  Crateful Catering Los Angeles is one of those Rare catering company of our city that exudes Greatness.
  
  As we know, everything start at the top and the owner, Emanuele Ponzo, is the quintessential professional. He is extremely helpful, accommodating, act fast and execute with perfection and he is on top of that so much fun to work with. Humor always help.
  We did not give Emanuele Ponzo a lot of time to come up with ideas and time to organize it but his creativity, his speed of coming up with great solutions made our event like we planned it for month!
  
  Ponzo’s food choices, presentation and service was at the level of any Oscar night parties! His team was so wonderful and they make you feel like a Rock Star. You feel so well taking care of, that you will never want to use any other company but Crateful Catering Los Angeles.

  Amazing Food and Amazing Service!

  Where to start? Emanuele catered my fabulous wedding at the Houdini Estate here in Los Angeles. He and his entire team at Crateful Catering were AMAZING! First of all, I'm an Italian American - so it was important for me to have authentic Italian food. They knocked it out of the park with a number of Italian dishes including a fabulous Cacio e Pepe. That said, we also had a mix of appetizers, a charcuterie table, sliders and even a taco bar - so it was a really well-rounded presentation that gave our guests a number of options. Emanuele personally took the time to attend our pre-event walkthrough. He was also very responsive including answering after hours calls/texts when I needed to reach him - which is great because I'm usually busy with my companies during the day. He was available to talk when I was, which if you know anything about planning a wedding, you know that it can be stressful at times if you can't reach your vendors. I never had that problem with Emanuele. At one point we even had a little issue with the venue in terms of some contractual/layout items pertaining to the catering kitchen - and Emanuele was able to personally call in some favors with the venue owner to make a few things happen for us. In all, if you're looking for a standup guy, with a great company, to provide excellent customer service and even better food - particularly if you want anything Italian - don't hesitate to go with Emanuele Ponzo and Crateful Catering. Li raccomando vivamente! Five stars!!

  Amazing vision paired with meticulous execution

  Emanuele and Crateful Catering were awesome partners to work with for our wedding. After thoroughly evaluating over 20 caterers, we had booked Crateful for our wedding over 1.5 years ago, but we'd had to delay it until recently for obvious reasons. Throughout the entire time, Emanuele was flexible, responsive, and professional as we navigated the pandemic together. Even when our guest count dropped from 175 to 125 due to the Delta variant and other life events, Emanuele worked with us to make the experience even better for the guests who could make it.
  
  His creative vision, attention to detail, and dedication to his craft are second to none. We asked for cuisine to reflect the diverse countries we've visited, and he presented an amazing menu of tasty and beautiful options. The food was some of the best I've ever had at any wedding. Our venue (City View Penthouse at South Park Center) was on the 30th floor of a skyscraper but required the kitchen to be set up in a parking lot outdoors, with all food being transported via elevators. Not a problem for Crateful, as Emanuele directed his staff towards flawless execution in an extremely challenging environment. Even though we booked a different vendor for bartending, Crateful stepped in to cover some of their missteps during the event. We couldn't have asked for a better caterer to make our event so memorable.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crateful Catering and Emanuele. When we started planning our wedding the number one most important thing to us was the food. And all of our wedding dreams came true because of Emanuele and his team. From the initial tasting with him which had the best, most professional service, and most delicious food, to the responsiveness of his emails, and his understanding what we wanted and delivered exactly that, Crateful Catering made all of our dreams come true. Every single guest at our wedding was raving about the food. Even weeks later people still talk to us about it. In addition, the staff is incredibly professional and were a pleasure to be around. They also handled our bar service. We had a vision of what we wanted for the food at our wedding and Crateful Catering gave us exactly that. Our only disappointment is that we don't have another party coming up so we can use them to cater again. We can't wait until we do!

  Can't share enough about first class service of Crateful Catering team. From planning to execution, everything is consistently excellent. Menus, food presentation and taste always exceed my expectations. I have used them for 2 events and I won't hesitate to call on them again. Highly recommend.

