  Oh my goodness...Creative Concepts is amazing. They are there for you every step of the way through planning and are so organized the day of the wedding...it seems to run itself. The staff the day of the event were so nice and the pricing is great compared to other companies in New York. And the food!...WOW! My husband and I were planning our wedding from Texas as this was a destination event. Julie Summers is absolutely wonderful and so easy to work with. We only met with her once for an initial meeting early in the process. The rest was done through email. We were relying on reviews for the quality of food and were hoping it wouldn't turn out as the mundane, dry wedding food that often is presented. Everyone was raving at how good the dinner was. Butternut squash soup, rosemary chicken, new york strip steak...it was like a 5 star restaurant. I wish I had more time to finish my meal :)
  You would be missing out on an easy planning process and wonderful event if you didn't go with Creative Concepts.

  Creative Concepts NYC is probably one of NYC?s best kept secrets! They opened earlier in 2009 but have been in the industry for 20 years! They offered extremely flexible menus, tailored to our taste but make sure there was still something for everyone. I had a dish in Grand Cayman a few years back that I wanted to have served at our wedding, I discussed it with the Executive Chef directly and he said he?d be happy to recreate it. Unfortunately I lost the recipe the restaurant gave me but the Chef was able to create the dish from my description and it topped my experience from Cayman!! The wait staff were like ninja?s! They were invisible but every aspect of service was taken care of, it seemed, a moment before you would have noticed the need for it. Our family and friends are raving that the food at our wedding was some of the best they?ve ever had. At our cocktail hour, the trays of hors d?oeuvres were beautifully and creatively decorated and the frequency of trays were unbelievable! Guests raved about the creative small bites and the fact that they could stand in one place socializing while trays and trays kept appearing! Creative Concepts NYC offered competitive and custom pricing ? they offered us as much or as little creative input to our menu and reception as we wanted. They were always quick to respond to our questions and guided us seamlessly through the entire process. The most fun was our private tasting ? it was a wonderful opportunity to taste each and every item from our cocktail hour and seated dinner to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.

  Wow! Is the first thing that comes to mind with the amazing job Creative Concepts NYC ("CCNYC") did for our wedding. Once we picked our location, it was very important for us to have a full service caterer that could handle all of the logistics, have amazing service and that would provide a worry-free experience. CCNYC did not disappoint. Julie and Ben were wonderful not only on the day of, but throughout the process leading up to our wedding day.
  
  Oh, and the most important part - the FOOD!!! Sooo amazingly good. We had a cocktail style reception with passed hors d'oeuvres, three food stations and passed dessert and all of it was great. We really wanted to provide our guests with both comfort food and food fit for "foodies" and CCNYC delivered in every aspect.
  
  I really cannot say enough about the quality of everything they did for us. They were a big part in making our special day PERFECT.
