  5 Stars!!!!

  Everything about Franklin Commons was perfect! From our initial tour to our big day, it was all perfect. Hannah and Kim were great to work with, very responsive and were able to provide great advice when needed. The venue was so unique and just what we were looking for. Our guests loved the food and the service was phenomenal. We had our ceremony inside and used the outside area for some gorgeous photos. I would absolutely recommend Franklin Commons again and again!

  Overall amazing

  My husband and I could not have picked a better spot for our October 2023 wedding. We went into wedding planning knowing that we wanted a venue that was “different”. We did not want the farm/barn look or any farmhouse vibe. We walked into Franklin Commons and fell in love. The industrial but yet rustic vibe was perfect. We cannot put into words our gratitude towards the entire staff leading up to the wedding and the day of . Kim and Hannah are truly superstars and make you feel like family. The entire Drexelbrook staff that helped the night of the wedding did an amazing job! They made us feel so important and solved anything we needed in a matter of seconds. Our guests still are raving about the food and atmosphere. The ceremony space outside is intimate and beautiful with so much room for creativity. Hands down the best experience with a venue !

  Wonderful experience at Franklin Commons!

  We booked Franklin Commons for our wedding in September 2023. We could not be happier with our wedding experience. The venue is beautiful and has an industrial charm that we did not see any where else, and the courtyard was the perfect space for our ceremony. Kim and Hannah made coordinating with the venue and our vendors extremely easy. We would highly recommend hosting an event at Franklin Commons!

  Highly Recommend

  Our wedding day was like a dream...and we owe so much of that to the Drexelbrook team at Franklin Commons! We knew we were in good hands the second we met Kim, and she did not disappoint. The staff was so accommodating with EVERY request we had through the planning process & on the wedding day. The food was DELISH, and our guests loved every single thing from the cocktail hour taco station, to the entrees! We DIY'ed a ton of our decor and the staff took such great care locking it up the night before and making sure our appointed friends got the set up just right! We felt well taken care of from start to finish...plus the venue itself is unique, photogenic, and just so darn SPECIAL!! Highly recommend!

  An amazing, unique venue!

  Picking Franklin Commons as our venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We wanted a unique venue with industrial flair in the Philly suburbs. Franklin Commons was the first venue we toured and we immediately knew it was the one. First, Kim is absolutely amazing. From our first meeting all the way through to the end of the wedding, she was on top of every single detail. She is organized, kind, and really makes you feel special as a couple to be part of the Franklin Commons/Drexelbrook family. The package they offer covers just about anything and has a lot of customization options. There are multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, providing peace of mind that there are options for a rain plan. Our guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres, food, and desserts they had, how cool the space was, and how awesome the staff was. I could go on and on about all the fantastic things about this venue. It is a really special place and played a significant role in making our day as perfect as it was.

  Better Than Imagined

  From the moment my now-husband and I walked into Franklin Commons back in the beginning of 2020, we knew it was the right venue for our wedding. Its modern industrial style was exactly what we were looking for and we were so pleased with how special it made our big day. We were so fortunate to have booked the venue so far in advance of our 2022 wedding and it sure was worth the wait. We received so many compliments about how cool our venue was and how different it was compared to more traditional venues, and since our wedding was as untraditional as they come, it felt absolutely perfect. The perfect venue combined with the excellent staff and service from Kim Savino and her staff at Drexelbrook Catering and Events, our wedding day was nothing short of perfect.

  Most Amazing Venue

  I cannot say enough about the Franklin commons! Aside from the beautiful venue, and unbeatable wedding package, the team at the venue was outstanding! Kim, especially went above and beyond to make all of my wedding day dreams a reality. I highly recommend using this venue.

  Wonderful from start to finish

  This was the perfect venue, everyone commented how much they loved it. You could not ask for a better coordinator than Kim and her assistant Hannah. I was likely a little particular at times and they were so accommodating. The event flowed beautifully, staff was kind and helpful, food was delicious. I would highly recommend Kim and her team with Drexelbrook catering at Franklin Commons

  Hidden gem of phoenixville!

  We could not have asked for a better experience planning our wedding with Amy at Franklin Commons! She was extremely encouraging, thoughtful, and just so much fun to plan our event with (even throughout postponing once)! Our guests loved the space - if you are looking for a more modern and less ballroom type environment this is the perfect venue for you! The food was delicious - the waffles and ice cream bar was a huge hit! THANK YOU to Drexelbrook Catering and Franklin Commons for executing the wedding of our dreams!

  Perfect location for our corporate event!

