Chapel Creek Ranch Wedding Venue is a beautiful, tranquil property just north of Denton. It is a slice of haven, truly Texas!! As you enter the property you are greeted with the resident longhorns. The road leads to the adorable wedding chapel which is impeccable, quaint and pristine. The grounds are well manicured. The venue itself impressive, dramatic, and rustic in the best possible way. The staff is warm and extremely accommodating. While Chapel Creek Ranch is primarily a wedding venue however I secured the property for booth a skeet shoot and a dove hunt for my client in the Real Estate World. If you are look for a venue for corporate retreats, family reunions, industry symposium you can find it all at Chapel Creek Ranch Wedding Venue. -

Chapel Creek Ranch was so breathtakingly beautiful. We received so many compliments about how gorgeous our venue was, and it made for some amazing photos! Having our ceremony on their grand staircase was a visual that was unlike any other venue we had visited. Their sweet little chapel was perfect for our cocktail hour. Most of all, my husband and I loved having the opportunity to take pictures with all of their cows on the property! The venue staff were also always so responsive, answered all of our questions, and were all around absolutely wonderful to work with. This was truly my dream venue. I feel like my words can't even do this place justice. We're very happy we found them! -

Chapel Creek Ranch was the most beautiful place for our special day. I had little amount of decor because the venue itself is so pretty. The staff was so friendly and great to work with. They were very attentive & I am so grateful for their help from the moment my husband and I toured the venue to the very end of our wedding day. I felt like I was able to confide in them with anything I needed & can’t say enough about the beautiful scenery for photos!!Chapel Creek Ranch's reply:

The second we stepped on the Chapel Creek Ranch property, we knew we had to have this as our venue. Brittani, Hannah and Sloan were so accommodating and helped with any questions we had. The property is absolutely breathtaking and the barn for the reception needs very minimal decorations as it does it itself. The high wooden ceilings, the chandeliers, it's all stunning! Since having our wedding at Chapel Creek Ranch, my husband and I have repeatedly been told we had the “best wedding ever!”.
My husband and I agree, working with Sloane and Brittany was the easiest part of wedding planning. They were accommodating and pleasant to work with! Thank you Chapel Creek Ranch! -

WOW! Perfect Venue
As a bride, I couldn't of asked for a better more amazing venue to host my special day. The staff was so warm and welcoming, making me feel like they were inviting me into their home. The venue itself is beautiful with views of the Texas hill country that goes for miles and the barn brought the rustic country look that we were going for. My husband loved the skeet shooting in the morning for him and the groomsmen and the lawn games that everyone got to enjoy during the reception. Having an all day rental really helped me relax, being able to come in, decorate and leaving plenty of time for all the special moments that came along with my wedding day. They have an open catering policy, so we were able to bring in whoever we wanted to serve our guests for food. They made the planning process so easy, allowing us to bring in our vendors that we wanted and were familiar with. We would recommend Chapel Creek Ranch to couples that are looking for friendly and personal environment were the staff takes a personal interest and goes above and beyond to ensure that your event is perfect. -

Shannon Sent on 11/04/2017My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Chapel Creek Ranch! The coordination was fabulous and Courtney is so easy to work with. The owner was involved and helpful as well. They are there to make it the best day for you and are so accommodating. There are so many fabulous places around the venue for photo options. My husband and I got amazing photos out in the field, inside the barn and around the venue. There are so many different spots to take pictures. We were even able to get different backgrounds with our bridesmaids and groomsmen. The little chapel on site is adorable and great to use for cocktail hour even if you aren't setting it up for the ceremony or reception! We are still getting comments from family and friends about how cool and beautiful the venue was. Because there is so much more than just the barn, our guests were able to mingle around and enjoy the scenery while taking photos or swinging on the swings while waiting for the reception to begin. We absolutely loved Chapel Creek Ranch!

Rebecca Sent on 07/05/2017Chapel Creek Ranch was the wedding venue of my dreams. The sense of peace at this rustic venue, surrounded by the beauty of the Texas countryside, is immeasurable.
Courtney was fantastic and wonderful to work with.. she made the planning of our wedding while we were living out of state easy and fun. She even stepped in as an onsite day of coordinator when my own DoC stepped out on a medical emergency 10 days before the wedding.

