  Ah-mazing!

  My husband and I had the great pleasure of ordering some goodies from Delish cakes at the Bloomingdale Market Fest. As soon as we chose our venue and saw they were on the preferred vendor list, we knew it was meant to be! Alycia and her entire team are so sweet and professional to work with. They walk you through the whole process of ordering and cake tasting with a breeze. Our guests raved all night about how great the sweets were! When we tasted our wedding cake; we were in awe of how delicious it was. We even agreed to order a mini wedding cake just to taste the flavors all over again!
  Thank you all for making our wedding so special!

  Flawless Cakes

  We heard of Delish Cakes when we met them at Maker's Market in Bloomingdale. We bought cupcakes from their pop up shop and they were so good. We weren't looking for a wedding cake bakery in Bloomingdale, since our wedding was in Rockford. We did alot of cake tastings in Rockford and compared them to the cupcake we had from the Delish Cakes. Haha.
  Let me tell you. It was a great decision. Everyone loved the cake and the dessert table was spectacular. I cant thank them enough. Thank you ladies.

  Highly recommend Delish Cakes

  Alicia and her team at Delish were unbelievable making the wedding cake of our dreams and working seamlessly with our venue and florist to deliver a stunning end product.
  
  They were able to sketch out a picture of the cake immediately when we first met, then executed on our vision beautifully and most importantly made a delicious cake!
  
  We highly recommend them for wedding cakes!

  Deserts were so good there was nothing left!

  They were always quick to communicate and we are so happy we chose them for our wedding day! Everything was so beautiful and delicious!

  We were beyond thrilled by Delish Cakes. Not only was the tasting experience fun, but we were delighted by how our cake turned out. It was beautiful and absolutely delicious! Alicia and her team really captured the vision we were going for. I can't recommend Delish Cakes enough!

  Great taste, easy experience

  We got a 3 layer cake for our Oct 2022 wedding, with different flavors on each layer - carrot w/cream cheese frosting, chocolate w/vanilla buttercream, and cinnamon pecan w/caramel buttercream. All the flavors were amazing, and we received many compliments on the cake. We wanted a simple cake, decorated with real flowers, and the cake looked perfect.

  Exactly What We Imagined!

  After looking at a ton of local bakeries, we decided to go with Delish because of their great customer service and price point. The tasting was very fun, we got to choose 6 fillings and 6 cake flavors and mix and match until we found the perfect combinations. We were able to do 2 different types of cake and filling (chocolate cake + chocolate mousse, vanilla cake + raspberry preserves) which was great! The owner, Alicia, made designing our cake very fun and easy. She also provided a free laser cut cake topper! We dropped off the wooden flowers the day before the wedding and did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day.
  
  An added bonus is that we will be receiving a FREE 1 year anniversary cake! No need to worry about taking home and freezing the top layer of your cake.

  Highly Recommend!

  My husband and I heard about Delish Cakes through a recommendation from our wedding venue, The Haight, and believe me when I say that we couldn’t be happier that we decided to go with them for our wedding cake and sweets. When we first went in and met with Alicia for a tasting, it was clear from the beginning that she knew what she was doing and still exceeded our expectations on our wedding day. After our delicious tasting, we sent her some pictures of how we wanted our wedding cake to look, desired flavors, and overall size. When it arrived on our special day, I kid you not when I say it looked exactly like the photo we had sent to her! Additionally, we ordered cupcakes to go along with the cake, and Alicia and her team did an incredible job of decorating them not only to look like flowers, but also put in the time to ensure they matched our actual bouquet colors. Furthermore, since Delish Cakes was one of our venue’s preferred vendors, Alicia worked directly with them to deliver the sweets on time so we never had to worry about anything on our special day. We would absolutely recommend Delish Cakes to anyone looking for a wedding cake, sweets, and anything in between!

  WOW! Just delicious!

  Obviously this wedding had a lot of ups and downs and multiple wedding date changes. So for a vendor to remember exactly how you wanted your wedding cake from almost over a year ago and make it look so beautiful is an amazing vendor to me. But not only that - EVERYONE loved the cake. We actually escaped the party - to go enjoy the cake. WOW - I am not a cake person but ate EVERY piece of that slice. Thank you for making my wedding cake dreams come true and making it taste SOOOOOOOO GOOOD! I truly appreciate it - and you have a life long customer for all my occasions from us!

