    Absolutely thrilled with this vendor. Robin is a client of a friends and hooked us up good. The driver he sent to us was early and so patient with us since we were running late. While we were taking pictures, he offered all the family and bridal party refreshments and a chance to cool off in the limo if they wanted to - even if they weren't originally supposed to be in the limo. I would highly recommend their services - in fact, I already have!

    Cedillo limousines did a fantastic job from pick up to drop off the experience was fantastic. The driver was professional the complimentary liquor was a definite bonus. Would recommend to anybody!

    Very professional and always smiling. Being on time was the most important thing for us. Cause WE are always late.

    I booked Cedillo based on reviews from Yelp. Some good, some bad, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt for my wedding day. The only great thing about this company is that they were quick to respond to my emails, not necessarily in the friendliest manner, but it was quick. Thankfully, our driver was on time. Our driver also asked us for the balance up front, almost making us feel like we weren’t allowed in without paying up front. I’m not sure if that’s how limo companies operate, but the least he could’ve done was ask in a friendlier manner. He took a very long route to our church, not really sure why, but we weren’t late. We mistakenly left our wedding rings inside the limo. When my sister (maid of honor, taking care of business) called him to come back, he took forever, even though he claimed he was in the parking lot. Connecting music was impossible, and the driver didn’t give us any tutorials. We also didn’t ask, but a breakdown from the beginning would have been appreciated. We ended up finishing our wedding day transportation needs an hour early so he received an extra hour rental without having to do anything. The reviews for this company are dated a few years ago and I wanted to leave my review from a more recent date for any bride thinking of considering hiring this company.

    My wedding was messed up thanks to you

    I had reached out to this limo company for an inquiry back in October of 2018, once we decided to go with this company we hired them for our wedding on 1/31/2019 over the phone also making a deposit. Robin was supposed to send the contract that day, but he did not follow through with the contract and had to send him an email for a follow up two days after my deposit was taken. I emailed him on 3/30 for a change in the pick up location and did not receive a replay back. Not until I was finally able to get a hold of him on 4/2. Also a week before the event our wedding coordinator had called to confirm the final details but there was never any reply back either.
    The day of my wedding the limo driver ,Tim, was scheduled to pick up my wife at 1 p.m. He was about 10 mins late to get her, which she is no not complaining too much about, but as she was trying to get in the limo and was trying to hurry to get to the chapel because it was not a local drive and did not be anymore late then she already was, Tim had stopped her to ask for final payment which she was not expecting to be brought up at that current moment. All of our other vendors from that day did not ask us for any last minute payments until the end, not at the beginning. My wife and her maid of honor kept tracking time on the way to ceremony, they were going to be no more then 10-15 mins late according to GPS. We have been to our ceremony location multiple times prior to our event, and she stated that the limo driver did not take the route that we have taken. When she realized that he was going in a different direction she pulled up GPS again and saw that 10-15 mins late turned to 30-45 mins late. She does feel that the limo driver missed his exit and was trying to find an alternate route which caused them to be 30 mins late to our ceremony. Due to her being 30 mins late she not only had to deal with the overwhelming stress of being late, she also had to no time to have a moment to relax before getting up to the alter. Before she exited the limo, she told Tim to please be there by 5:00 p.m. we had to be at our next location at 6:00 and it was an hour drive to our next location. The maid of honor told the limo driver she would call him 15 mins before 5 to let him know we were ready. Maid of honor called him at 4:48 and Tim stated he would be on the way. Tim then calls at 5:05, and states that his battery is dead. At 5:10 the best man gets on the phone with him to see what his plan was, and Tim stayed he was going to get jumper cables and would get to us in 20 mins. At 5:21 we asked if he was coming, but no response so at 5:23 we found someone with cables and called Tim to send us his location could jump his car because we had cables. We did not receive his location until 5:36. And the location he sent us was not even correct. The maid of honor asked for him to share his location but he did not know how to do that. By this point, my wife did not want to waste anymore time to go and find him and have us be even more late to the venue so we had to find an alternate way to get to our reception. By 5:44 we figured out our ride situation and we then texted the limo driver we found a ride. At 5:45 we got a text saying “I just arranged for another limo in LA.” By then it was too late. We were not going to continue waiting around for another limo to get there and take up even more time in us being even more late to our reception. We were supposed to arrive at 6 p.m. at the reception, we got there at 7 p.m. our reception started at 6:30 p.m. Dealing with this company has been overall overwhelming and very stressful. This company not only put us in a very stressful situation twice, but they caused us to have many losses in our wedding at the ceremony and reception. This is being posted a week after our wedding and we have not had any response back to us at all, this is very unperfessional!
