upgrade on seating and lighting. Delivery was seamless and very professional. Their phone service was so easy to use if we had a question or wanted to add something on. We have recommended Baystate to our friends and family and will definitely be using them again!

  We had a backyard wedding and used Bay State for our tent, tables and chairs. They set up a day before the wedding, in the morning, so we had the whole day to get lights and decorations set before the big day. Very pleased with the service and the quality of the products rented.

  At the last minute, we needed to rent speakers for my son's playlist at his June 22nd wedding reception. He was in charge of the music and his computer did not hook up to the existing equipment at the reception site. Baystate had the equipment for rent and delivered it to the reception site for us. Upon getting there and hearing more details about computer, etc, the delivery person decided we needed a simpler system and on his own, decided to drive back from Andover to Tewksbury to retrieve a system that would better fit our needs. He returned, showed all involved how to set it up and then picked it up on Monday. They system worked beautifully and I could not even begin to thank this man enough for helping us out. I only wish I had written his name down so I could remember it for this review. With all that is involved during a wedding weekend, this could have thrown us a real curve if we could not have managed the equipment. I am so impressed by this level of service, I can recommend them 100%.

  We had a small backyard wedding for 50 . It was important for us to have everything setup a few days ahead. Baystate was very easy to deal with and accommodating. Although we had basic needs tents tables chairs and linens. They made us feel just as important as a big wedding . Thanks Baystate!!
