  Easy to work with

  We were able to customize our ceremony to what we were looking for, along with the guidance and ideas we needed from a professional. He was calm, organized, and just what we needed. We are pretty sentimental, and he had the perfect ideas to make our ceremony special - with a traditional touch but flexibility to change what we wanted.

  Absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend!

  Bill was an amazing officiant for our ceremony! He gave us several options to choose from for the ceremony to make it exactly what we wanted! He’s extremely kind and always responded very quickly!

  Beautifully done ceremony

  Bill was so awesome to work with! He gave us plenty of time to review the draft of our ceremony and gave several options for us to choose from so we had the most personalized ceremony possible! Any request we had, Bill honored it. He is so kind and has a great sense of humor! He put together a perfect ceremony that was written so beautifully. We couldn't be happier!!

  My Ceremony will forever be memorable

  My husband and I love Bill. He was attentive and aware of what we wanted our ceremony to be and look like. He gave us a faith-based ceremony that made my grand pop and many others emotional. It felt as though we've known Bill for many years. Having him officiant our wedding was by far the best decision I made.

  Bill was a great fit for our wedding. He worked with us to make the ceremony perfect for our day and met with us leading up to the wedding to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted! He was so helpful throughout the planning process and did an awesome job the day of.

  Bill is the best! From the moment that we reached out to the day of the wedding he was so kind, professional, and attentive to detail. Our guests remarked that they loved the ceremony and the beautiful message delivered by Bill. He is very responsive and you can tell that he genuinely loves marrying people. Bill personalized the ceremony extremely well to fit my (now) husband and me. We would highly recommend Bill to anyone and everyone looking for an officiant!

  Bill was perfect to officiate our wedding. He is the 1st and only candidate I met with. He was warm and welcoming. In the midst of the stress of planning a wedding, he put my mind at ease and was so easy to work with. He gave us exactly what we wanted, which was simple, special with some religion but not too much. I HIGHLY recommend choosing him for your special day. I still get compliments on how special and Beautiful our ceremony was. 10/24/20.

  We absolutely loved having Bill as our officiant. He was professional and funny. He made sure that the ceremony was both personal while still romantic. He was flexible with our needs and allowed us to meet with him or email with him several times leading up to the wedding. I am so grateful that he was able to officiate our marriage!

  I am so thrilled that Bill had a cancellation for our wedding day right before we called to meet him. He was wonderful. He is so friendly and funny, and he made the wedding and rehearsal a breeze. He can customize the ceremony to be as religious or secular as you want, and he was great with helping my dad remember his one line! :-) If you can book Bill, I highly recommend you do. You will not regret it! He is great!

Bill is a graduate of my high school rival Calvert Hall (which didn't effect my respect for him lol) and grew up around the area so it was cool to talk to him about his upbringing versus mine. Anyway it's that personal touch from him that made our ceremony so much fun. I said something funny during our vows by accident because I was trying to remember the lines verbatim and he made a joke about "this isn't jeopardy. you don't answer in the form of a question" and everyone including myself started laughing. It made the ceremony more enjoyable and less formal which we wanted. I even like his blessing at the end, which if you choose to do, he'll explain why it means so much to him.

He put together a beautiful ceremony for our wedding which was a great mix of traditional with some more modern element as we envisioned. We got many compliments on the ceremony, and we were very appreciative of all of Bill's recommendations as well as his professional, kind and funny personality. He goes above and beyond for his clients -- from meeting with us in person for our first consultation to attending the rehearsal at no additional cost , and finally providing you with a nice final printed version of your ceremony as a keepsake. We highly recommend Bill!

  We loved working with Bill! Bill was responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process and gave us great guidance re what to include in our ceremony (the mother's rose ceremony was a huge hit). The ceremony itself was beautiful and was my favorite part of the entire wedding.   Bill was the best officiant. My husband and I aren't religious and he didn't make me feel like I had to do anything I didn't want to. He has a sarcastic humor which matches mine. He made things light and funny which really helped keep my husband and I at ease. He came up with a beautiful idea of a wine boxing for our ceremony. He took into account what you wanted and threw some ideas out there to help make the decision process easier. He helped create a beautiful wedding. I picked him because of all the wonderful reviews people had written about him and his amazing price. You just can't beat someone who provides excellent service and doesn't charge you outrageous pricing.

  Bill customized the ceremony to fit us perfectly. I got compliments from everyone..from my friends to my Grandmother who is 90. Everyone thought it was great and I had a friend tell me that when she get's married she is going to book him too.

  My husband and I found Bill here on WeddingWire and after our first meeting, we knew we found the right guy. He made sure to listen to what we wanted to get out of the ceremony, and did just that. He is very personable and made us feel comfortable, even though my husband and I don't like attention and standing in front of a hundred people was slightly nerve-wracking. We appreciated his sense of humor, especially when a pirate ship full of tourists traveling through the Inner Harbor got close to the ceremony. All of our guests made comments on how beautiful and eloquent the ceremony was. Thanks, Bill, for sharing that moment with us and making our wedding unique and special. You were truly great to work with!

  Bill was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was very helpful and offered wonderful suggestions. We met with Bill one time before our ceremony and were immediately comfortable around him. He is very easy to talk to, kind, and has a great sense of humor. He kept our rehearsal and ceremony light-hearted, just like we wanted. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who needs an outstanding wedding officiant!

  Bill is amazing! He officiated our wedding and after meeting with us only one time, he created a ceremony that totally fit our personalities. We got many, many compliments from guests about how they loved the sentiments expressed in our ceremony and how personalized it was, and we completely agree. Bill was friendly, professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend him to any couple!!!
