  Peggy is incredible

  When I started the process, I had ideas of what I wanted for all of our stationary and not only did Peggy with Erickson design meet those expectations, but she definitely exceeded them. When I say I cried when we received our invitations from pure joy, bliss, and excitement, I am not even kidding. Her designs are BEAUTIFUL and just so perfect. She really does listen to exactly what you want and really tries to meet your goal aesthetic.
  10/10 recommend!

  Beautiful work from Erickson Designs

  We used Erickson Designs for our day-of paper for our wedding, and we were really pleased with the process. The day-of paper was one of the last things on our list, since you really can’t do much of it in advance as guests and schedules can change last minute. However, Peggy at Erickson Designs was super quick and responsive and able to make a lot of last minute changes. The designs themselves were beautiful and fit well with our overall aesthetic. Highly recommend!

  This vendor was amazing with our invitations. They were beautiful. We are still getting compliments on the Celtic Invitations we ordered. They also created Thank You cards that matched our Invitations, that were just as beautiful. We highly recommend this vendor for Invitations and Thank You cards. They also were incredibly accommodating for my soon to be Husband and I. They were both very kind and attentive to our needs.

  I ordered my save-the-date cards for my wedding from Erickson Design and I could not be more happy! The cards are beautiful. During the proofing process, I ordered what I thought would look good. The designer was quit helpful and gave me several ideas on font, size and text placement, as mere suggestions. She had a great eye for design and I liked her suggestions better than my own. I ended up selecting one she personally designed for me.
  
  The price was completely affordable. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong amount of cards, but the seller worked with me to accommodate a reasonable price.
  
  The company hand-delivered my cards during a snow storm because they thought it was more safe to bring to my home than use the USPS. They also delivered on a short timeline because my mom was visiting and wanted to help address the save-the-dates. I was very impressed by this personal attention to timeline and delivery. The cards were brought to my home in perfect condition in a beautiful box with matching ribbon.

  We ordered our save the dates via Etsy from Erickson Design and we were thrilled with them! They were football ticket, save the dates and we couldn't have asked for anything better, everyone loved them and thought they were such a unique idea! Erickson Design was so easy to work with, any questions I had we're answered very quickly and I even changed my mind a few times during the ordering process and they were super flexible and even offered great suggestions and we needed up using one of their ideas! Price point was extremely reasonable, I ordered 80 of them to to start and ended up needing 20 more, which as soon as I asked for a few more, they immediately went to work on them and had them sent out ASAP! I have nothing but great things to say about this company, they have excellent ideas, if you need something just ask, I'm sure they would have no problem helping you create an amazing customized save the date or invitation! Our friends and guests are still talking about how awesome and different our football (Jets vs Miami) ticket save the dates were!!!

  I cannot say enough about how much I love my invitations! All of my friends and family raved about the color and texture, just gorgeous! Bill and Peggy were very responsive to my many, many questions. At the last minute, I decided I wanted matching table numbers to correspond to my invitations. Bill and Peggy had the proof done quickly and got them shipped to my house in plenty of time for the wedding. I am very, very happy and will definitely use Erickson Design again for any future events or announcements.

  Erickson Design have the best quality invitations for your money. Peggy and Bill are fabulous to work with and have very creative ideas. I gave Peggy an idea of having a Cubs ticket as my save the date and she transformed the idea into a beautiful save the date that even the die hard White Sox fans loved. I have received so many compliments on it and definitely recommend them for anyone that is looking for any type of invitations or printing done. I am a more visual person and Peggy and Bill would not only e-mail me samples of some ideas, but they would also provide me with hands on examples so I could see exactly what it would look like. Erickson Design did my entire line of invitations including bridal shower, save the date, rehearsal dinner, wedding invitations, table cards, and thank yous. I was very pleased with everything I received and so many people have asked what company did I use for my invitations.   Peggy did such a good job staying in touch and creating beautiful pieces of stationary. She worked closely with my event planner, Jennifer Ellen, to make sure everything was optimized and designed accordingly to the wedding theme and ambiance. She created custom boxes with our coat of arms as place cards that later that night were used to fill them with delicious nuts from the nut buffett, that saved me some money by doubling the use of the boxes.
  All my stationary had the same coordination of colors and theme and she used our coat of arms without being overwhelming. I couldn have not have found better design, absolutely the best there is in Chicago!

