  You NEED Sara for your wedding!

  Hiring Sara was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. From vendor selection, to design, to communications, and execution, Sara was always THE expert, professional, our advocate, honest, and got to A++ results. She is full-service and we truly don't know how she did it all. At the end of the process, we are also so happy to consider her our friend.
  
  Let's start with vendor selection. There are so many talented vendors in the NYC area. Sara made finding our vendor partners easy and enjoyable. We started by sharing inspiration photos and having lengthy discussions about what mattered most to us. Sara also always considered our personalities and of course, our budget. She then recommended 2-3 vendors of each type (florists, photo/video, bands) and would join us in meetings with each of them. She would then help us debrief, negotiate contracts, and ultimately hire each vendor. At the end of the process, we ended up with a fantastic roster of vendors with minimal stress. We were also SO CONFIDENT that these vendors would knock it out of the park in large part because Sara had worked with them repeatedly. As we once said to Sara, she's like the A.I. of wedding planning - she knows ALL. We always trusted Sara's judgement - from big picture design decisions to small details - she understood our vision and priorities from the get-go.
  
  Beyond vendor selection, Sara was also involved in so many details. From dress shopping (both scheduling appointments and actually attending them), to invitation design, Sara was always there to support us. She was our advocate in all situations, and offered her expert advice throughout.
  
  In writing this review, we've realized just how many details Sara was involved in:
  - Planning our Friday night rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks (venue, florals, menu)
  - Selecting our florist and designing the event
  - Band selection and creative meetings
  - Photo/video selection and creative meetings
  - Lighting design
  - Invitation design
  - Gown shopping, selection, and fittings
  - Furniture rentals - selection and coordination
  - Food trucks - selection and coordination
  - Room block organization
  - Transportation
  - Photobooth
  - Dresser hiring
  - Welcome box assembly and distribution
  - And of course, day of on-site coordination with a full team of support
  
  Then there's the week and day-of. Sara and her team ensured that our wedding weekend was flawless. There were so many last minute details and decisions (including weather uncertainty) and Sara handled it all without showing an ounce of stress. On the day of our wedding, Sara surrounded herself with a competent and kind team to execute both our vision and to keep us and our families cared for. We were able to truly relax and enjoy our big day because we knew Sara had it alllll under control. Two small examples of Sara going above and beyond: 1) When the bride and groom arrived at their rehearsal dinner, the strap of the bride's dress ripped off. Sara literally sewed it together in 3 minutes. 2) We had requested Joe's pizza to be served at our after-party. Our venue was outside of their delivery radius, so Sara organized for one of her assistants to pick-up a dozen pizzas at midnight and return with hot, delicious pizza in time for the party.
  
  We could go on and on about why Sara is the absolute best. We love her and recommend her loudly and proudly to anyone getting married!

  Wedding Planner

  Sara was a pleasure to work with! She made us feel extremely confident that every aspect of our wedding day would go according to plan... and it definitely did! Her attention to detail is top notch. Sara made it easy to trust her and her talent (and that means a lot coming from someone like myself who doesn't like to relinquish control 😊). She is the epitome of calm, cool and collected. It was comforting to know we were in great hands from the day we hired her up until our big day. Sara, thank you again for everything!!

  Amazing!

  If you are looking for a wedding planner and unsure if its worth it, let me tell you Sara is 1000% worth every dollar. She is superwoman and made our wedding an absolute dream. She was there to answer any questions, texts or calls i had. She was ontop of all of my vendors and made the wedding come together and be perfect. She is the best in the industry, hands down. I cannot recommend her enough

  BEST Wedding Planner ever!!!

  Sara Greenberg from FY Parties is more than just an event planner…a friend, a true professional, great designer, contract negotiator and amazing visionary for any event. She’s totally accessible and will get back to you very promptly. She doesn’t limit her time with you and always makes you feel like you can ask any question. No one works harder than Sara Greenberg and her dream team. Farrah is the best dresser in town and Allie is fantastic. I can't imagine planning a wedding without her. She truly made me (the mother of the bride) feel like a quest at my own daughter's wedding. I showed up that morning and didn't have to worry or think about a thing. Everything ran smoothly and was flawless. The next morning we had a brunch at my house and when I came downstairs to set up, everything was already done and looked absolutely gorgeous. Again, no one is better than Sara Greenberg. I highly recommend FY Parties. Feel free to reach out if you want to know more.

