Amelia and DeQuita did an amazing job for our wedding. Amelia was our main Day of Coordinator and she was phenomenal with the whole planning process. She helped me with vendor selections, timeline planning, and is always available to answer any questions I have. I was getting stressed the last two weeks leading to the wedding and she walked me through all the details to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax. On the day of the wedding, Amelia and DeQuita did an wonderful job with setting up our venue and making sure all the vendors know where to go. They also helped us with staying on track of our planned timeline even when we had variables with other vendors. They checked in with us regularly to make sure we had a good time ourselves during our special day. I couldn’t imagine having to go through the process without their help. Thank you Amelia and DeQuita for making our big day the best day!! -

But DNA Affairs were patient, kind and very professional . Everything I invisioned they brought it to life. Things I thought weren't possible to do, they delivered ! I couldn't be more happier to say I had DNA Affairs to work with me on my event ! These Ladies were truly exquisite and I couldn't be more happier with the final results. -

Amelia and DeQuita were fantastic!
I can't say enough good things about Amelia and DeQuita! They were always there when I had a question, even a year before the wedding, and their responses were always quick. Then at the rehearsal and wedding day, they emitted such positive and calming energy. Everything went off without a hitch and I was able to just enjoy the day and relax. We could not have done it without them! -

DNA Affairs is the real deal! The emotional toll COVID 19 took on us all, several fiascos and weather delays almost stopped our wedding dead in its tracks! However, thanks to DNA, our wedding day was magical and truly all was worth it in the end!
From the beginning, DNA Affairs met with my husband and I to talk about our vision. Since my husband is in the entertainment industry he wanted a certain dramatic flair for our wedding day. He also really wanted a clean and elegant affair. DNA was the right choice, from the moment we met we all clicked and we knew our wedding was in great hands! From helping with vendor selection to encouraging us in the most professional way possible, working with these ladies felt more like making new best friends for a lifetime!! They are so kind and have the combined experience to handle any planning situation under the sun!
DNA Affairs is so perfect because you get two experts in the field and they both compliment each other and work together to curate the best possible overall experience:
Amelia has so much experience and is sharp as a razor when it comes to wedding planning! No detail escapes her. There were so many times during our a weekly check ins that even we would forget small detail but not Amelia. She was there to remind us and always with a smile! I naturally avoid conflict, but its bound to happen while planning a wedding. I felt protected with her representation. I felt if ever there was a hard decision to make she would help us through it like a guardian angel and boy did she have to wear her wings ALOT! She stepped up to the plate and never backed down even when it got tough! Wedding planning is definitely a passion of hers and I must say she's darn good at it.
DeQuita is so warm and bubbly it's infectious. She always make you smile no matter how crazy the day gets! Our wedding was a marathon and took over two years to execute so I know these ladies really well and can truly say DeQuita is a constant joy! No matter the circumstances! She is knowledgeable about design, aesthetics, color combinations etc. She has a professional designer background and knows how to make any room pop! She also has wonderful relationships with other vendors which means a lot in the wedding industry!
These two and their team are true industry professionals. Everything they suggested or reccomended was accurate! We stayed on budget by working with them. All of their vendors suggestions were amazing. They kept the momentum up during the pandemic and worked with us to postpone our wedding to a new date while navigating an unprecedented public health crisis
Any bride or groom to be will be happy with DNA Affairs! The only negative was the post wedding blues once it was all over! We cannot thank them enough! -

DNA traveled my wedding journey from the very beginning, even before our official engagement. Amelia and DeQuita bought my wedding vision to life and exceeded me and my husband's expectations! DNA asked us what we wanted the guest to take from our wedding. We stated we wanted our wedding guest to have an elegant experience and to be the talk of the town! Our guest are still raving about our wedding and how beautiful everything was. Everybody thought the fireworks were apart of our festivities but we just ended up being in the right place at the right time. We feel our wedding was the best wedding we've ever been too!! First of all, let me say that Amelia and her team at DNA Affiars are incredibly flexible and a professional group of individuals. Our wedding was scheduled for September 15, 2018 - the weekend Hurricane Florence came through for a visit. Before this point, Amelia had met me at our venue in person to walk through the details about 5 weeks prior to our wedding. She provided me a checklist of items to make sure I had completed and was easily reached by phone and email typically within a few hours. As the hurricane approached and our outdoor wedding became unrealistic, she worked not only with the venue owner but our florist to see how to accommodate the changes that had to be made to make things flow smoothly. She also informed me of all of the options I had during this time so I was still involved to make sure it was a decision to my liking. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding but Amelia and her team were completely on top of all of the coordination with the vendors that had to take place in order to have a smooth transition on choosing a new date and also informing the vendors of the changes. She reviewed all contracts and continued to make sure all items were in order. I cannot emphasis enough just how great it is to work with someone who gave 150% before a wedding even took place! We are continuing to work with DNA Affairs for our upcoming wedding and we are thrilled to be doing so. -

If you're on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, take this piece of advice from a former bride-- DO IT, and hire Amelia and DeQuita! I can't say enough good things about these lifesavers!
You can't go wrong with hiring two coordinators instead of one and Amelia and DeQuita work great together. From the first meeting with my husband and I, we knew they cared about making couples' dreams come true. They sought to understand our wedding vision and get to know my husband and I. They took notes, asked thorough questions, and were great at communicating throughout our entire engagement.
My husband and I planned our wedding during our last year of college and we could not have done it without DNA. They always made sure we were taken care of by checking in via email and getting updates our our planning progress. I always knew they were one phone call or Facetime call away. They answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and supported our planning decisions with a lot of enthusiasm.
The week of our wedding we had to move our outdoor reception to an indoor space because of rain and Amelia and DeQuita were flexible and on top of all the changes! They communicated quickly and efficiently with all our vendors and initiated the backup plan effortlessly. My husband and I were a little nervous about all the last minute changes to our outdoor wedding, but they told us not to worry and to let them carry our stress-- and that they did! We knew we were in good hands because of how professional and experienced these ladies are.
I was amazed at how organized they were on our wedding day. They made it a priority to keep the couple and families stress free by coordinating all the work, decorating, and setting up behind the scenes. Their professionalism didn't take away from how fun these ladies are! They were always happy and smiling and made an effort to talk with our families and wedding parties. They even busted a few dance moves at our reception!
Our wedding day would not have been as much fun and stress free without Amelia and DeQuita. We would recommend to to all our friends and families. -

Flawless and consistent execution of coordinating with all of our vendors. These ladies were relentless in ensuring our day was perfect. They also busted out some awesome craft in making the bridal bouquets, which should honestly be an additional service. Needless to say choosing them as your coordinators will greatly enhance your vendor team. -
