  Don't Sleep on the Seafood Pasta!

  Dianna and the team at Catering Reserved were on the list of preferred vendors recommended by our venue, Sweeney Barn, and it isn't hard to see why.
  
  Going into the wedding planning process we were naïve about the budget and cost for catering, linens, tables, rentals, etc. and it can get a bit overwhelming seeing how quickly it all adds up! However, I would do it all over again exactly as we did.
  
  Dianna and her team knocked it out of the park. Our food was divine. The table settings looked dreamy and romantic. The staff was professional and organized. Our guests also made sure to tell us multiple times how phenomenal the bartending team was!
  
  We ended up opting for a plated meal which included multiple apps, bread & a plated salad, and then guests' choice of chicken, beef, or seafood. I just cannot say enough how much I'll dream of that shrimp & seafood pasta and will dream of bathing in it.
  
  My concern as someone that's been to many weddings was making sure no one had to wait forever for their food and that everything was as top-notch quality in taste, temperature, and presentation as it was at our tasting. Given that Sweeney Barn has one small elevator for the catering team to have to use to get to the 2nd floor, I'm actually FLOORED at how Dianna and team pulled it off! Additionally, Dianna is a gem to work with and very flexible/ accommodating. She helped make guided recommendations and was all about our signature cocktails.

  Great Experience

  We had the pleasure of working with Dianna at Catering Reserved. From the day we met Dianna and tasted Catering Reserved food, we knew we were going to choose this catering company for our wedding. Dianna was very helpful and informative and was not trying to push us to purchase anything outside of what we wanted for our day. The food and desserts were great and we even chose to have the donut wall, which was a HUGE hit at our wedding. We also had a great time picking out plate settings and linens from the rental company they work with. Overall a really great experience with Catering Reserved and Dianna. Thank you Dianna!

  Great Experience for Small Reception!

  Catering Reserved did an amazing job for our small October wedding dinner reception! We had a small space to work with and they handled the logistics and set-up with ease. The set-up was elegant, the passed appetizers and plated dinners were delicious! The service was impeccable, no one was wanting for anything the whole time. They cleaned up after and left the place in great shape. We also ordered late night snacks and breakfast casseroles to heat up the following day for brunch. They were all wonderful. And since I did not have a day-of coordinator, it helped that catering team was so organized! Highly recommend!

  Incredible!

  Catering Reserved is an incredible company. During the planning process, they were always so quick to respond, and easy to work with. On our wedding day they worked so hard to ensure our day was perfect and they succeeded! Each and every staff member was so kind and continuously checked up on my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend!

  Catering Reserved was Amazing!

  Catering Reserved was absolutely amazing! We hired them for my daughter's wedding and the food was delicious and the staff was wonderful and professional. We tried several catering companies before making our final decision, and once we tried Catering Reserved, the decision was an easy one. The appetizers were great, and the main meals (filet mignon and chicken) were unbelievable. All of our guests just raved about the food. I can't say enough about Catering Reserved.

  Absolutely Wonderful!

  Loved my experience with Catering Reserved! The variety of food was what stood out to me initially. They're also flexible and will work with you on your unique wedding/event. The owner was always responsive and answered all of my questions throughout the planning process. Of course the food was delicious! The staff were all amazing as well. I received multiple comments from my guests about how much they loved the staff. Great menu variety, delicious food, awesome staff. overall amazing experience.

  Best wedding caterer

  Catering Reserved provided the best service and food I've ever had at a wedding. They have a very professional and kind staff. Dianna is extremely communicative, kind, and flexible. I had friends even comment that we had the best bar ever!

  My Son's Wedding

  My son was just married on March 18th. Catering Reserved catered the wedding. The food was beyond amazing. Guests raved about quality and quantity from main meal, appetizers, cheese tray and pretzels. Your staff was amazing, kind, professional and just so on it! The bartenders were so personable and on the ball. Words don't express how much we appreciated working with Dianna and her team.

  Guests Loved Dinner + Dessert!

  Dianna at Catering Reserved is a Godsend! We found ourselves without a caterer ~3 months before our wedding and Dianna was able to schedule us in for a tasting at very short notice. The food options were great! They were also very willing to change around menu items and think creatively about adding specific drinks or desserts. We had a lot of issues leading up to our wedding, but Catering Reserved was able to be VERY flexible with us - even attending two different final walkthru's of our wedding venue, one of which was only a week before the wedding. 1000% recommend this vendor to anyone in the VA/DC area!!

  Yummy food, excellent service!

  Catering Reserved were the prime caterer for my wedding this past weekend. The FOOD was absolutely amazing! Given that we had to postpone our wedding 2 times, we have a great sense of community with our vendors and felt 100% taken care of the entire time . This was the BEST night of my husband and I's lives and we thank a LARGE part of that to the AMAZING FOOD!! The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure I always had something to nibble or sip on. Many of our guests exclaimed that it was some of the best food they've ever had at any wedding!

  The Best Caterer and an Amazing Experience!

  From the very beginning, they were fantastic to deal, with. They came up with a menu that perfectly fit our tastes. Once they showed up, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff was phenomenal, going above and beyond what we had asked for, from setting out the desserts, to serving the bride and groom, to putting all the leftovers in storage containers and putting it away for us. They cleaned up everything and put it away so that, we didn't have to worry about it. We would use this caterer at any and every event in the future. The food was mouthwatering. The orzo was perfectly cooked. The salmon was juicy and also perfectly cooked. The beef was tender and delicious. Everything was fresh made with high quality ingredients. Don't even waste your time looking for another caterer. These people are it!

