  This was actually not a wedding but our annual Winter Solstice Party, which Paul and Brent have catered for us for about the past seven years, along with various other events. I cannot recommend Ne Me Quitte Pas Catering highly enough. These two are artists; it just happens that their medium is food. They work with you to design a menu specific to your needs, put an number of personal, elegant touches on it, and hand-pass the goodies throughout. They are unfailingly polite and cheerful, and all my guests love them. This caterer is tops.

  Paul and his team are superb. The food is always excellent, the menus are creative and the service is fantastic. They are always my first choice when I'm having a party catered.

  I was referred to Ne Me Quitte Pas after experiencing their amazing food at a friend's wedding reception. She and I are both vegetarian so I was confident they were the ones to cater MY wedding. Three years later, my non-vegetarian friends and family still rave about the food. So when I was given the task to through my best friend's 'tea-party- themed' bridal shower, I knew just who to call. Ne Me Quitte Pas knocked it out of the park with a mix of vegan/non-vegan finger sanwiches, mini-quiches and terraine salads. Even the most finicky eaters LOVED every bite! They made the planning process for BOTH events stress-free, they were open to accommodating specific dietary restrictions without compromising flavor and visual appeal. Paul responded to my emails quickly and works in a warm and confident manner. He is a true professional. It is clear that he loves what he does and takes great pride in creating delicious and affordable food that will leave a lasting impression on all of your guests. I would absolutely recommend Ne Me Quitte Pas for any occasion!

  This has bee by far the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to.
  I used to work at the Sheraton and at La Donna in Mansfield many years ago including many functions and nothing compares to this.
  Paul and Brent and their team had outdone anything I had ever encountered.

  Paul and everyone at Ne Me Quitte Pas are simply extraordinary. In short: book them immediately. I've worked with NMQPC on my own wedding and have, subsequently, hired them for work functions. Paul is intuitive, creative, flexible, inventive, tireless, and a chef beyond compare. The food is amazing, the menu is always thoughtful and surprising, the presentations are personal and tied to the nuances of the event and its hosts. The NMQP staff is always kind, polite, unobtrusive, friendly, and engaging. Simply a pleasure to work and collaborate with from start to finish. Can't say enough or award enough stars.

  Ne Me Quitte Pas Catering was fabulous. Ours was a Golden Anniversary celebration. Paul helped us choose from a wide selection of lavish hors d'oeurves. The tomato jam is still my favorite! He even included some treats the grands would enjoy. The presentation was spectacular. He worked with our color scheme for the paper products and small signs identifying the foods offered. He even designed a logo for the party with me. The table was stunning as was the food. Everything was set up in good time and all with great good humor. I highly recommend Ne Me Quitte Pas!

  Working with Paul Spillane of Ne Me Quitte Pas Catering was a wonderful experience! Thanks to Paul and his staff the reception was fantastic and enjoyed by all, and even a year latter people are still talking about how wonderful the reception was.

  The best decision we made on our wedding day was hiring NMQP. Paul is not only a brilliant chef but his attention to detail, taste, and making each event feel like one of a kind far surpasses any other caterer we met with. I was worried that on the day of the food might be a bit lackluster, but instead it blew us away. Our friends and family still tell us how our food was the best wedding food they've had, hands down. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

  Paul & his team were wonderful! From start to finish, they were so responsive, really personalizing the event.
  
  They went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The food was DELICIOUS, the final touches were detail-oriented & specialized. I was so impressed and very happy with our selection for Paul as our caterer. We cannot wait to have him again!

  I thought my wedding was awesome, and Paul was such a huge part of that. The food was amazing - really classy and interesting things, totally delicious, and unique. Also very reasonably priced for what you get! They bake all their own breads, make all their own butters, do all the pastries in-house. The staff was extremely polite and professional. Paul was also really helpful with rentals and other related things. They also did all our menu cards for us, designed to match our invitations - they looked great!
  
  In addition to the quality and value for cost, working with this company was great. Paul was responsive and had thoughtful and helpful answers to all our questions. He is very detail-oriented, and also an extremely nice person - a wonderful combination. Paul designed our menu totally from scratch - we were never asked to pick from any list. We just talked about what we wanted and went from there. It was amazing to have that level of customization and flexibility.
  
  Bottom line: we found Ne Me Quitte Pas early in the planning process, and I'm so glad we did. Hiring them was hands down the best decision we made.

  When we first met Paul, we were enchanted. He's so warm and lovely and really funny! When we started to talk about the menu, every request we had was met~~from food preferences or costs to allergies of some guests. He makes everything from scratch and he and his partner are completely professional, hiring an incredible team to facilitate everything on the big day.
  
  They even had suggestions as to where I should rent my tables, chairs, and tent from. I cannot recommend them highly enough, my wedding day wouldn't have been the same without them!

  NMQP is one of the most gracious and flexible catering companies you will ever find - they truly aim to go above and beyond for their clients and it shows.   I have used NMQP many times and could not recommend a better caterer, better food, better service or better overall experience.
