I can't say enough good things about Claire. She took the time to get to know us as individuals and flawlessly told our story during the ceremony. Our guests thought she was a longtime friend of ours! She's so sweet and considerate, everyone loved how she conducted the ceremony. I was so nervous that I dropped the ring mid ceremony! Claire was so professional and sweet, she quickly recovered the situation and everyone laughed. She is amazing!
We love Claire! She was very warm, kind and sweet. I'm so happy that we chose her. We wanted a JP because we wanted a professional, but at the same time she makes it personal. She was perfect! We got a lot of compliments on her. --Adam and Joanne
Whether you are planning a celebration far in advance, eloping, want to renew your vows, or just want to "make it legal," you deserve an officiant who will take the time to craft a ceremony that suits your style and, most importantly, helps to make your ceremony unforgettable.
I appreciate weddings of all kinds -- traditional, unconventional, humorous, serious, planned down to the detail, or spur of the moment. It is your day...anything goes. At the end of the day, it is your love for each other that matters most.
I embrace same-gender and opposite-gender marriages with absolute equality.
I am a lifelong resident of Massachusetts and am honored to be a Justice of the Peace. The first wedding I ever officiated was that of my sister and, right away, I knew it was something I wanted more of. I have felt truly fortunate to be a part of a couple's most important day. My passion for performance and creative writing, and my strict sense of responsibility, make me a Justice that a couple can feel comfortable choosing.
I am honored to unite and and all couples in love.
I have been an educator of Deaf/Hard of Hearing children for 8 years and am conversationally fluent in American Sign Language. I am not a certified interpreter nor a native user of ASL, but can easily converse with deaf couples (or a couple with a deaf member) interested in obtaining my services. While I feel it is most appropriate for a native signer to officiate at a formal wedding of a deaf couple, I am happy to unite couples in private ceremonies or elopements in ASL. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this further.
