  Morton Wedding

  Highly recommend having your wedding at the Edgewood Country Club! I had some reservations at the beginning of wedding planning due to the contact person being changing multiple times but as soon as we started working with Katelyn and Taylor they were amazing and so responsive and helpful all through planning up until the big day they went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly! I can’t thank them enough for making the day stress free! The set up was flawless and the food was amazing and the chef was very accommodating with food restrictions and the staff was very friendly and helpful! 10 out of 10 all around!

  Highly recommend having your wedding at the Edgewood Country Club!   My husband and I got married this past April. We visited a number of venues in the Pittsburgh area and after each visit we had some apprehension about one thing or another, be it the rain location for the ceremony, the menu offerings, the hidden fees that seemed to pop up. After our first meeting with Mark at Edgewood, we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable we felt with the venue. Edgewood had everything we were looking for: a beautiful outdoor ceremony space with a nice rain location that could accommodate seating for all our guests, elegant and neutral décor in the ballroom that allowed us to determine the color palette, a wedding packet that allowed us to pick from a number of options with no hidden costs, an exceptional menu with wedding cake included if we chose, lighting in the ballroom that created the perfect ambiance at no extra cost through our package, and a venue coordinator who is incredibly thorough and timely in his communications. We talked about the day of our wedding a number of times over the last few months and with every conversation we revel at how perfect the day really was and how Edgewood truly did everything right (keep in mind this is coming from an event planner by profession). My husband and I would encourage any engaged couple to consider Edgewood for their wedding. All of our guests are still raving!

  Edgewood Country Club is a beautiful venue that provided a fabulous reception for our daughter's wedding. The attention to detail was amazing and the decor was lovely. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious and served quickly. Plus,it was hot. When you rent the venue, the entire top floor of the club is yours. There is a separate bar and cocktail hour area, a bridal room and a fireplace lounging area. The main ballroom has it's own bar and outside porch. The ballroom has lovely high ceilings with beams and it is very spacious and beautiful. The club has 3 wedding packages that cater to your every wish and includes just about everything you could want for your reception.The wedding manager, Gina, was a delight. She was very organized, always available and provided exemplary service. Our family and guests raved about the food and the venue. The bride and groom were thrilled with their big event. Edgewood CC gets a perfect 10 from us.

  Edgewood was the perfect pick for our wedding venue! The staff was friendly and professional.d. We particularly enjoyed working with Beckky. The whole experience - site visit, contract and payment, menu tasting, pre-event planning, and day-of logistics - was stress-free. We couldn't have been more happy! Lots of compliments were received from guests and the golf course was a beautiful setting for our outdoor photos. Highly recommended!

  What a beautiful venue! Everything is included in the price, no hidden cost. Becky was a godsend, she made the entire process go as smoothly as possible. She took care of absolutely everything, always willing to offer advise and most importantly--she was honest! She is flexible, professional, friendly, and a hard worker. She makes sure everything goes off without a hitch and made sure we were stress free the day of. The rest of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious, best we have ever had at a wedding!

  Becky and her staff were awesome at making sure everything we wanted for our wedding was done on that day. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the guests loved it. She also did a very good job with communicating with us back and forth prior to the wedding while setting up all the arrangements. And the food is excellent!

  When we started planning our reception, a different person was in charge of their weddings. We were a little skeptical at first about working with Becky and her staff. But everything worked out great.

  I am so happy we chose Edgewood Country Club for our wedding reception! Not only is the country club beautiful, but the staff is wonderful! Becky was so great to work with in planning everything. She answered every question I had for her and always managed to fit in a meeting with us when we were in town - which wasn't often since we live in Illinois! The food was delicious and everyone was so accomodating. One staff member even helped my cousin bustle my dress! I can't imagine a better place to have held my wedding reception. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone in the Pittsburgh area!

  We used the Edgewood Country Club for our reception and loved it!! The staff was extremely helpful and they were very flexible. They worked with our budget and we received compliments all night on the venue and food. The staff even decorated the venue for us, we just dropped off the decorations and told them what we wanted, when i walked in for the first time i was in awe.

  While I think my wedding day was perfect, I would say that communication by my reception site is one area that could have improved. All of the little mishaps that occurred, I believe were due to this lack of communication. The site and the service were both exceptional, but the event coordinator just left a little something to be desired. I will say though, that many of our guests wanted to have their weddings there after seeing ours. We already know a few couples who are. So, if the guests experience is any indication, then you will most likely be happy with your overall experience at the Edgewood Country Club like I was.

  I went to this Country Club for a wedding a few months ago, and I witness two of their employees fight each other. What a Horribly PLACE, AVIOD AT ALL COST.