  Simply Amazing!

  The team at Crateful are amazing. Emanuele outdid himself with the delicious food and fantastic crew service at my wedding. People are still talking about how out of this world the food was. They accommodated my wife's diet and truly went above and beyond. I even got the pleasure to enjoy a private toast with Emanuele. The tastings beforehand were an experience we will never forget. If you want top of the line food, presentation, and service, you would be cheating yourself if you did not go with Crateful Catering in LA. Huge thanks to the entire team for making our day so special.

  Incredible Catering Company: Attention to Details!

  I was lucky enough to attend my cousin’s wedding a couple weeks ago, and let me tell you the cuisine was out of this world. I love risotto, and the black truffle risotto was next level. As far as catering goes, Crateful Catering sets the bar. I really enjoyed the attention to detail and how friendly and accommodating the servers and bartenders were. The interactive stations were very impressive, and even as a guest at a family members wedding, I felt that credit is due where it is deserved. Family and friends were very satisfied and impressed with how well everything was delivered. Recommended using them to my close friends, made the whole family very happy! I plan on using them when my special day comes around!

  I work for an event planning company and had the pleasure of working with Crateful Catering at a recent wedding. The cuisine looked exquisite and the team was a pleasure to work with. The servings were generous, the presentation was incredible, and the quality of the experience was notable. I heard many of the guests excited comments about the cuisine, and even had the chance to try out a couple difference servings. Food was delicious, the team was very friendly and easy to work with, and the wedding ran perfectly. Was a pleasure working with them, cuisine is incredible highly recommend.

The staffing were incredibly friendly, the food was of the highest quality and the presentation and execution was top notch.   Cousins wedding

  About a month ago, I attended my cousins wedding and it was incredible. The setting was made even more incredible by the unique drinks at the interactive bar, and the outstanding cuisine offered by Crateful. The presentations and quality of the food was hard to believe. Everything came out the perfect temperature and the cuisine was beautifully plated. I highly suggest the seafood menu, I selected the Salmon Tartare and it was incredible.

  About a month ago, I attended my cousins wedding and it was incredible.   The Best Food!

  Last week I attended my good friends wedding in Malibu. The ambiance was incredible, the weather couldn’t have been better, and of course the food was delectable. The catering company was so on top of presentation, deliverability, and had such creativity. The staff were very friendly, and I must say, the short rib slider was delicious.
  
  I spoke with Matt (the groom), and complimented the guy on how well the event ran. Matt mentioned that Crateful made the catering very easy and turn-key, and as a guest I was very happy with the service and quality of the food and presentation. Strongly recommend, trying to get my office manager to use Crateful for our next office party!

  I hired Crateful to cater my sister’s wedding after being referred to them by a good friend of mine. The whole process from our first chat over the phone to the execution of the event was smooth and all of her guests loved the menu that the Crateful team put together for us. I would totally recommend them to anyone I love for their big day! 5 stars!!

  Italian cuisine is definitely the most popular above all others in today's world. Everyone truly love the ingredients as well as the vast assortment of recipes but the Italian experience is in my opinion what it counts the most when it comes down to have homemade food catered at your special event.
  Crateful is the ultimate Italian experience, they are not just able to bring a sophisticated taste of Italy in their recipes, with an extraordinary attention to their ingredients but their food is an element of connection between cultures, a seductive mechanism that create harmony between your palate and your heart. They have been catering all my events since my wedding.

  The display that they provide is so beautiful. Not to mention the food was amazing for a reasonable price. We were on a budget.

  Everything was magical! The food was delicious, and the staff was wonderful- SO professional, helpful, kind. My coordinators, family and guests all noted they were great and really awesome to work with. I could not agree more. The Crateful planning team was quick in responsiveness from start to finish. They were happy to accommodate (most deliciously, I might add) all of our dietary needs- Yummy GF and Vegan options, nut free too!
