  I could not have had this day without Kelsey and her team. My venue was mismanaged and I knew early on that I needed to hire someone. I could not have made a better choice. Kelsey was amazing. She made sure the day ran smoothly, kept everything running on time and kept any drama far removed from me (the bride). She is pretty much a miracle worker and she made the day so easy for me. She really has a talent and passion for what she does and puts so much care and effort in to every detail. There aren't enough stars to rate her properly! She deserves them all!

  Events and moments made our wedding so so so perfect I can’t say enough good things about Kelsey and her team! She is a one women machine and an amazing person. She went over every detail with me and my husband and made our day more than I had hoped for. she is always available no matter how small or silly the emergency may be. I highly recommend events and moments to everyone I know and even those I do not. I seriously could not have imagined my day would be as amazing as it was, and I owe all of that to Kelsey at e ents and moments. Check her out you won’t regret it!!!

  After giving it a lot of thought, I decided I wanted to have a day of coordinator for my August wedding. Really, I was looking for someone who could look out for what I wanted and make sure everything fell into place. Well Events and Moments REALLY DELIVERED. Kelsey and her assistant were so amazing. First of all, I basically envisioned that a day of coordinator would be around to help carry my bags from the hotel to the venue and make sure the band and flowers arrived on time. But Kelsey did SO much more. From making sure that I looked good in every picture (she would interrupt the photographer to fix my dress!) to having her assistant stay at the hotel to make sure every person got on the shuttle buses, to staying focused on the timeline that we created together for the day...she was just so attentive and amazing. Kelsey stayed at my wedding until AFTER I left. Events and Moments definitely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was perfect!

  Events and Moments helped create our dream wedding day. It was stress free and so much fun for us and all of our guests! They took care of every detail and ensured that all of our requests were met. There's absolutely no way our day would have been so amazing without their help!

  Kelsey was such a pleasure to work with & goes above & beyond! We were trying to find a place to hold my best friends Bridal Shower, I did not want her & her husband to hold it at their home. Kelsey was able to find the perfect place for their shower, Echo Lake Stables! I couldn't have ask for a more perfect day. The location, food, decorations & games were perfect! She also surprised the Bride with her favoriet ice cream at the dessert table, Blue Bell Ice Cream!!

  I hired Kelsey as our day of coordinator because my mom and sister wanted to be able to enjoy themselves on our wedding day. Our venue staff was amazing so I wasn't sure I'd actually need much help the day of our wedding but I was very wrong! I don't know how I'd have done the day without Kelsey. She showed up on time with her assistant and helped keep everything organized between the shuttles, flowers, decorating the venue & bringing my coat, bouquet etc to the venue for me. She carried around all my things, helped me get changed, made sure our vendors followed my requests, etc etc. If you aren't sure if you need a day of coordinator, I would say you definitely should get one if you are the least bit particular. It definitely helps to have someone looking out for you the day of. Even if you venue is amazing, they will not be doing all of the things Kelsey did like bringing all of our decorations and card box to our hotel room while we all enjoyed our after party. She is also very affordable compared to other DOCs

  Kelsey and her assistant did such a great job helping things fall into place, especially the day of. I was normally feeling all of the emotions that brides do on their big day, and Kelsey was able to keep calm and help me understand that I could count on her for pretty much anything. Thanks to her help, our dog was able to be our ring bearer! I couldn't ask for much more in terms of service, they did such a great job & my husband and I are so thankful for all their help!

She ensured to collect each vendors information prior to the wedding so that she had everything she needed. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed as well as made sure we were on time -YAY!! She made the day run more than smooth- every time I turned around she was hustling to ensure that everything was perfect. She couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. She allowed me to relax and truly enjoy my wedding day. This was by far the best money I spent on my wedding!!!! THANK YOU KELSEY!!!!!! :)