  Wedding cake with Crowne Plaza Hotel

  These guys were the vendor for my venue at Crowne Plaza. Our tasting was absolutely wonderful. Alicia was super kind and professional. The cake was absolutely delicious. I just wish we would have kept it. Lol. the shop is small but its adorable. Their cakes and cupcakes are delicious and rich. I recommend these guys for cakes and cupcakes!!

  These guys were the vendor for my venue at Crowne Plaza. Our tasting was absolutely wonderful. Alicia was super kind and professional. The cake was absolutely delicious. I just wish we would have kept it. Lol. the shop is small but its adorable. Their cakes and cupcakes are delicious and rich. I recommend these guys for cakes and cupcakes!!

  Beautiful cake.

  Delish Cakes did an amazing job with creating my dream cake for my wedding. All my guest said they loved my cake. I would absolutely recommend Delish Cake. I'm getting another cake done from Delish Cakes for my daughter's 5th birthday party.

  Quality and delicious!

  My husband and I wanted a rice krispy cake for our November wedding and Delish Cakes delivered! Our cake was amazing! SO delicious and was still fresh DAYS after the wedding! It looked amazing and Alicia worked with us from the beginning to create our dream cake. In addition to our rice krispy cake, we had delicious sheet cakes to serve to the guests and individual rice krispies for everyone. Great taste, great quality, great service, great prices. I could not be happier with how everything turned out! Will be going to Delish Cakes for all my dessert needs from now on! Thank you!

  We love, love, loved our wedding cake! My husband loves Legos so we really wanted our cake to feature his favorite hobby. We went to a couple different bakers to check prices and do tastings but we were immediately impressed with Alicia at Delish Cakes. Not only did she give us HUGE samples for our tasting (and SO GOOD), she quickly understood what we were going for and sketched us something amazing! We asked her if her design could be made with buttercream rather than fondant (we're not too fond of the taste) and she got right on it and made the tweaks the design would need to work on the different frosting type. And, on top of all that, she was SO reasonably priced! By far the best price we found.
  On the day of, we LOVED our cake! We got so many compliments on how cute it was and how excellent it tasted. We ate our top tier after the honeymoon and continuously freaked out over how yummy it was. The best part is that Alicia includes an anniversary cake in all her sales! Next year, on our anniversary, she'll make us a new top tier so we get to eat it fresh instead of frozen! What a brilliant idea!
  All in all, we would DEFINITELY recommend Delish Cakes to anyone who is looking for beautiful and delicious baked goods!

  Our wedding cake was beautiful, and it tasted fantastic! It was better than I had even imagined, and it was so exciting to walk into the reception and see it standing in the middle of the room. It fit with our theme perfectly, and it was so beautiful that I hated to cut into it! If you want a spectacular wedding cake that actually tastes amazing, call Delish Cakes and make an appointment. Don't settle for the dried out cake that is served at so many other weddings. Alicia is an amazing pastry chef, and she will make sure your wedding cake is a highlight of your special day.

  We use Delish for every birthday party for our kids and so they were our natural choice for my brother's engagement party. They were able to custom make exactly what we wanted. Not only was it gorgeous, but the taste is always fantastic!

  We use Delish for every birthday party for our kids and so they were our natural choice for my brother's engagement party. They were able to custom make exactly what we wanted. Not only was it gorgeous, but the taste is always fantastic!

  The cake that we ordered for our wedding was a four tier cake. Each tier was a different flavor, the red velvet is amazing! We had a package deal and it included delivery and a NEW cake for our 1st year anniversary (no freezer burned cake for us!) I would highly recommend Delish Cakes for any occasion!

  I was incredibly impressed with Delish Cakes. The wedding presentation cake was beautiful and everyone loved the three flavor combinations they made for us. The pricing is incredibly reasonable and the owner's excitement about making beautiful, great tasting cakes is inspiring. I know I will be using them again in the future.

  Beautiful cake!

  My cake from Delish was so amazing. It was so beautiful and it was everything I envisioned. We received so many compliments on our cake. I was not the biggest fan of the taste, but I should have tried more flavors at our cake tasting. I think that I was indecisive about flavor because we had a sweets table and I was not sure what flavor would fit in. I should have just gone with the flavor I liked the best. Even though I didn't love the taste, it was so beautiful and was everything I could have asked for and SO many of our guests complimented the flavors!
