We used Crowne Plaza for 2 night stay for all our guests (Total of 85 rooms) as the actual wedding/reception was in Mahopac, NY plus we had Welcome Dinner prior to the wedding day for 200 guests. Let me tell you all our guests enjoyed their stay including welcome dinner, breakfasts & all their facilities. Elizabeth did an outstanding job & helped us in every step. we were initially worried as 3 people that we dealt with had left Crowne plaza after we signed contract but Elzabeth who took over from Jamie did so good that after few meetings, we did not have have to worry. Everything was in control & we were at ease. The Place is really nice & has lot of potential for big events. We were very impressed with the guest rooms, Suites, separate breakfast area, Ball room, VIP lounge. The staff is wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime. Superb job.

Jamie, the events coordinator was absolutely exquisite in making our wedding reception special. We were absolutely thrilled with the professionalism of the staff at The Crowne Plaza. They threw in multiple extras for no $$$ and weren't cheap about anything. If you are contemplating using this vendor for your wedding, you will not be unhappy with them. You will not regret it!
