Our original contact with the company, Art, was good. He worked with us on the rate and seemed to understand exactly what we wanted. We only needed the service after the wedding. We wanted to have them pick up the wedding party after the reception, take us for a short celebratory ride and then drop us all off at the hotel. No other pick-ups or drop-offs, very straight forward request. The 20 person Escalade was attractive and well maintained.
Unfortunately there was an apparent breakdown in communication between the person providing instructions to the driver. Sadly I do not know the drivers name, as I would like to insure that no one every uses him again. We told the driver exactly what we wanted and where we wanted to end up at the end of the allotted time. While we were enjoying ourselves in the back, we assumed he understood as he had indicated he had already been briefed by whomever works with the drivers. We look up as the time is coming to an end and we are back at our wedding reception site instead of the hotel! After having some serious words with the driver, he then attempts to take us to the hotel. The two places are 3 miles apart and it was obvious he had no idea where he was going. The driver obviously did not know the area at all and he had not prepared beforehand so that he would know where he was going. We were meeting other people at the hotel and kept them waiting for 45 minutes due to his complete incompetency.