  Wedding planner

  There are many things someone can say about what they think about a planner, or what they get when they hire a planner or to be honest what they feel they can save by hiring a planner.
  Sara is the single most significant decision we made outside of getting engaged. She was the glue that held our “covid” wedding together over 2 years, handled everything that a planner handles from last minute issues like signs, namecards, vendor meetings, kept us on a timetable, kept us in budget, kept parents informed and just made sure every vendor knew where to be and when. She kept people happy which isnt easy. Sara worked with us for 2 years...TWO YEARS as a planner, therapist and friend.
  She knew problems before they came up and handled them before we heard about them. After covid we would assume planning a wedding is next to impossible without a planner but that’s not why you should hire Sara. You should hire her because without her your stress level will be 100x higher then if you have her by your side to help. She will be the person you reach out to when no one else knows what is going on. We could write more but there really isn’t a rating high enough for how good she actually is at this. Thanks for everything Sara!!!

  Incredible Event Planner!!

  I can't even begin to explain how incredible Sara Greenberg is... BOOK HER BEFORE YOU FINISH READING THIS REVIEW!!
  
  If you aren't convinced you need a wedding planner, I was in the same boat. I was supposed to get married in August of 2020, and I was contemplating hiring someone as a 6-week out coordinator to help with the final wedding details. My family and I were at Mark Ingram to try on wedding dresses when we saw Sara talking to one of her brides. We were SO impressed with her calm nature, professionalism, and her knowledge of the industry. She seemed to have an answer to every question, but also wasn't afraid to say "I don't know, but I will find out!" It took a lot of convincing, but my mom encouraged me to talk to Sara and take her card. I had no intention of hiring a wedding planner, but after one phone call, I knew Sara would bring all of my visions to reality!
  
  Sara is NOT a sales person looking to make an extra dollar. She went above and beyond to help keep things within budget, and thoughtfully explained which items are worth the price. She never pushes her own visions or style- she truly takes time to understand your vision, concerns, and personality, and then works to bring it all together. When I didn't want to pay our florist for extras (i.e. bathroom baskets), Sara offered to make them herself. She can do ANYTHING!
  
  During COVID, Sara constantly checked in. She became one of my closest friends and confidants during this time and I am so grateful I have her in my life! She helped me completely replan my wedding, and somehow made me EXCITED to get married again. While most of my friends were stressed and filled with COVID dread while replanning weddings, I felt calm and protected with Sara on my team. She is smart, patient (I can be pretty indecisive) and quick on her toes to problem solve any surprises!
  
  My family is so grateful for her guidance... my Dad literally dedicated the first part of his wedding speech to thanking Sara... Needless to say, she is not only the most incredible event planner, but she is an amazing person who will help make your event special and unique... NOW DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL HER IMMEDIATELY! We love you Sara!!!

  Thank you Sara Greenberg/Forever Young Events!

  The best decision I made is hiring Sara Greenberg/Forever Young Events!! From the first time I met Sara, she showed genuine care, knowledge and professionalism and I knew I could count on her to make my special day perfect. As some background, I am extremely particular, detail oriented and like to micro manage everything. I never trust anyone until Sara Greenberg came into my life. She surpassed all my expectations and gained my trust within the first week of the wedding planning. She gave me a list of all the best vendors and helped me with negotiating contracts and ensuring everything I needed was included. She created a timeline and checklist immediately to ensure all details were reviewed. She went ABOVE and BEYOND on all aspects of the planning. All of the little things I never had to think about because I trusted Sara to take care of it. She attended all the floral design meetings and gave very valuable input, came to my final dress fitting, and picked up special linen samples, and drafted our welcome note and gift bags for our of town guests. Sara Is truly a ONE OF A KIND individual. She is extremely knowledgeable on literally every aspect of planning a wedding. While she is also the most CARING, SUPPORTIVE and GENUINE person. She was always calm and collected which keep me grounded and at ease from the planning process to the wedding day. Also she responded immediately to all emails, texts and calls which is pretty unbelievable! We had our wedding in October and every detail was perfect all due to Sara’s impeccable planning and efforts! Her team that she brought on the wedding day we’re extremely helpful from getting dressed in the morning to the photos to the dress touch ups and making sure we had everything we needed! You MUST hire Sara Greenberg. It will be the BEST decision you make in planning your wedding. She is truly an EXPERT and the most amazing person to be with. I am very grateful Sara was with me on the most important day of my life! I love you Sara!!