  Creative & Professional

  We lost our initial caterer last minute due to COVID and it must have been kismet that we found Catering Reserved so quickly after because, “WOW!” Dianna and her team worked thoughtfully and flawlessly to help us develop a menu for our cocktail hour and wedding reception. The passed hors d’ouevres were a hit, especially the miniature Korean pork tacos. Their food was very creative and did not feel passe at all (that Mac and Cheese was phenomenal). Their staff was very professional & courteous. They made sure everyone did not go home hungry, packing our leftovers and making sure the pregnant bridesmaid at our wedding got an extra bit of Mac and cheese to take home. They were great to work with and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a caterer

From the first phone conversation with Dianna to the completion of our daughter's wedding last weekend, we knew we made the right decision to use them as our caterer. When Virginia went to a 25 person maximum, their flexibility, responsiveness, and compassion was put into action. Not all vendors responded the same way. When our daughter changed venues 2 weeks before her wedding date, Dianna made a special trip out there to evaluate the space. Fast forward to the reception, we were wowed by the beauty and precision of the set up, the professionalism of the staff, the excellence of the presentation and quality of the food, and the help with cleanup. Hard to imagine, but the food at the reception was even better than at the tasting. In other words, we cannot say enough, nor show enough gratitude, to the outstanding service we received. Do not hesitate to use Catering Reserved.

  Top Notch All the Way

  Catering Reserved made our daughter’s wedding absolutely perfect! The food was fabulous, the service was stellar, and attention to detail was amazing!
  
  The bride & groom said they would not have changed a single thing about their day. We just cannot thank Dianna and her crew enough for making it all happen.

  Scrumptious food

  Catering reserved was amazing to work with. They provided amazing food, appropriate labor and great suggestions for tables, linens , etc. They definitely went above and beyond to make our daughter’s wedding memorable for all the attendee’s. We would definitely use them again.

  Perfect Caterer

  Dianna was such a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and clear with all of the information. She was so helpful along the way and helped us with options at the walkthrough when we had to make changes due to covid. The reception was beautiful! The tables looked so nice with the finishing touches. She made sure we were taken care of. We also got many compliments on the food! Everything was covid compliant and safe. We had a friend who has a bakery, make all of our desserts and Catering Reserved set it all up and made it look so nice! We were very pleased with everything. The food tastes great, the set up is so classy, and you get tear down with trash removal all for a reasonable price! Nothing more you can ask for! Highly recommend Catering Reserved for not just a wedding but any larger gathering!

  Amazing food, amazing staff!

  Catering Reserved is the real deal when it comes to event catering. They were recommended to us through our venue, Sweeney Barn, and they exceeded expectations in all areas! They provided all of our food and rentals, as well as food and beverage service. The staff members were so friendly and worked so hard to give us the most amazing cocktail hour and reception. We had a barbeque buffet that people are still talking about! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a full-service catering company.

  Nothing short of amazing

  Dianna really made our experience with Catering Reserved so easy. She created a family style dinner option for our reception with high quality food options.She was there to answer any questions that I had and provide her expertise to help us save money as well. The food was delicious and the service the company provided our guests were exceptional. I would highly recommend this company for a reception!

  Respectful, professional and flexible

  We had a lot of last minute changes we needed to make to our menu and Dianna was beyond helpful and understanding. From the testing all the way to our wedding day, she never hesitated to go the extra mile and make sure everything was exactly the way my husband and I wanted it to be. The China looked very high quality, the napkins and table setting were gorgeous and the food was amazing! I had no complaints.

  Amazing Experience

  Vivian and her team did an amazing job with our wedding. Vivian had great familiarity with our venue at Top of the Town, and was so flexible with requests we made about dietary restrictions. We received a lot of compliments at our reception on the food, and also on how smoothly the catering team handled everything! We were so happy we booked Catering Reserved for our reception!
  P.s. the edamame dumplings are the bomb.

  Took great care of us!

  Catering Reserved really came through on the day of our wedding. We knew from our tasting that their food was going to be amazing (and our guests most certainly agreed as well!), but the service we received during our reception was incredible. The Catering Reserved staff made all the difference; we can say with confidence that booking with them was a solid decision. People always warn couples that you won't be able to eat at the wedding or be able to enjoy your food, but we have quite the opposite to say for our wedding! Catering Reserved took great care of us--they made plates for us ahead of time, we had enough time to eat, and they made sure our glasses were *never* empty the entire night. The event manager on the day-of even sought us out while we were doing our photo sessions just to ask if we wanted drinks or food! We were blown away and so grateful by their service--we were able to enjoy our reception and food because of them!

  Delicious Brunch Buffet

  Absolutely loved catering reserved brunch menu! I’ve never actually used a catering company before so when we had our tasting I was blown away! I was expecting it to be super basic and bland and taste like resort food or like any buffet restaurant food. I was so impressed with all the flavors. It was well seasoned and fresh and just over all delicious I couldn’t wait for our guest to have it at our wedding. I’ve been to weddings before where the food taste average and looks boring. I was super proud to hear everyone loved the food and happy to see some going back for seconds! I think I even heard someone had 3 omelettes!!! Couldn’t have been happier with our selections and Dianna was super responsive and helpful with all the my questions and changes! Thank you to the team!
