He knows what he is doing, very professional and responsive.

Wow. I don't even have the words to describe how happy we are that we chose to go with the DoubleTree in Center City. Nevermind the ideal location and hospitality of the hotel itself, BRENDAN DAVIDSON IS AMAZING. He will bring all your wedding dreams to life, trust me!

We had our wedding on New Year's Eve this past year, and wanted a one-stop-shop location for ceremony and reception, as well as accommodations, so our guests wouldn't have to worry about driving anywhere. And being right along the Mummers Parade route on New Year's Day was a fabulous bonus.

Brendan and the team at the DoubleTree helped us with planning from day 1 providing expert recommendations and guidance, but we always felt like we were in the driver's seat. The result was a truly perfect wedding that we will remember for the rest of our lives. PLEASE take it from us and at least reach out to have a conversation with Brendan, you absolutely won't regret it.

Brendan Davidson is the best in the business!!! He was available to us from start to finish. We were amazed with the finished results.

As we were venue shopping, we walked into the DoubleTree and were absolutely sold on the mezzanine loft area for our not so traditional wedding/reception. We wanted a private ceremony but hired the DoubleTree for our reception. As time went on in the planning process, we were more and more impressed by the staff, the food selection, the lodging and more! Brendan Davidson was the catering manager we worked with and he was a phenomenal partner to us from day one until the big day! Wedding planning and coordinating is not an easy process and he made it so effortless for us, coordinated with our vendors, and didn’t have us lift a finger the weekend/day of the wedding. We were just stunned by how everything turned out, especially the event space the night of the wedding. It was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. This venue is truly a hidden gem in Philadelphia and perfect for a center city wedding! THANK YOU!

The wedding planning team lead by Brendan Davidson did a great job for the wedding. They were very customer focused and did everything they could to make the event a success. Couldn't speak anymore highly of them.

We decided to pick the DoubleTree right after meeting Brendan! He’s an amazing person, helped us immensely, and is super knowledgeable and helpful! If anything wasn’t exactly perfect he did everything he could to match our vision. The DoubleTree should be so grateful to have an employee like Brendan Davidson!

My husband and I got married at the DoubleTree on August 19, 2017. It was the best day of our lives and we have Brendan Davidson and the staff at the DoubleTree to thank for hosting the best cocktail hour and reception that we could have ever asked for.

Throughout the venue searching and wedding planning process, Brendan exuded professionalism, hard work and dedication. He made wedding planning feel easy and fun. Anytime we had questions, concerns, or just wanted to check in, Brendan was responsive and thorough.

On the day of our wedding, my husband and I both got ready at the DoubleTree. The staff at the DoubleTree, especially Julie, Palmer and Donita, made sure that we had everything we needed leading up to our ceremony. They fulfilled every request and were always willing to help.

Our cocktail hour was a big hit with the DoubleTree atrium as a stunning backdrop. Chef Cory and his team prepared delicious appetizers, salads, steaks, salmon, and vegetarian dishes. We received so many complements on the food that was served at our wedding! The Symphony Ballroom sparkled from corner to corner with beautifully set tables and a sparkly new dance floor. Brendan made sure that every detail was executed how we wanted. We have no doubt that Brendan is one of the best in the business and we are so glad that we chose the DoubleTree by Hilton Center City Philadelphia as our wedding venue. We would highly recommend working with Brendan and this venue to anyone!

My wedding was perfect! We had it in the Ormandy Ballroom which is street level. Brendan Davidson is who you want to book with 1000%. I came to him with a low budget, and he found a way to make it work! I know without a doubt Brendan is the reason my wedding was as amazing as it was. He truly went to bat for me to make my fairytale wedding happen with my blue collar budget. He and the entire hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Not to mention unjudgemental. (Purple hair tattooed bride here). I would've been lost without him. He truly made my wedding a breeze. During planning my dad died and my mom went into hospice. Brendan made sure I didn't have to lift a finger. He is friendly, eager to help and FUN! Seriously LOOK NO FURTHER Double Tree Broad St and Brendan D is the guy for you!!!

Brendan and his team are AMAZING. We owe our wedding "success" to them! They were so helpful the entire time from planning to the day of. Before we could even voice a question or concern, it was already taken care of! It was just such a streamline and seamless process - we were so lucky to have Brendan and team! They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went without any issues - from beginning to end. If you're looking to get married in Philadelphia, this is your place!

