Excellent venue
Me and my now husband looked for venues for months tirelessly. Some were beautiful but too pricy, most had lots of added costs that we weren’t told about until later on, and many were not convenient for what we needed. When we came across bears best we did not expect much but we both agree that what we ended up with much more then we ever expected. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. The view of the golf course is beautiful and it was surprising to me that taking a golf cart out to take pictures on the course was just an added bonus. The food was reasonably priced and all my family and friends raved at how good it was... which let’s be honest most wedding food isn’t. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and emailed and texted to confirm any questions we had. The fact that they also helped to set up and take down and allow you to have time for both made us feel like our money, time, and efforts were well spent. Our stress levels were so much lower then expected with such a big day. I would like to say thank you to this staff for the unforgettable night and hope many more couples have the experience we did.Bear's Best Atlanta's reply:

Inclusive venue. I almost overlooked them because they just seemed way above my budget but they work with you and allow you to customize the menu and drink options. Amazing food and open bar made everyone happy. They worked with the budget I gave them and my wedding was magical. Beautiful lake on golf course and another one nearby at Sims Lake Park. Erica was extremely pleasant to work with and the entire team was equally great on the day of the wedding. -

Bear's Best made my wedding day perfect. The venue was beautiful, the ceremony/reception room was set up exactly like I requested, and the food was delicious. Ian, Brooke, and everyone involved in our wedding was so patient, kind, and helpful. They are very organized and easy to communicate with.Bear's Best Atlanta's reply:

Working with Erica and the Bear's Best team was a joy! They made the wedding planning process much easier and were flexible, quick to respond to questions/emails and easy to work with! Great choice for a wedding venue! We did the ceremony outside on the concrete pad with a beautiful arch (provided by the venue) and the reception inside their large room. The food was very very good (we did BBQ) and the pictures are BEAUTIFUL with the green golf course background.Bear's Best Atlanta's reply:

Wonderful venue
My husband and I got married in October of 2022. We were trying to save some money but still pull off a nice reception. Jenni the event coordinator was exceptional. She set up several meeting to review expectations and coordinated the set up and take down of all the decorations. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. Can’t recommend enough! -

Vendor was professional, attentive however for the cost I had expected more.
My guest had to straighten out my wedding dress as I walked down the aisle. Someone had closed all the window curtains and the curtains were a dirty grey color so the back drop for pictures (ex. cutting cake) looked gloomy and sad. Pay extra for longer time and the lights came on for cleaning 30 minutes earlier. Overall guests didn't seem to mind.Bear's Best Atlanta's reply:
