I was referred to Corrine Jewelers by many friends and family dude to their excellent and professional service. I purchased my wife’s wedding bands, engagement ring, and my wedding band from Corrine. I had an excellent experience from start to finish and would highly recommend them for any type of jewelry especially one of the biggiest purchases of someone’s life. All the employees are awsome and especially GG, Allison, Rachel for making my personal experience so easy. I would highly recommend Corrine. -

Nicole Sent on 10/17/2012My fiance and I first went in to Corinne Jewelers late last year to start looking at engagement rings, and were helped by GiGi. (Yes, it's a very busy place, but if you give them a few minutes they will accomodate you.) GiGi is SUCH a sweet person, and showed us some beautiful rings. While she was helping us look, my fiance happened to stumble upon a GORGEOUS designer brand engagement ring which I immediately fell in love with. It was a little expensive for what we were looking for, but the quality of the ring is outstanding and you get exactly what you pay for. We left without it, wanting to look around at other places to compare other rings, etc. After looking for several months elsewhere and not finding anything we liked, we saw on a billboard that Corinne was having an inventory sale and decided to stop in. It just so happens that ring was still there, and was HALF OFF! My fiance purchased it on the spot (after I left, of course) and a few months later, sat down again with GiGi and the owner and picked out a gorgeous diamond. He said it was a very nice experience, with the owner and GiGi showing him all sorts of diamonds of all types, teaching him about quality, color, cut, etc. He never once felt pressured or intimidated by anyone there, and was extremely pleased, as am I, with the quality of the ring, price, etc. They were SO nice when I went in to pick up insurance info and to get it resized (which they supply you with), and they're eager to see you come in and check your ring.
Sorry for the story, but I wanted to make sure that everyone knows the great customer service my fiance and I have had at Corinne's. We will be returning for our wedding bands! Thanks, GiGi! You helped make our engagement special! -

I absolutely adore Ryan, Alyssa and Barbara. I live in NYC and find it to be 100% worth it to take the trip down to purchase any jewelry. They will be our jewelers for life.

Daphne Sent on 06/25/2013From the first visit to Corinne Jewelers, they have always proven why they are the best. Not only do they have an endless amount of jewelry and specialty gifts available for both men and women and boys and girls of all ages, but they always strive for amazing customer service. Mostly everyone there remembers your name and the security men are always smiling and looking to keep everyone safe. I live in Toms River where Corinne Jewelers is located and have been referred to go there many of times by a few of their closest and long time clients. My husband and I came in one day dressed in just sweats and hoodies and were still treated great without a problem. We have been to many places where because you are dressed like you are going to the gym and young that you shouldn't be treated like you are ready to shop. Well we were and we are so happy. We even spoke to the gemologist, one of the owners, and he always finds a way to relate to my husband as he is a businessman as well. We designed my engagement ring with a sales woman and she unfortunately left Corinne but now work with another amazing woman whom I personally love so very much that she is even my Facebook friend. We get the best deals and offers from this jeweler. We ordered our wedding bands through Corinne and purchased almost all of our wedding party's gifts through Corinne as well. We are never upset with the quality work and customer service received by employees of Corinne. I am a newlywed bride and I made a lifetime wish list not thinking anything of it and received a beautiful Hearts on Fire diamond necklace from my husband! How fun!! Our jewelry can always be cleaned quickly at our convenience. Even the employees who do not work on the sales floor are great. Our diamonds sparkle so bright that we always are stopped with exciting compliments. We will be lifetime clients to Corinne because of their amazing everything and they show they care about us too!! -

Christine Sent on 09/10/2012Ryan at Corinne Jewelers is fantastic. He is such a class act and truly knows his stuff about diamonds. He's been by our side from the moment was got engaged. He helped my now husband pick a perfect engagement ring for me and assisted us in choosing our wedding bands. He's patient and really got to know us and figure out what our styles were and what we like. Every time we go to Corinne the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming- we are always greeted with a warm smile and hello. Ryan is always going the extra step to make sure my engagement ring is clean and perfect. Corinne has also helped us with other jewelry we have and made that look beautiful as well. Thank you Corinne and especially Ryan for making the two shiniest objects at our wedding perfect. -

