I had both my ceremony and reception at Embassy Suites Downtown and everything was beautiful. The rooms we used had large windows overlooking Hennepin ave. which added a nice city-feel our guests really enjoyed. We received so many compliments from our guests about the location itself, service among all hotel staff, the food, and banquet service. The food was a top priority for us and it was amazing! We sat down with Chef Mary to try a few options months leading up to the event and we were very impressed with everything she prepared. The banquet services was also excellent. My husband and I, along with our outside vendors, all complimented their attentiveness throughout the day - they really helped pull it all together for us! I worked directly with Lucille to help plan my day and she did a great job. She was responsive, helpful and accommodating weeks leading up to the wedding, and we really appreciated her always being available to answer our (many) questions. My husband and I, along with all of our guests, really enjoyed all aspects of this hotel. The location was convenient (located next to the light rail), event rooms were beautiful and unique, guest rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was great.
