    Couldn't have been happier with our cake! Everyone raved about the different flavors and how good it was! The cake was decorated simply and beautifully just as i wanted! We will definitely be calling again for our future cake needs! My sister lived the extra little cake made special for her.

    Bella Birches also did my sisters wedding cake and will be doing our cake and cupcakes. The cake is incredible. They are quick to respond to inquiries as well as flexible in setting up cake tastings times.

    Bella Birches was highly recommended to us by our venue, but we did not make a final decision until meeting with them and one other caterer for tasting sessions. Garrett and Charity were hands-down the best choice! Charity is a ball of positive energy - and you get that right from your first phone call with her. They listened to the types of food we liked (simple, well seasoned, more in line with a Paleo/gluten-free type of diet) and our tasting was amazing. They are also seasoned wedding professionals and offered so much practical advice on pieces of the event that we wouldn't have known otherwise. They really, really care about their clients and doing what they can to have that big day go smoothly.

    We had a full buffet dinner and, while we did not have them make our wedding cake (we didn't have a traditional cake), they did bake cupcakes for our dessert table and even accommodated my request for grey frosting as a nod to Beauty and the Beast. Everything they made was delicious, and we received so many compliments on our food - even over a week later. Charity was also on hand alongside her team at the event and helped out with more than just the food - probably more than I even know about - just helping everything run perfectly. She even shoo'd guests away from our dessert buffet prior to dinner and made sure everything was perfectly in place so our photographer could get the best photos of the display.

    We had a wonderful experience working with Garrett and Charity and would use them again for any catered event in the future.

    We could not have been more pleased with our wedding cake! Not only was it beautiful, but our guests raved about how good it tasted! And they were right...every single flavor was amazing and it was cleaned out by the end of the night! They also made us an amazing zombie cheesecake for our groom's cake, and it was a hit as well! Can't wait for another excuse to order goodies from Bella Birches....amazing!

    They did our wedding cake and over 150 cupcakes!!! Everything was beautiful and exactly what we wanted! They listened and added even more detail and gave advice!!

    Bella Birches provided my wedding cake. It was perfect, exactly how I had asked for it. It arrived in a timely manner, and it was DELICIOUS. It was the best cake I have ever had. I had many family members and guests request the name of the baker, and say they were going to conduct business with them because of how good the cakes were.

    My wedding turned out to be absolutely perfect! Charity came up with the entire design herself, and it couldn't have been any better. Not only was it beautiful, but it was the BEST cake I've ever had! Thank you for everything!

    Charity and Garrett are amazing. They did a fantastic job making our wedding cake, we received rave reviews on all the flavors that they created for us. I have to say that the Blue Moon is a must as well as the Raspberry Swirl. We had no idea what we wanted our cake to look like; except that we wanted to keep it simple. They worked to make the perfect cake for us, we will be using them for any future desserts that we may need.

    They are so flexible and I had placed my order for my wedding cake a week before my wedding and they were still able to do something amazing. The cake was so good!

    AWESOME CAKE! The flavors were fantastic! The cake was delicious and they nailed the design that I had picked out on Pinterest. They were so easy to work with. Just great cake!

    We met Bella Birches at a Bridal Show in Grand Blanc and fell in love with their cake! We had them at the top our list to look into and were so excited to find not only was the food just as good, but Charity and Garrett were just as nice! They helped us select not only food, but cake, let us pick more than one flavor of cup cake for our guests, made a wonderful and beautiful 2-tier cake, and were very easy to work with. We feel very fortunate to have been able to meet them as well as have them cater our wedding! I would recommend them for any event.

    Bella Birches was a good fit for our wedding. They let us incorporate a few of our ideas into the wedding reception. The food was extremely good, and the service before and during was very good. The cupcakes were out of this world in flavors. Loved having round tables, linen tablecloths, and napkins.

    Bella Birches is one of the best vendors I have ever worked with! They are amazing! I heard about them when searching for a bakery from a friend who used them. My friend has a lot more financial flexibility than I do, but went with Bella Birches because she said they were the best tasting. This made me want to go in for a tasting. We were sampled three flavors and immediately decided to book with them. We were floored to find out that their prices were a lot cheaper than other places we had looked, even with the delivery fee (Bakery is in Flushing, and my reception was in Howell!). Charity and Garrett (the owners) are so good to work with and helped us pick the design and flavors of the cake. When we suggested something they did not have on the menu, they said it was no problem and they would make it! Also, the facility is peanut free which is great because we had guests with peanut allergies! The cake was so delicious that we ordered 2 cakes from them for my bridal shower, my friends ordered one for my Bachelorette party and we had them for the wedding! For the bridal shower we had a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry filling, and vanilla with vanilla bean filling. They were unbelievable. We had a carrot cake for the bachelorette party. The wedding guests raved about the cake and wanted to take some home. We had multiple flavors and did not get charged extra because of it. We had a chocolate cake with a mocha filling. We had a vanilla with a berry filling, a carrot cake with a pineapple cream cheese filling, and a lemon with berry filling. OMG! They were amazing! Also the cakes were gorgeous!!!! Seriously, if you book with bella birches, your guests will thank you for it!!!!

    When we started planning our wedding we thought it was going to be very stressful but then we found Bella Birches. They took care of the catering, cake, decorating, setup and cleanup and they were amazing all around. The hall looked absolutely beautiful! The food was great and the cake even better. We are still getting compliments from our guests and it has been 6 months since our wedding. So if you are looking for a great caterer, baker or someone to handle your whole event Bella Birches is the place to go.

    Amazing food! I loved how attentive they were for myself, my husband and guests that were unable to go get their food. They are very kind and talkative, which makes it a little difficult to do quick planning. All around, I'm happy we went with them, I wish they would have been a little more timely though.

    Delicious cupcakes and friendly service, when you can get ahold of them. Our only issue was that when my mom tried to call or stop buy to confirm the balance of what we owed for our cupcakes, we couldn't get ahold of them. We ended up stopping by the day before my wedding, hoping that they were there baking our cupcakes and finally caught them. However, their cupcakes were so delicious and our guest loved them so much, it was worth some of the stress. :)

    I chose this caterer because they have a peanut free kitchen and my ring bearer is severely allergic to peanuts. I was impressed with the initial pricing list for what it included. However, they did not do several of the things that were listed as part of my package. Also, the guests were released by tables to the buffet line. After the last table made their plates and sat down the caterers immediately starting taking all of the food away and took the tables down. I had a few guests that arrived about 40 minutes late to the reception and had to be taken into the kitchen to make a plate of food. Then we were left with tons of extra food!! This was the only part of my wedding day that really annoyed me. I wanted my guests to be able to eat as much as they wanted since we had paid for all of that food and for the service of the two workers for the entire night. The cake was good but we had to wait to cut it because the caterer did not have the plates ready for that.

    The food was good and overall I did not let it get to me on my wedding day, but I am disappointed in the amount of money we spent for the service we received.