Michelle Sent on 01/07/2009They were awesome at helping us pick out my ring and our bands. The first time we went there, we were only looking. They took a lot of time to sit down with us and educate us about diamonds. They really cared. My fiance went back there a few months later to get my engagement ring and they were sooo great! We then went back to get our bands. They remembered us and we worked with the same woman who helped us from the beginning! Once you buy someting thing from them, you're part of the Corrine family! :) -

We LOVE that they are a long-standing local business - and we really appreciate the personal attention we have gotten there. When I called with a question about re-sizing my engagement ring, the sales associate, Barbara, congratulated me by name on the phone and knew who I was and who my fiance was. When we went in, Julia, greeted us by name, and she also sent us a congratulatory, signed note in the mail. The sizing that they did on both my rings turned out well. I was disappointed that during their special clearance/sale event they would not size my wedding band complimentary. -
User969284 Sent on 10/11/2012My fiance and I were at Corinne Jewelers about twenty minutes ago, I got on to write this review the second we arrived home. We felt judged & demeaned by the sales woman at the counter. The first review I read on Yelp.com was another young lady claiming the same exact thing. My fiance & I both have visible piercings & we are in our early twenties. When we went in to inquire about having my engagement ring re-sized, she made us feel as if we would not be able to afford it. When we asked how long it would take, how the price was determined, etc..rather than answering our questions she said "You should probably just send it back to where you got it because it's gonna cost money, ya know it's not cheap." Um, excuse me but I don't think we asked how much it would be. My fiance makes a substantial amount of money, although he does not look like it with his long hair & facial piercings. We got a ring guard for now & will have to find somewhere else to have it re-sized. They were going to charge us $159 which was fair but unfortunately the terrible customer service has ruined it for us. We will be trying Kay Jewelers instead. To the woman running things behind the counter: get off your high horse, just because you work in an expensive jewelery store does not make you important. You're a sales lady, that's all you are, so stop pointing your nose down at everyone younger than you because you're obviously chasing away business! Wish I would have gotten her name. Honestly can not get over how rude she and all of the women working there were. The owner should really do something about the discrimination issue because we will never, ever use Corinne Jewelers again and we will be sure to tell our friends & family to do the same.

Brianna Sent on 08/05/2017Terrible. Family had been going here for years. Dropped 20k ring off that was bought here to be sized and have a new basket put in. They told us that it would cost $600 for that. They chipped the diamond during this process and polished it and said that
made it all better. Took over a month. Ruined our plans and then they let someone who was NOT allowed to pick up the ring pick it up and did not tell us. Still dont have my ring because the person who picked it up (who was not me or my fiance) has it hidden/locked away somewhere.Corinne Jewelers's reply:
Brianna I'm very concerned with your review. I remember dealing with your fiancé. His mother whose originally purchased the diamond at Corinne jewelers brought in the claim ticket and picked it up for her son. If that isn't the case please contact me at ryan@corinnejewelers.com so we can resolve this issue with the necessary parties. -
User1397674 Sent on 10/23/2013When I visited Corinne to tell them that I wanted to get a price to sell back my ring as I am now divorced, being that it was purchased there and they would be able to give me the best value, the manager explained to me that they have a contract with Hearts on Fire and part of the contract states that they are not allowed to sell used Hearts on Fire Diamonds b/c they are an authorized dealer to sell new only, therefore they do not buy back Hearts on Fire Diamonds, I could only receive an in store credit. (Their outside sign flashes "we buy diamonds") He gave me a very genuine sounding speech on how he would love to give me a good price on it and another jeweler definately could give me a good price, but unfortunately, their contract does not allow them. He even went on to name other jewelers I should try. Well I knew that was a lie so that he could avoid telling me that he could only offer me pennies for the ring they profited so much on so I decided to look into this and found this statement on the Hearts on Fire website "Reselling is often easiest through the jeweler who sold you the diamond in the first place." The Hearts on Fire website recommends you go back the the jeweler it was purchased at, but Corinne tells you that Hearts on Fire does not allow them to buy back and sell used Hearts on Fire Diamonds. Also, how is he able to take it in on a trade but not give cash for it, either way he has to resell it. This just goes to show the customer service Corinne offers its customers. They are a very dishonest jeweler who does not care about their customers or returned business. They sound like a very shady jewelry store all around if you do your research and I would never recommend anyone shop there, I also found this report on http://ripoffreport.com - http://www.ripoffreport.… My advice, buy from a jeweler that is honest, at the very least.
