  Cakes by Erin is the place to go for any event the girls we worked with to make our beautiful cake ROCKED!!! We gave them ideas and they did just what we wanted and more I'm getting a lot of compliments on our wedding cake how beautiful and moist and good it was

  we met with Erin and showed her a picture of what we wanted our wedding cake to look like and I was so surprised that she actually made an exact replica of the cake we wanted. The cake was absolutely gorgeous and it was the most delicious cake I have ever had. I would deffinetly reccomend this bakery to anyone that is looking for a beautiful and delicious cake for any occasion.

  We booked Erin for our wedding. We haven't gotten married yet. But so far the process has been smooth. We booked a simple cake with buttercream frosting. Our wedding is in May, we're looking forward to seeing and eating our cake/cupcakes!

  I had gone to this shop after seeing a cake they did for my friend and BOY was I blown away from the cupcakes I had purchased. They did our wedding cake at an AMAZING value and we actually ended up not getting the top tier.. because people were eating 2 and 3 pieces of the cake! Definitely check this amazing shop out

  We loved our cupcakes from Cakes by Erin for our wedding. After checking out lots of cake shops we decided we really liked the idea of cupcakes instead of the traditional cake. Erin was very responsive and flexible when we initially we're sure which cupcakes we wanted. In the end we decided to keep it simple with chocolate and vanilla cupcakes along with a variety of mini cupcakes including red velvet, samoa, and Oreo. Everyone told us how delicious they were and there was very few left over at the end of the wedding! Cakes by Erin is professional while not being "stuffy", a pleasure to work with, and was affordable for our wedding of roughly 130 guests. Thanks Erin!

  Cakes by Erin is a great find!!! We had decided to go the cupcake route prior to meeting with Erin. She was very helpful in picking out our flavors and making suggestions. We had a Red Sox theme for our cake/cupcakes. And everything was perfect. The little bats, balls and Red Sox B that were on top of our cupcakes looked amazing. Everyone has asked where we got the cupcakes from-I immediately tell them then give them directions!!!
  
  It was so good we didn't save a piece for our first wedding anniversary, instead I will go back and have a replica made.
  
  I also ordered a transformers cake for my husband, which was perfect. We had this at the rehearsal dinner and everyone raved about how good it was. My husband loved the surprise!!!
  
  I went in often to make payments/ask questions and everyone is super friendly!!! I immediately feel comfortable when I go in.

  The cake and cupcakes were amazing. She does an amazing job of creating your ideas into amazing creations.

  Erin baked 250 mini cupcakes in 4 flavors for my wedding. They were amazing! All the guests raved about them the entire night and even after our event was over. The flavors we chose were champagne, lemon drop, oreo, and red velvet. Each one was the perfect bite size so we could try them all. Although she may be a little pricey, her cupcakes are well worth it.

  Cakes by Erin and their staff are amazing! My wedding cake was beautiful and tasted delicious. I also had cupcakes in 4 different flavors that my guests are still raving about! Since my venue offered desert I figured I would get to go containers so people could take them home, the idea was cute but they were so good people took 2 or 3 home and left me with none =( I had three or four people call me days later and asked me where they could get more cupcakes!

  Erin and her team were WONDERFUL! My husband, and I met with Erin and she gave us SO many options, when we picked what we wanted she did all the work! She checked back with us a few different times before the wedding to make sure we hadn't changed our minds. The cake was BEAUTIFUL!!! and So delicious!!! I am still have guest ask me where I got it! All you brides would be CRAZY to go with Cakes by Erin! You will not be disappointed!!

  They came highly recommended and I was not disapointed. I had a beautiful wedding cake that was so yummy! They worked with us to make sure they had the design right and we were thrilled with the price. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided

  I wanted a Treasure Chest Cake for my wedding and it looked like Erin could make it happen- and she did. My Cake was amazing! It looked exactly like the photo. Erin worked with me over the phone and email since I was planning from afar. I put a 4.5 for Responsiveness because it was a little hard to schedule a call and my emails weren't answered (a quick- hey I got it would be great). Otherwise- fantastic. The cake even tasted great too!

  My husband and I LOVED our specialty wedding cake at our recent wedding! Back story: my husband proposed with my ring and fortune inside of a Chinese fortune cookie! We carried this theme throughout our entire wedding decor, and knew we wanted a fortune cookie cake. Erin delivered! Not only did it look so real and amazing, it tasted as equally amazing!

  First and foremost, Erin's cakes are beyond delicious. Having been a longtime fan of her cupcakes and unique flavors (hello Tiramisu, Samoa Cookie, and Champagne!) at a local cafe, it was no question as to where we wanted to get our wedding cake from. Living and working a great distance from Haverhill, I didn't have the opportunity to meet with Erin in person because she is a busy woman and has limited hours for meeting with clients, but my mother did and had positive things to say about their tasting and consultation. We went with a cupcake tier of regular and mini sizes in four flavors, a top tier cake to cut, and an Ohio State football stadium grooms cake. My only reason for not giving a full 5 star review is that there seemed to be some miscommunication about decorating the cupcake stand; she had said that the bakery could line the edges of it with ribbon that we provided to "glam it up" and the ribbon was only used around the actual top tier cake, not the edge of each plastic tier. It certainly wasn't the end of the world, but considering the price you pay for world class cakes, delivery, and renting the stand that she encouraged us to, having it simply decorated as discussed would have been appreciated. Nonetheless, I'm still very happy that we chose Cakes by Erin and would recommend that everyone stop by their bakery sometime!

  Erin's shop has gone down hill!! I used to go here all the time for birthdays, so I thought it would be nice to order my wedding cake from here. I inquired about a cake tasting and was fired off a rude email about it. I was completely turned off and haven't been back since.