  The best planner! Highly recommend!

  Working with Forever Young Events was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! To even begin to write a review about Sarah and her team was hard because they are too incredible for words. I can’t imagine my wedding day without Sarah, in fact, my husband and family still haven’t stopped talking about how amazing Sarah was, going above and beyond, ensuring that everything went to plan. Sarah truly made our wedding the day the most perfect day we could have imagined.
  
  The weeks approaching your wedding are the most stressful, and Sarah handled every little detail with care, thinking about us first and what would be best for us.   Incredible wedding planner!

  When I got engaged, I did not think I’d need a wedding planner. About 5 weeks before my wedding, the stress was building up and I realized would need some help if I wanted everything to run smoothly. A friend had told me about Sara, and from the second I called her I felt instantly at ease. She made herself available at all hours to answer our endless questions. She responded to calls, emails and texts right away and always had the answers we needed. She made me feel like I was her only client and top priority. She would call or text me to check in almost daily and offer a hand to help with whatever I needed. Sara made everything so much easier and more manageable for us. She is so well organized, is an amazing listener and did not forget a single detail. On the day of the wedding I had ZERO stress thanks to Sara and her team (Alex and Rebecca). They made sure everything was under control and ran smoothly, working from early in the day and through the reception. We have nothing but positive things to say about FY Party and Event Planning. My husband and I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Sara and her team. They can handle any task and will go above and beyond to make your event the best it can be!

  The best party planner out there

  I can not express how amazing Sara was. From the first day we met her she was friendly, organized and knew exactly what to do. We had a quick engagement and Sara was up for the challenge. She went to every appointment of ours from the band to the tasting to the dress fitting. Sara was available via call or text and responded any time of the day. She made a very stressful time feel calm and relaxing. Sara and her team were there the whole weekend of our wedding from the rehearsal to the wedding to the brunch the next day. You should not look any further as if you need a party planner Sara and Forever Young Parties is the only way to go

  Hire Sara for a stress free wedding day!

  When my daughter told me she was hiring a wedding planner, I told her it wasn’t necessary. I thought I could do everything she needed. THANK GOODNESS she hired Sara! In addition to all she helped with before the wedding, she was invaluable the day of our April wedding. Sara was at the venue early to check the grounds for our outdoor ceremony, made sure landscaping was exactly as planned (it wasn't - she fixed it), kept us on a timeline so everything ran smoothly, and turned into a florist to fix the elaborate floral piece on the stairs hung incorrectly. Sara helped with all the little things as well as the big things; she had everything we needed at her fingertips; and she worked with all our vendors the entire day so we could just relax and enjoy. There is no way I could have handled all she did.
  Even though my daughter hired her, Sara answered every email and call from me. Not only was she focused on the bride, she was very attentive to this very nervous and excited mother of the bride. I highly recommend!!!

  Sara was amazing!! We had our wedding in our backyard and we had a MILLION things to think about, but Sara made it feel effortless. We had her help from the beginning of planning all the way up to the big day. She put us in contact with awesome vendors (flowers, catering, etc) that were exactly the vibe and price we were looking for. The couple weeks before the wedding she coordinated all of our vendors seamlessly, ensuring not a thing was out of place the day of. On our wedding day she handled any issues with other vendors so efficiently we didn’t even know anything was out of place. She even got us money back for one of our vendors forgetting some linens (which she found replacements for that day, again without us even knowing!)
  
  The best part was her relaxed and laid back personality. She handles everything with ease so you don’t feel stressed. Any question/comment/thought I had about he wedding I could just contact her and instantly feel better.

  Sara is the best! She made sure my day was executed flawlessly. My husband and I agree that we have no idea what we would have done without her making our day go smoothly. I plan events for a living, so I know she’s the best of the best. If you are on the fence at all about a doc - it was the best decision we made. You won’t regret it!

