The Fairmont was the absolute perfect venue for our dream wedding! When my fiance and I were venue shopping, we needed somewhere that could accommodate 350 people in downtown Austin that was elegant and classy and would offer a fabulous guest experience. The Fairmont was everything we wanted and more! Our wedding coordinator, Jess, took care of all the details and made sure our wedding went off without a hitch. Jess was the consummate professional and provided customer service above and beyond. She made us feel like royalty during the whole wedding planning process and made sure our every need was met. Our guests raved about the hotel and had a blast the entire weekend. Choosing to have our wedding at the Fairmont was, hands down, the BEST decision we made!

Where do I begin to review the best day?! I had a more historic, classic reception destination in mind. After leaving underwhelmed I happened to give the Fairmont, still in building stages a go. From our first meeting, they were phenomenal and as my autocorrect wanted to say, “home!” Our wedding coordinator was BEYOND PERFECT. She was professional, relatable, and accommodating; I never felt like she didn’t have control and boy did she deliver! We got to meet the chef, customize our menu, and made to feel we were truly special for the entire duration! Skip to the day of, and oh, hey, have I mentioned we were their first wedding ever?! Anyways, the execution was phenomenal! The staff was stupendous and attentive ( one even fixed my dance hair and tearful makeup!) after a full night of dancing and laughing my hubby and I ending up devouring some of the best food back in our hotel!! Beyond 5 stars! A wedding at that Fairmont will be a lifelong memory that you won’t regret!!!! Please book them! I promise you and your guests will end your night with a huge grin!!!
