  Amazing experience

  We just had our wedding at the double tree this past weekend, and the service was above and beyond. Michelle was so amazing! She made sure we were okay all night long, she accommodated us and our guests beyond what we could have ever expected. I highly recommend having your wedding here. You won’t be disappointed.

  ODE TO MICHELLE MARRAPODI
  
  I had the great pleasure to meet Michelle Marrapodi-Catering Manager, Crowne Plaza, Fairfield in July 2016 when I was making plans for my upcoming nuptials. Needless to say, I am certainly glad I chose the services of Crystal Falls Banquet (Crowne Plaza, Fairfield) for this event, as the service I received from Michelle was the best I have ever received to date, especially given the fact that we were constantly in dialogue over the past year. She was certainly consistent in her delivery and did not drop the ball on anything nor at any time during our dealings.
  
  I have nothing but gratitude and the highest praise for Michelle. She is the epitome of going the extra mile! Along with her team, my wedding day was a success as they were a well-oiled machine executing their tasks with seamless transitions and finding solutions as the unexpected arose.
  
  Michelle's holistic approach to service is what makes her exceptional. Serving I found, in my dealings with her over the past year, is more than just a job for her; it's her passion. Giving of her best and making others satisfied is what drives her. Again, I am glad I did business with this company, even more glad that I was served by the rarest gem, Michelle.   Michelle Marrapodi and Crystal Falls Banquets (Crowne Plaza, Fairfield) made our wedding day something to remember. My husband and I live in Tennessee but we are originally from NJ. Since most of our friends and family are still in NJ, we decided to have our wedding there. Needless to say, it was quite stressful planning it from out of state. We flew to NJ and spent days visiting venues, but we were confident that Crystal Falls was perfect for us after meeting with Michelle.
  
  Michelle was extremely helpful! She always got back to us in a timely manner (whether by phone or email), she was very accommodating of our requests, she made us feel comfortable by helping us work within our budget, and she greatly reduced the stress of planning the event. Our wedding was a success, and everyone loved the room, the decor, and especially the food (our friends are still talking about how good the food was!). We highly recommend Michelle and Crystal Falls for any special occasion!