  I absolutely LOVED working with Sara! Sara was the wedding planner for my sister-in-laws wedding and she had nothing but great things to say about her. So when it came time to hire a wedding planner, we knew exactly who to turn to. My husband and I live in California and got married in New York. Sara helped us ease so much stress of planning a destination wedding. She was always quick to respond and had so many great ideas! She is very knowledgable in the business and will tell you what will work smoothly and what will not. I wanted wine barrels for decoration at the ceremony and Sara was able to find a company to bring them in for a great price. She always made herself available for the few trips I made to New York for wedding planning. When the week of the wedding rolled around, my venue's in house planner decided to go on a surprise vacation. I wasn't stressed because I knew we had Sara to make sure everything went smoothly. The day of the wedding went better than I expected and Sara helped keep me calm all day. She even remembered to bring me water because I would forget to drink. My whole bridal party loved working with her as well. She was very fun and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. If your looking for a planner of any party, Sara is definitely your girl!

We originally hired her to help with the last few months of our wedding planning and day of coordination. Unfortunately due to certain circumstances we last minute had to change our date. Sara helped us every step of the way in making sure we had a smooth transition from our original date to our new date! Without hesitation she took on this new date and continued to help us with everything! Her attention to detail and organization skills are out of this world which made my life so incredibly easy! She created the most beautiful candy/dessert table!   Words alone cannot express how grateful I am of Sara and her assistant being there for me and my family on my wedding day! Sara arrived promptly at the St. Regis hotel in NYC early in the morning and was by my side until the wee hours of the night! Sara and her assistant organized the entire day of events to help ease the stress and was able to assist with anything that any of us needed throughout the day/evening.   Sara is the absolute BEST! During the months leading up to my wedding, I constantly heard my mom saying "Thank G-d we have Sara" and she was right. Sara is extremely organized, professional, creative, supportive and dedicated. She took all the stress off of us and handled everything like the pro she is. She did not bat an eye to any of our ridiculous requests or needs. She always made herself available to us - we were constantly texting and calling her at all hours of the night. Sara did all of the tasks that you would assume out of a wedding planner and more- helping our flower girls get down the aisle, literally helping me get a stain out of my dress the day of, and helping the groom with rather “silly” last minute requests. She also played a major role in planning our rehearsal dinner and brunch which was extremely helpful since my in laws were throwing those events and they are from out of town. . One of my favorite things that Sara helped with was creating our welcome boxes. They had all of our favorite items in it as well as some NY style goodies which really impressed our guests. My mom and I have both contacted all our friends getting married and told them they must hire Sara. My entire family was extra sad when the wedding was over because we knew that meant we wouldn’t be able to work with Sara anymore and we loved her- not only for her outstanding job but just because she is awesome. However we are still in close contact with Sara and she has become our friend. We have a date in the calendar for when we get back from our honeymoon!

  When our daughter got engaged, my husband thought we didn't need a wedding planner because we knew the drill from making two other weddings. I said we are ABSOLUTELY getting a wedding planner and felt lucky to meet Sara Greenberg, the owner of Forever Young. She was enthusiastic, creative, detail oriented and had a sense of humor! Within a week she was helping me find the venue, the band, the photographer and creating her infamous binder for her notes, quotes and ideas. Looking back, my best vendors came from her. They worked hard for us, gave us great prices and were nice people.
  
  One challenge was the bride and groom lived in Chicago, but she kept everyone in the loop and they totally trusted her because she was extremely responsive (my last wedding planner was NOT), knowledgeable about etiquette and she knows what what to spend money on and what is unnecessary.
  
  As the wedding approached, she followed up with vendors to confirm timelines, costs and payments, and made sure they knew our expectations. She created our unique place cards, packed our hospitality bags and delivered them to the hotel. She also coordinated all the transportation arrangements.
  
  On the day of, Sara was super human. She made sure the guys at the hotel were on time for pictures and then ran to the venue to make sure the girls were. She confirmed the photographer, hair and makeup team, videographer, band, florist and the catering manager were all working in sync. And like Mary Poppins she pulled whatever you needed out of her bag. Breath mints, bandaids, phone charger... Sara Greenberg is a wedding goddess!

  When our daughter got engaged, my husband thought we didn't need a wedding planner because we knew the drill from making two other weddings. I said we are ABSOLUTELY getting a wedding planner and felt lucky to meet Sara Greenberg, the owner of Forever Young. She was enthusiastic, creative, detail oriented and had a sense of humor! Within a week she was helping me find the venue, the band, the photographer and creating her infamous binder for her notes, quotes and ideas. Looking back, my best vendors came from her. They worked hard for us, gave us great prices and were nice people.
