  Blue Mesa is Amazing!

  Our experience with Blue Mesa and Karen Hartzell was way beyond our wildest expectations. They became part of our family and did helped provide our daughter with the wedding of her dreams. Many guests complimented the food.

  amazing food

  We had a wedding of about 75. Our food consisted of poblano macaroni balls, mixed quesadilla, chips, salsa, guacamole, and queso. The entrée and sides were a southwestern salad, black bean and corn salad, macaroni & cheese, smoky black beans, carene asada on onions, and the carved turkey with cranberry jalapeno relish. Everything was amazing! The staff was on top of service. The planner, Karen, was extremally helpful and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

  Yummy is an understatement!

  I am an assistant planner with Stunning & Brilliant Events and we loved working with Blue Mesa! Not only was the food amazing, their staff was incredibly helpful. With set up, to breakdown, everything was seamless. Cannot wait to continue working with them.

  Great food and service

  We are so happy that we chose Blue Mesa for our wedding in March! We worked with Lyndsey and she is very knowledgeable and responsive. Thank you for the delicious food and great service, our guests loved the street taco buffet!

  The BEST vendor!

  Our original caterer went out of business three months before our wedding, leaving us looking for a caterer in a short time frame! We are SO glad it worked out because Blue Mesa was our favorite vendor. We got an almost immediate response, and every one of our questions was answered in a quick manner. We LOVE the food here already, but working with them to plan our wedding menu options was so smooth. Their staff was professional, there were more options available to us than lots of other catering companies, and they even helped with clean up! Having the Blue Mesa staff handling the service and food at our wedding was wonderful!

  Perfect Fajita Buffet

  We had Blue Mesa cater our recent wedding and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the food and the level of service during the entire process! The food on the day was great and I had many guests compliment the food. During the process, we had to make a few changes last minute due to a drop in our guest count to do COVID-19 cancellations, and they were amazing to let us make some changes at the last minute! The staff on the day was also great!

  I am sooooo glad that decided to go with Blue Mesa for our catering at our wedding! To start, Alicia was absolutely amazing to work with! She was super super helpful when we did our testing, and helped to cater the menu to exactly what we wanted it to be. She allowed us to substitute items that we preferred, to ensure that we had the menu we absolutely wanted. The staff the day of the wedding was awesome! They were very professional, polite and did a great job setting things up and serving. The food was soooooo good, it tasted just as if you were eating at the restaurant. We received many compliments on how great the food tasted and the service was. Overall our experience with Blue Mesa was awesome, and I would definitely use them for catering needs in the future again.

  Delicious!

  For being a crowd-pleaser, Blue Mesa is reasonably priced. I loved that in conjunction with the delicious fajita buffet we got flatware, silverware, bar staff and supplies, and people to assist with cake cutting, serving, and clean up. My guests were going up for seconds!

  Delicious appetizers + flexible service

  Blue Mesa customized their appetizer package to meet our needs without going overboard; we couldn't be happier! The restaurant helped us figure out the menu, and we got more for the money than we expected. I especially recommend the pork empanadas. Service included one attendant to keep the buffet tidy.

  We had the Plano location cater our wedding on May 10th, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! We got their street taco buffet, and all of our guests raved about the food the entire evening. Andrea was incredibly helpful ahead of time, answering questions and staying in contact with us about all the little details. All of the staff was wonderful day-of, and it was a huge perk to have them cut our cake for free too. We would definitely recommend them to any Mexican food lovers, like us!

  We loved using Blue Mesa for our wedding. We were wowed from the tasting to clean-up. One thing we really liked about Blue Mesa is that since they are a full service restaurant, we were able to make changed to our final count up until the week of the wedding.

  Having Blue Mesa cater our wedding was one of the easiest chooses we made. They were fantastic! The food was excellent and way more affordable than the other quotes I received. Lindsey, the catering coordinator made the whole process SO easy. I also used Blue Mesa for the bartenders at my wedding. The bartenders were fantastic. No one ever had to wait for a drink and the drinks were really good. Def recommend Blue Mesa in FW!!

  Blue Mesa (Plano location) did my wedding catering and I was very pleased! The food was delicious and the staff were attentive. Andrea helped us the entire way with the tasting, menu selections, advice and proposals. I would highly recommend Blue Mesa for your catering if you are looking for yummy Mexican food with great staff!

We are so thankful for that day because we were truly blessed to work with such great people. Dennis and Lyndsey did everything they could to work with us. The food and drinks were delicious!! Everyone from the wedding raved about how good everything was. We cannot thank them enough for their service. Everything was set up so nicely and on time. In addition, one of my bridal showers was at the new location on W 7th and it was AMAZING! All of the workers were so nice and professional.
