    We had the trolley for our wedding. Everyone we worked with was wonderful from Maryanne booking it to our driver. The driver called an hour ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was on time, friendly, professional and listened to us about directions and changes in plans. We ended up needing the heat and it worked. We were able to bring our own beverages and coolers but they also supplied one cooler. The kids in our bridal party loved the trolley. They had such a great time riding in the front. We were able to seat 30 people on the trolley

    I just wanted to say thank you !it was the best time I had a trolley and a rolls Royce most honest company out there I left a purse with 2500 cash in it and I called and tony found it right away saved our honeymoon thanks tony

    I had the trolley for my party bachelorette party and we absolutely loved it! We also had it for our wedding and it was so much fun!.

    The only minor thing is that our driver was driving fast and when he would make a stop the whole wedding party would go flying of their seats which was kind of dangerous. But other than that we had no complaints!

    Overall we were absolutely satisfied with our service here. The trolley was clean and on time. Which was definitely a plus. :)

    I loved how our trolley looked (One of the main reason we booked them, but also other good reviews), it was white and had a bar in the back. Everything about it was great. We booked them for 4 hours and they had us fill out a sheet with all the stops we wanted. Everything went so smoothly, I never had to tell the Trolley driver where to go and he was super nice. I don't really have anything else to report because it went perfectly!

    We were absolutely satisfied with our service here. We had amazing cars for our wedding party and of course a classic Rolls Royce for us. We worked with Lou, who was an amazing representative/manager of the company. Our cars were clean and on time. Which was definately a plus.

    Our trolley was awesome and the driver was even early to pick us up to bring to the church! The driver was very friendly and knew exactly where he was going. He even did some lasts around parking lots while we finished our drinks on the way to the reception. Definitely recommend the trolley over a bus!

    We loved the trolley and it was beautiful for our winter wedding. It was decorated really nicely and should look great in pictures. The only minor thing is that our driver was a little rude to my husband at the end of the night. Overall though they were on time, took us to all of our locations perfectly, and we were very satisfied.

    Our trolley was great- they came actually EARLY to pick the bride up and was great in calling and communicating their arrival for each pick-up point.

    My only issue was knowing that it was a Friday afternoon and knowing we would hit traffic, I would have liked the driver to determine faster routes after our church to our picture location AHEAD of time. I think a little better planning would have worked in our favor.

    We ended up taking side streets the whole way from the NW side of the city of Chicago to Rolling Meadows and it took much longer than probably necessary.

    We still had time to take a few pictures and get to the reception about 5 minutes before it had started, but other than that out driver was very nice and made for a great day.

    Limo had no ac asked driver he said thes old cars dont have ac. I tokd him I was told they do.dont use thes guys dirty inside and out going bankrupt use somebody that cares.

    Our photographer gave the driver strict instruction where to go to the spot we were taking pictures. He went the wrong way, which cost 20 minutes and we didn't get to our last location. At North Ave, he went through the car entrance and couldn't make the turn. He wouldn't let us off and ended up hitting a fence and taking out a bike. One of the groomsmen had to put his shoulder into the door to get it to open. We submitted a list of addresses before the wedding and he took us to the wrong door at the reception, since there was construction it took 10 minutes to get around. With such a busy day, 30 minutes means a lot to a bride and groom.

    This was a horrible experience. Thankfully the rest of our wedding went well and we could try to black this out. The driver did not know where he was going. He was late. He called and said that he was stuck in traffic on an expressway that was no where near where we were to be picked up. He went to a different hotel to pick us up even though he had an itinerary and with the name and address and we were at the hotel associated with the company that owns the transportation service. He relied on me, the bride to give him directions and even joked that I was his gps system. The last thing I wanted to do on my wedding day was direct a trolley from the back of the trolley. He made several wrong turns and had us going in the opposite direction we needed to go. Luckily my photographer was on board to give him directions. When we called to complain the day after, our concerns were ignored. We never got an apology and we were treated with such unprofessionalism that we are still in shock. Don't let them ruin your big day. Save yourself the hassle and go with another company.

    Their trolley was over 1 hour late to pick up bride and her family to take them the the church, resulting in the couple having to cut their catholic ceremony in half, as well as missing taking photos around the city.

    The trolley was extremely hot even though we had called to confirm earlier that week that it had fully functioning A/C.

    The company has been difficult in reimbursing the couple the full amount knowing they really did ruin the ceremony for the couple and their family.

    The only redeeming thing about this company was our driver, Lou, he was very responsive and took direction clearly when instructed to take an alternative route to the church.

    Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional.

    I was late to my wedding church ceremony by a whole hour. The trolley situation on my wedding day was a very disappointing and frustrating situation for us not only because I was very late but because Flying Lady Livery is handling this situation unprofessionally.

    I have reached out to the manager Tony Scarpelli a couple of times through phone and e-mail and he has not taken the time to get back to me.

    No one from the company reached out to us after the wedding to apologize for having the trolley be an hour late or to offer any sort of compensation. My husband and I had to finally reach out to them to see what the deal was. Surely they weren't going to make us pay $1,000 to rent a trolley that was going to take me to my own wedding one hour after the original start time. I was wrong. I thought for sure that a professional company would offer some sort of compensation for the horrible experience they put me through on my wedding day.

    I would only recommend this service if you want to take your chances of maybe or maybe not showing up on time for your wedding or event.

    Also to add on, the trolley floors were filthy. My dress got very dirty before even getting into the church. The AC on my trolley was AWFUL. All my bridesmaids and myself were drenched in sweat the entire way to the church.

    My dealings with management were absolutely terrible. They went as far as to insult the company that I worked for, and refused to give us back any more than 1/5 of what we paid them after their extremely late trolley forced us to cut our ceremony in half. There are a hundred trolley services in Chicago, and I've even listed a few below. Anything to take business away from this company - they are awful. You'll thank me later. The manager of the Flying Lady Livery service, Tony Scarpelli, is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with.