  I used Erikson Design for all of my wedding stationary this July 2010. We got our save-the-dates, invitations, programs, menus, place cards, signs, & favors all from Erikson Design. Peggy, the owner, was so sweet and friendly to work with. She let you do whatever you would like and was there to give any creative ideas if wanted. My invitations were impeccable, they were very unique and we got tons of compliments on them. I had found some picture inspiration for our other stationary that I fell in love with and Peggy was more than willing to look at them and then specialize to make them our own. I couldn’t have been happier with our products from Erikson Design, they are truly talented people and really care about what they do-Big thanks!!!

  They by far had the most beautiful invitations I had seen. Planning the whole wedding finding the invitations were the most challenging. I had so many compliments on the invitations. They were spectacular. The service was fantastic and they were very professional and warm at the same time. I will refer them to anyone I know looking for invitations.

  Erickson Design printed our invitations, menu cards, programs, and thank you notes. Thinking back on all of that, we were very happy with how things turned out. My husband designed the stationary, so I think that helped speed up our process, but I know if we came in with no proofs/ideas, Peggy would have had plenty of options. We looked at two other places for our stationary, and Erickson Design was absolutely the most affordable and accommodating.
  
  I will say she was hard to get ahold of/not incredibly responsive at times. It was quite sporadic, and certainly caused stress during the wedding planning process. It helped that our day of coordinator also had a relationship with her and could also coordinate things, but I would definitely say this was our one hesitation with Erickson Design.

  Erickson Design printed our invitations, menu cards, programs, and thank you notes. Thinking back on all of that, we were very happy with how things turned out. My husband designed the stationary, so I think that helped speed up our process, but I know if we came in with no proofs/ideas, Peggy would have had plenty of options. We looked at two other places for our stationary, and Erickson Design was absolutely the most affordable and accommodating.
  
  I will say she was hard to get ahold of/not incredibly responsive at times. It was quite sporadic, and certainly caused stress during the wedding planning process. It helped that our day of coordinator also had a relationship with her and could also coordinate things, but I would definitely say this was our one hesitation with Erickson Design.

  I am overall satisfied with my invitations but I felt that customer service was lacking from this vendor. I worked with Peggy to design my invitations and they came out exactly as we requested. She added some unique elements that we loved and provided a wonderful invitation suite.
  However, the responsiveness was lacking and it took a few e-mails and finally a threat to pull my business completely to finally get a proof sent to us. We had wanted our invitations sent to our guests by a certain date (which they were aware of) and we failed to even get the proof by that date.
  They did make up for it but it left a sour taste in my mouth at the end.

  Our invitations were stunning. People remarked that they were among the most beautiful and unique invitations that they had ever seen, and Peggy of Erickson Design created a design that was really personal and struck the exact casual/fun/but still cocktail attire vibe we were going for. We had 2 specific types of trees that we wanted and she drew them and really made beautiful invitations.
  
  She also worked REALLY well within our budget and ended up being at least as affordable for a much much better custom product than we could have done through an online vendor.
  
  However, I am not sure I would work with her again. She was extremely difficult to reach and we did not have invitation proofs until a few hours before we had agreed on delivery. This caused a pretty high amount of stress for me. Luckily, we were working with a wedding planner who had a relationship with her and was able to get involved and assist. In fairness, it turned out that she had experienced a series of family losses in a row in what would have distracted any human, so I would hope that this was an extraordinary circumstance and definitely don't know how I would have handled the situation.
  
  She did offer to compensate us for the stress with free address calligraphy or free thank you notes. We took the thank you notes, and the first batch were not what I had asked for, but she delivered a second batch quickly, and again, they are beautiful.

  They make beautiful invitations! I got so many compliments on them. I would probably use them again only because they were that beautiful, but it is very frustrating to work with them. It was just tough getting a response. It takes a while to get a proof, so order early. I would email and get no response. If I called and left a message then they would email me back. Really push them if you order.
