Amazing Amazing Amazing
There's isn't anything I can say bad about our experience with this Venue. The hall we were in was beautiful, Brian who helped us all the way to our wedding day and through our wedding day was amazing, helpful, and alot of fun. The food is fantastic you can't go wrong in any of your food choices they all are delicious. We had a great experience and would do it all over again at Bella Vita. -

My husband and I just got married at Bella Vita and it was absolutely perfect! From the day we first toured the venue, we were just blown away with how much care, kindness, and effort Brian puts into everything. He truly made planning a wedding so easy! I had 0 stress leading up to the wedding because I knew everything was taken care of! The food was absolutely amazing, the venue was outstanding, and there was a backup plan for the ceremony if our outdoor plan was rained out. I was constantly being checked on the day of to make sure I had everything I needed. At the rehearsal I was told that I was being treated like I was their daughter because they knew how important this wedding was to me and they wanted to make sure it went off without a glitch. All of our guests keep complimenting us on the venue too…. They also thought it was beautiful and had delicious food. We truly cannot say enough good things about this venue. -

Perfection from initial meeting to the cleanup morning after. Brian and his team are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. We could have not asked for a better experience for us and our guests on our wedding day. Throughout the entire experience, Brian was always available to quickly answer any questions as they arose. He and Kevin and Kevin on the day of were so thoughtful and helpful, making sure everything was set! Lorenzo Hall and the ceremony space were just impeccable- beautiful décor and wood details. The food was spectacular- carved sirloin and Mac and cheese were our favorites. Everyone was so thrilled with our choice of place, the food, and the service of all of the staff at Bella Vita---and we continually got compliments about choosing such a beautiful space, wonderful staff, and delicious menu. We are beyond happy we found everything we wanted and more in this venue! Thank you Brian and everyone at Bella Vita for making our day so special! -

Don't waste your time looking at any other venues. This is the place you want, hands down!! We can't recommend this venue enough. When we needed to postpone our wedding in 2020, Brian was accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Whenever we had a question, we received a timely reply from him and he was always very helpful. Honestly, the whole Bella Vita team is wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure that everything came together just right for us. Our wedding day was FLAWLESS! We didn't need to worry about anything because they were on top of everything. There is nothing bad to say about the place or the experience we had there. The venue is beautiful and well-kept, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. Our guests were so impressed and couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was, unlike other weddings they’ve been to. Do yourself a favor and schedule a tour today. We had our wedding here a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier with our decision on the venue. The venue is even more stunning in person! Lorenzo Hall had the rustic chic vibes that we were going for. Their outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous! From the sunflower field next to, shaded ceremony space, landscaping backdrop to the arch, decorative barrels on either side of the arch and the church tower out in the distance, it was just so beautiful and comfortable for a July wedding! Brian answered all our questions and reassured us along during COVID that we could still have the wedding we wanted! His team worked with us in making everyone feel comfortable and as safe as possible. Any surprises leading up, we were able to work out or Brian helped resolve. The food was as amazing as expected. We received zero complaints from our guests. We really had the wedding of our dreams here so if we had to do it again, I'd still choose this venue. The bridal suite was so appreciated to sneak into during the evening. I think our guests really enjoyed the huge bar and the stage was perfect for our live band. Bella Vita is a gem in SE Wisconsin. Fairly priced and affordable. Brian delivered in making us happy and surpassed in lending us a helping hand. We very highly recommend Bella Vita Banquets! I still can't believe we pulled off a nice wedding during these crazy times! We feel so fortunate and thankful for an awesome venue.Bella Vita Banquets and Convention Center's reply:

Look No Futher!
From the first day we met Brian, we knew that we couldn’t imagine our big day anywhere other than Bella Vita. This was the first, and ONLY, venue we looked at! The main reason being, there is nothing about the venue and the staff that we didn’t love. Brian and his team are nothing short of extraordinary. During the planning, Brian was accommodating to no end. He really made us feel welcome and special throughout the whole process! I don’t even think I know of half the things the team at Bella Vita did to make our day so special. All I know is it went SO smoothly, including moving our outdoor ceremony inside! The night of our wedding, our guests were stunned by the beauty of the venue and the absolutely excellent food. Overall, I would give Bella Vita 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Book your big day with Brian as soon as you can, if you want a perfectly magical day. Thank you, Brian!!! ❤️❤️❤️ -

We had our wedding at Bella Vita on August 24th 2019! Brian has been amazing since the very first time we met him at our showing of the venue. He made our decision to choose Bella Vita very easy. Super professional, friendly and accommodating. His entire family and staff work soo hard to make your day everything you wanted and beyond. The food was outstanding, I have recieved so many compliments. One of the staff members made sure my dress was perfect before walking out to the ceremony and gave me a hug! It was such a nice gesture I will always remember. Bella Vita is beautiful, the place..the people.. everything!!!!
Thank you for making our day a dream.
I will truly miss working with Brian and the whole Bella Vita family.

We had our wedding here and everything was awesome! The food is FANTASTIC! It’s all homemade food! Best wedding food I have ever had. The staff is wonderful. Very welcoming. Brian, the owner, is very easy to work with and accommodated to all of my wants and needs. Everything went so smoothly. I would highly recommend the venue to anyone for all occasions -

The venue is beautiful! The food was good as well. The bartender was great along with Kevin, the helper. HOWEVER, the customer service from Brian is lacking. Throughout the planning process he was generally okay. Not the most personable, but manageable. He did pick and choose with whom he communicated. For example, my future son-in-law messaged him and Brian would stop responding, because the future groom was asking too many questions. Brian did respond to me, though. I suppose because I was the one paying. The bridal party was at the venue at 9:00 a.m. I had asked previously for a snack tray as we were originally told we can not bring outside food in. The owner charged $150. The day of the wedding, he said he had forgotten about it. I told him no worries and he said he would refund the $150. I told him that was fine. But, within an hour, he brought in a tub of mixed treats: popcorn, pretzels, chips, and bugles. Definitely not worth $150. However, we didn't say anything that day, because we were focused on the wedding.
The day after the wedding, we went to clean up and gather our decorations. And, here came the problem. I told Brian that everything was great, but I felt that the snack tub he brought was way overpriced. Immediately, he was defensive. He started to go on and on about how everything is expensive (electricity, food, etc). He proceeded to tell us that his wife is the one who handles the pricing and there isn't anything he could do. He said all we are doing is looking for money. I told him we don't want it for free, but he could take off at least a portion (maybe half) as a good will gesture. He proceeded to tell us we would need to talk to his wife, yet, she wasn't available and she isn't a nice person (his words)He said she is very mean. He said she is at home and two minutes later she was at the doctor's office in Milwaukee (on a Sunday). I spoke to him calmly, but he was very agitated. He proceeded to say that his wife is not nice and will divorce him, if he gives us any money back. I also found out that the night before at the very end he said in front of my daughter (the bride) and the groom to my son, "Pick up the chair b*****" and he was using "F bombs". When this was brought up today, he said he was joking. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. I told Brian that I will leave a review about our experience, which he said that he doesn't care about reviews. He should, because his business depends on word of mouth. Also, if you decide to use this venue, be prepared to bring your own chargers (Plates), plates for cake and napkins. You will need to cut the cake yourself. Also, if you plan to decorate the gazebo outside, he will not help in any way, shape or form. You will get a ladder, if you ask. Also, if you need a table for a unity candle, let him know well in advance as he yelled at our officiant when he requested an appropriate table. I had heard that he had been rude to others as well.
