My venue for a Baby Shower brunch backed out at the last minute less than a full week before the event. I contacted Veronica and she immediately put me at ease and was able to reach out to her team and contacts. The next morning she already had options prepared. In 4 days we had a beautiful venue and excellent menu (Old Ebbitt Grill) while staying within our budget. She was a real life saver and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and hope to have an occasion to utilize her tremendous skills in the future. She is above and beyond capable, a true talent and skilled professional!

We worked with Veronica from By Veronica Cole for end-to-end wedding planning services. Veronica was amazing! She actively listened to our vision for the day and helped execute that vision. She was very responsive, not only to my questions and concerns, but to those of my (now) husband and my parents. She coordinated our vendors with aplomb, found us an amazing DJ and a bakery that specialized in gluten free, dairy free, and vegan wedding cakes (I have multiple food allergies). She also worked closely with us and the caterer to devise a gluten free and egg free menu with vegetarian options all guests could eat and enjoy.
Veronica is very hands on and willing to go the extra mile to help her clients. She's also an excellent listener and great at talking stressed out brides down from whatever ledge they've climbed onto. She even helped me pick out my wedding gown, which was a wonderful experience.
Veronica would be my definite pick for any wedding planning or event planning need you have. She and her staff were excellent, professional, affordable, and wonderful to work with. I do not have a bad thing to say! Service overall was extraordinary. I could not have gotten through the planning process and day-of without her.

Veronica is just as amazing as her reviews say. She responded within 24 hours with clear next steps. She is very professional and goes out of her way to help out. She recommended vendors when she didn't have to. When something went wrong she asks me to call her to explain the situation (it was another vendors fault also!). She then fixed the problem asap and the end result was even better. I got reduced hotel rates for my guests. Her room block services are free and she is simply the best in her field. If you're getting a planner, she is the one! Also, she'll take the blame so your family doesn't drive you crazy during all the planning.

Plain and simple, Veronica saved my marriage....and probably my life! I admit I was pretty clueless about the whole wedding thing, even when the date kept getting closer and closer. But as that was happening I watched my [then] fiancé get more, and more stressed so when she asked if we could hire a wedding planner I gave in and told her I would trust her to find someone good. Leave it to my wife to find the best wedding planner on this earth; not that I have a whole lot of experience but I'm pretty certain that no one but Veronica could have helped us create such a perfect wedding. My stress actually lessened as the date approached! And so did my wife's. Veronica handled everything professionally and was a lot of fun to work with. She understood what kind of relationship I have with my wife and what we were looking for for our wedding. This review isn't easy to write because trying to explain how amazing Veronica was and is is nearly impossible. Almost immediately Veronica became not only my dream-come-true but a great friend. She was organized and on top of everything and she also made the wedding planning process a ton of fun! I can 100% guarantee that my wedding would never have happened had she not come on board. There was a lot going on in my life (to say the least) when my [then] fiancé and I hired Veronica as our wedding planner and she melted away all the concerns and stress I was feeling about planning my wedding, which allowed me to focus on everything else in my life. I always felt at ease when she was helping me to make decisions and I never, ever worried when she independently made decisions based solely on my suggestions and input. She spent so much time getting to know me (and my fiancé) that when my wedding day arrived I was nothing but pure happy without a worry in the world because I knew Veronica was making sure every second of the day was going to run smoothly and be wonderful and beautiful...and it was! I love that I can look back on my wedding day and truly say I had the time of my life! I have Veronica to thank for that...now and forever!

Veronica was amazing to work with for our wedding this past summer. She came with a list of talented vendors and did all of the heavy lifting. She communicated with us every step of the way and there was no question or issue too small for her to address with us. She worked with us on our vision - which was disorganized at best, to start - and helped us to transform it into something wonderful. She is creative, intelligent and easy to work with. We had multiple (serious) issues come up on our wedding day and she handled them with grace and professionalism. I had no idea that there was anything even wrong, and having that kind of piece of mind on your wedding day is priceless. I would definitely recommend using By Veronica Cole for your next event!

Veronica was absolutely amazing! We only gave her 2 months notice to plan our NYE wedding in our back yard,in the dead of winter on a limited budget. Veronica assisted me with booking rooms for my wedding at the National Harbor. We had already been working with another planner (who was also great!) by the time we met Veronica, so I didn't have the pleasure of working extensively with AC Events. However, given Veronica's timely responses, thorough presentation and professionalism, I can confidently say that all that she touches is golden. I will keep her in my files for future events and recommendations! Thanks again! :-)

Veronica of AC Events is positively incredible. She met with my wife and I for an hour while tasting cake. In that hour she learned what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay for it and our personal tastes. Her recommendations are golden and all you have to do is trust her. When it comes to wedding planning she is always correct. She returns calls and emails promptly and most importantly she listens. You know that she has other clients, but you feel like you are her only client. When life happens and you are stressed you can tell her to take over and know that she will never dissappoint you. She makes things happen and I will recommend her to everyone.

We used Veronica Cole with AC Events for help coordinating our hotel block for our Baltimore wedding. She was always very responsive to our emails and organized everything with the hotel managers for us. One of the best part of her services is that is was all free for us!

AC Events, LLC was a life saver. They made planning our wedding a breeze and a joy. My husband and I used AC Events, LLC for our hotel accomodations, for our out-of-town guests, and also for wedding planning services. They were amazingly professional, efficient, and fun. The staff was a joy to work with, always one step ahead of everyone else. They know tons of amazing vendors all around the Baltimore and DC area and helped us pick out all of our wedding vendors, and we loved them all. AC Events only recommends the best of the best vendors and it shows...our wedding went off without a hitch. Using AC Events saved us a ton of money, my husband was extra pleased with that aspect. There's not much better than someone handling hotel booking needs for a wedding at no cost to you. Dealing with hotels can be complex and time consuming and AC Events took care of everything for us. They were very responsive and professional and seemed genuinely interested in making sure the bride and her guests would be happy.

Veronica did a great job for us in coordinating the wedding reception and wedding ceremony. She was very approachable, very pleasant and fun to work with. Veronica had excellent follow up and follow through skills, which is so very important to most brides.
