    Their team was amazing! From the moment I hired them for my daughter's wedding, to receiving the final photos and video, we had an experience that was very professional, organized, and the quality of everything is fantastic.

    We had Jason of Bright Brands Media as our videographer for our Disney Fairytale Wedding on June 28th! I am SO grateful to him. I decided that we had to have videography for our wedding as a last minute decision, because I knew we would regret it if we didn't. I contacted Jason and he was extremely kind, helpful, professional, and quick at responding to any questions I had!
    He was awesome the day of, arriving promptly, and wonderful at capturing every special moment. He even came up with beautiful creative shots I certainly never would have thought about! The footage he captures is just absolutely incredible, and I highly, highly recommend choosing Bright Brands Media to capture your wedding and receptions!
    Thanks to Jason, we have our whole day of memories. We couldn't be happier that we chose Bright Brands Media for our wedding day!!!

    Jason and his team are 5-star worthy and worth every penny. After speaking with Jason on the phone for the first time I knew he was experienced and would get all the special moments on video that I requested. During the wedding, they were very personable and enthusiastic. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed even though I knew I was on camera and in front of a lot of people. After receiving the video, I was very happy with the quality and overall style. I am a very satisfied customer!

    They are super professional and captured every moment of our special day. Our guest were blown away by the drone! The photos and video made us fall even more in love. I can't thank them enough.     Bright Brands came through for my new bride and I as we needed a wedding photographer quick. The guy I had originally scheduled didn't work out and with super short notice Jason provided his photography services. His customer service was superb as he suggested that we purchase an album instead of digital because it will be a much easier to pick up off a coffee table 10 years from now than it would be to find digital photos on an SD card, and he mentioned that our friends and family will enjoy an album more too. After going this route with the album, he also gave us the digital photos so we could use them for Facebook and social media. In addition, I was very impressed by the album and the photos. I highly recommend them!

    Very disappointed. Will be back to edit my review when I receive the final photos. Has been 7 weeks and still waiting for photos that aren’t pixaleted and awful quaility.

    It has been 4 months since my daughters wedding & we still don't have a video. Jason Densberger the owner, won't answer calls, texts or emails anymore. YELP has several others who he scammed. Don't use him or his company.

    I was one of videographers that Jason hired for two Indian weddings in July 2018... however he stopped responding on my messages and calls. I have never got paid for the work I did... Terrible.

    If I could leave a 0 rating I would! Wedding was in April, Jason was a little “off” but overall responsive and friendly at the wedding. After the wedding he was hard to get a hold of but fairly responsive until May 27th. Our video was due by May 19th but we have not received anything and now he is in the wind. We checked his reviews before the wedding and everything was great but something has obviously changed for Jason and this company. Our wedding memories are lost and this break our heart. We paid upfront (typical practice) so basically we have been taken for 1300! How heartless can you be? I am leaving negative reviews everywhere, contacting the BBB and Channel 9, and possibly looking into small claims court at this point!

    HE is a complete fraud! Our wedding was May 19th and we still have nothing and absolutely zero contact from him. He was completely unprofessional at our wedding. He is a child and scam artist. He just changes his business name every now and then to keep people believing he actually has something called a "business". He took the best day of my life and is making it into months of a nightmare. I WANT MY VIDEO JASON.!!! DO NOT USE HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF ALL YOUR MONEY.

    My wedding was in April. Since then I have no been able to contact anyone about getting my wedding video or footage. He did show up to the wedding but phone, email, text without any response. Jason, I hope you see these reviews and get us our video!

    My wedding was on April 8th and Jason was the videographer. The day of my wedding he showed up on time and did his job. My husband and I had no issues with him up until now. Per our contract, it stated I would have my video no later then June 3rd....almost a MONTH later and I still h ave NO VIDEO!!! I have made numerous attempts to contact Jason via email, Facebook, his own website, etc. and still no response. Tried calling his phone too and he is blocking ALL CALLS!!!! I read a bunch of reviews prior to booking Jason and everything seemed great and all panned out but obviously something has changed since the end of April/beginning of May. The last contact I had with Jason was May 24th and he promised me I would be getting my videos soon. After that conversation he has completed disappeared. I am so heartbroken that I still don’t have my videos and I feel like I will never get it. At this point I will be taking legal action.

    It has been a few months since my wedding and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING from Bright Brands Media. I have tried calling, e-mailing, Facebook messaging, everything. I have recently read reviews of brides with similar experiences from working with this company. I just want my video, and will be happy to take down this review when I receive any sort of assurance.

    My wedding was in February and we have yet to receive our video, even though we paid in full a month BEFORE our wedding day. He completely stopped responding to both my husband and I. We had to BEG him to send us our photos 3 months after our wedding (calling and texting him regularly but with barely any response from the owner Jason). The photos were poor quality. Jason stole our money and now wants nothing to do with us even when we threaten to sue him. He simply does not care. As of now, he completely ripped us off. I went on Yelp to research if this has happened to other people and there were 5 other reviews stating the same exact thing! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. TOTAL RIP OFF! Not only has he not sent us our video, there were several other breach of contract the day of the wedding that we would have easily ignored had he provided us with the services we paid for. BEWARE,

    It's been 5 months since our wedding and we have not recieved our video. Contact from Jason is pretty much non existent and if he responds there is no indication of when we will be receiving. We paid upfront as required so as of now, our money has been stolen.