The Doubletree was the best place we could have chosen for our wedding. I originally wanted to have a more unique reception site, not a hotel ballroom, but we had a lot of out of town guests and we wanted something central. I'm so glad we chose the Doubletree. One of the best parts about having your reception at the Doubletree is that you get a wedding coordinator for free, which was great for me because I planned my Philly wedding from San Diego. Lisa DeLuca is amazing! Everytime I spoke with her or emailed her, she got me even more excited for our wedding day. She really wanted to know what my husband and I liked and tried to incorporate it in the reception. Lisa helped me so much with the planning process, she was there to help put on my veil on while getting ready (the girls were given a room to get ready in with a huge balcony looking out on the city), and was there as we were introduced a the reception. She helped ensure all of our things from the reception (gifts, flowers, items left behind...) were taken up to our room. The bride and groom are given a free suite the night of the wedding and it was AMAZING! Lisa was a great source for vendor recommendations and because of her, I found an amazing florist and had the most delicious wedding cake I've ever tasted (she helped us get a moist cake, not the traditional pound cake). The wait staff the day of the wedding were amazing. My husband and I never had to go to the bar & they brought us anything we asked. They were all so nice & were a positive addition to our experience. I just can't speak highly enough about the Doubletree. If you're contemplating this as your reception site, stop looking! You'll be happy you chose it and your day will be beautiful!

They were great in working with us. My husband and I planed our wedding from out of town and they were so flexible. I was deployed prior to the wedding and we did our tasting almost a year out. It's not usually done that way, but they did it just for us. They venue was beautiful, lighting was great, everthing was perfect.

Everything turned out perfectly and I would definitely recommend the Doubletree to any couple. We wanted to have our reception in the center city and the Doubletree was in an awesome location. Lisa was a pleasure to work with,everything we asked for, she made it happen! I got ready with the girls that morning, ordered breakfast and it was a great way to start the day. The room looked amazing and the bridal suite was humongous. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make the day perfect for us and our parents. The food was amazing, I want to go back & ask for the same entree that we served! All of our guests said that everything was delicious, from the hordeourves to the dessert.

Great. There was a snow storm, but the staff was great and they provided accomodations for everyone that needed it. The wedding planner, Erin, was great.

I recently got married at the DoubleTree and it was wonderful. Shannon Jones and her team were awesome. I was in the midst of negotiating my contract when the woman I was working with, Lisa, left the company and didn't tell me - needless to say I was stressed! But Shannon and her team stepped right in and made a seamless transition. Shannon was so knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. She told us what we should do and what we didn't need to do. She was flexible and accommodating and had great ideas. I literally couldn't have done this without her. The only down fall was that it was unseasonably hot on our wedding day and I'm not sure the hotel was prepared - it was hot and the air circulation wasn't great. Also, they ran out of my fiance/husband's chosen beer at the end of the night, but in their defense, our guests were really big drinkers and I'm not sure they could have expected it. At the same time, they were great at making sure they reserved our preferred drinks and there was more than enough available for everyone. Overall, we had such a great experience and our wedding day was exactly what we wanted.

We got married at the Double Tree Hotel in Philadelphia (broad & locust streets). We worked with Lisa DeLuca who was wonderful. She was very easy to work with and she was so helpful with everything. She knows all the vendors in Philly and is really knowledgable on everything to do with weddings. I always felt comfortable talking to her and she made such great suggestions and recommendations which made our night great. Of course things can go wrong during your wedding, but she was always there to help and fix everything. Overall, we were happy with the DoubleTree and Lisa is great!

The doubletree in center city philadelphia was excellent! Lisa Deluca was a pleasure to work with! My wedding day was everything that I hoped for and the doubletree played a big part in that. Everyone talked about the food and how friendly the staff was. That's all I could ask for. I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Philadelphia area.

We had almost 300 people at a wedding reception in June and the air conditioning stopped working! There responce was "we are trying to get ahold of our Maintance department" Offered nothing, gave us four free breakfast the next day. Make sure you address some type of discount in your contract, if they do not live up to there end of the contract.