Lacey Sent on 04/27/2018Chapel Creek Ranch is a beautiful venue, my husband and I knew within a few minutes of arriving there that this would be where we would get married. They've done an incredible job with their venue and have thought out so many details of photos, etc. The brides room is the perfect place to spend your day with the girls getting ready, there is a bathroom upstairs, a mini fridge, and they made a nook with mirrors for you to hang your dress and it's the perfect photo shot. We had our ceremony out at horse shoe point, which can be really windy, so just keep that in mind depending on time of year. It was still beautiful, and girls, the walk down the aisle out there is a dream for a bride that wants to enjoy a long walk down the aisle. The barn is a dream for a reception, it's spacious, and we had so many compliments from our guests on the venue as a whole. Parking is also easy and awesome. I would highly recommend them. We worked primarily with Courtney and Brittani and they were both great to work with. I will say, they are a fairly new venue so you need to know there will be growing pains they are working through. We got a lot of updated rules in the year of our engagement since booking them to having our actual wedding. Everything updated was understandable, you could just tell that as they had more weddings out at the venue that they were experiencing things that needed to change. We personally had an issue with the sound system not playing my song when I went down the aisle, it was very upsetting but they did what they could to make it right and have implemented some changes to ensure it doesn't happen again. Make sure your DJ learns their sound system well before your ceremony. Also, make sure not to leave your car there overnight, they do lock their gates overnight and if they are closed the day after your wedding you won't be able to get it back. Just something to keep in mind for planning. -

The wedding venue is beautiful it has two options for the ceremony, outside or a small white chapel, the bride room and groom room are very nice, & the guest count is amazing!Chapel Creek Ranch's reply:

Disappointing Experience
We recently had my daughter's wedding at this venue. It was picked it due to the beauty of the venue, however, with the issues we had with the owners if we knew this prior, we would have never selected this venue. When we booked the venue in June of 2023 for a March 2024 wedding, we were told that in Jan. 2024 their alcohol policy would change and you would have to purchase the bartender and alcohol through them. We informed them at the time, that our family and guest like higher quality wines so we knew we would be charged a premium. When the time came to select the wines, their selection were not of our liking, so we gave them a list of wines we would prefer for the wedding. They did find the wines, but sure charged quite an upcharge for the alcohol. When we discussed the price with them, their response was this is "normal" and we need to just pay the price. This is the second daughter we married in a year, and this was NOT normal from our previous experience with another venue. They also had a required tip when we made the payment of the alcohol prior to the wedding. No other venue we dealt with asked for a required tip in advance. In addition they had a tip jar out during the wedding which we felt was inappropriate.
Additionally, the owners don't work on Monday and Tuesday, so if you ever try to get ahold of them forget those days. If you send them an email it took a week for them to respond and if you wanted to have a call with them, we had to schedule it a few weeks out. The are not about making the day special for the bride and groom, they are more about making money.
When we arrived on the day of the wedding, they had an employee there to help us out. She did do whatever asked, but nothing more. Groomsmen walked into the venue and they were lost, she couldn't look up from her phone to direct them to the grooms suite. We had to pick up trash from the venue grounds as were having an outdoor wedding and there was trash in sight on the ground of the ceremony location, there were tall weeds in the outdoor ceremony location which we had to pull and stomp down so they weren't in the photos, there was bird poop on one of the bridges so they couldn't use that bridge for photos, and there was a partial tree down over a sidewalk we wanted to use for photos. The venue definitely lacked TLC and upkeep. The bridal suite door would not close all the way, so someone had to stand guard while the girls were changing.
Not once did the owners who were the bartenders, come up to the bride and groom to congratulate them or see if there was anything they could do to make their day special. ALL our other vendors went out of their way to make sure it was a special day for the bride and groom. In the end, we made sure the kids had a magical day, however, not with any help from the venue owners, which was very unlike the experience I had another venue for my other daughter. -