  You NEED to book this venue

  I truly cannot put into words how perfect this wedding was. First Amy: if there is anyone you want in your corner planning your wedding with you it is Amy. She is prompt, straight forward, kinda, and on top of everything. She made my day flawless. Melissa didn’t let me go empty handed without a drink or food for a second throughout the night. Every single magical detail I described was executed flawlessly. I think Franklin often gets overlooked and for reasons I cannot understand. My friends and family are STILL telling me about the amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere. The portions, the amount of cocktail appetizers, the stations. Everything was spectacular. They all say they have never been to a wedding like it and that it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. I’ve planned my wedding since I was a little girl, and never in any of my dreams was it as amazing as the real thing. If you’re even considering this venue let me save you some time: book it now

  My wife and I cannot speak more highly of Kim Savino and the entire Drexelbrook team. Not only were they flexible through the pandemic, but were also quick with communication and provided step-by-step assistance with our wedding planning process. During the big day, we were treated like royalty. Staff made sure my wife and I always were receiving food and drinks (we couldn't forget to eat!), and were even greeted with champagne right after our ceremony. The Franklin Commons venue itself was beautiful and worked with us through our many changes and updates. It fit our 100 person wedding perfectly with room for everyone to dance, enjoy games outside, and find their own space to enjoy the wedding. Our guests have raved about the food, setting, and overall experience that was made possible by this great team! We could not recommend Franklin Commons and the Drexelbrook Catering team enough.

  The most magical day

  Beautiful venue and such a wonderful experience working with the Franklin Commons team. Kim and Hannah were a dream to work with. They took care of my every need! My guests loved Franklin Commons and the food was exceptional. I would recommend this spot because it’s beautiful, great atmosphere, free parking, delicious food, awesome team to work with!

  The moment we saw the venue, we knew it was where we wanted to get married! With it's industrial chic but romantic vibe, you can really make the Franklin Commons space your own. It is also super spacious with different areas for your guests to hang out. With covid being a concern these days in wedding planning, this is definitely an added bonus. All of our guests felt comfortable! Aside from the beautiful space, the staff was amazing ! Kim was very helpful and easy to work with as we planned our wedding. The day of staff were all great to work with and very attentive to our needs, especially Dale! Thank you for making our day so perfect!

  Covid wedding take 3

  I fell in love with Franklin Commons because it is not your typical country club or barn which I feel is overdone. It’s super modern and has this industrial appeal that I loved. Our coordinator Amy was AMAZING and so helpful. We probably changed plan 3 times and she worked with us because we had to reschedule 3 times because of restrictions. However, we finally were able to push forward and it was so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. Loved my girl Dale. She made sure I ate and drank. The food is truly top-notch!   You're gonna want to book Franklin Commons

  I waited way too long to write this review, but I'm a procrastinator at heart. Let me just say, Franklin Commons was BEYOND perfect for our reception! The moment I walked inside and saw it's eclectic, kind of boho, but also classy style, I knew it was what I was looking for. It truly is a space that can be made into what you want. It felt very open but also warm and welcoming if that makes sense. We got many compliments on the space from guests during the cocktail hour. Kim, our contact person, was fantastic to work with! Always available and incredibly responsive when I had a question. She was open to all my ideas and so helpful when I needed guidance. She was just so accommodating and went above and beyond for us! The space looked AMAZING when we got there and they let me and my husband see the banquet room decorated before it was opened to the guests. Fatima and Jamie (and I might be forgetting others names) were so incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating as well. We honestly felt like royalty because they were always there making sure we needed anything. Let's not forget the food, which was FANTASTIC. The amount of hor d'oeuvres during cocktail hour was insane and everyone raved about them. There was never not enough going around, plus we had two food stations (the pad thai and sliders) which were a huge hit. I'm never that crazy about the dinner food at weddings but the meal was honestly so delicious and we received so many compliments there as well! The entire Drexelbrook team and staff were so attentive and professional. For the price, we really feel like we made out. I feel like I could go on and on, but I highly encourage anyone interested to schedule a visit (when able to with this pandemic going on) and feel for yourself how cool and special the space really is.   I waited way too long to write this review, but I'm a procrastinator at heart. Let me just say, Franklin Commons was BEYOND perfect for our reception! The moment I walked inside and saw it's eclectic, kind of boho, but also classy style, I knew it was what I was looking for. It truly is a space that can be made into what you want. It felt very open but also warm and welcoming if that makes sense. We got many compliments on the space from guests during the cocktail hour. Kim, our contact person, was fantastic to work with! Always available and incredibly responsive when I had a question. She was open to all my ideas and so helpful when I needed guidance. She was just so accommodating and went above and beyond for us! The space looked AMAZING when we got there and they let me and my husband see the banquet room decorated before it was opened to the guests.   We fell in love with Franklin Commons the instant we saw it! The venue is so spacious and unique. It's the perfect mix of industrial yet classy and has so many awesome backdrops for pictures. Kim Savino and the entire Drexelbrook Catering team exceeded every one of our expectations! Ray and Emily were EXCEPTIONAL on our wedding day - even our guests commented on how great the service was! Kim made the entire wedding planning process so easy and was so helpful every step of the way. The food was also amazing and all of our guests left very full!! My husband and I are so glad we chose Franklin Commons and definitely think this will be Phoenixville's "next big venue" in the upcoming years!   I am not one to write a perfect review, but these guys hit it out of the park! Kim and her team were 100% from day one. My wedding was end of July and ended up pouring. Half of our guests did not even know it effected the wedding because Kim and her team did such an amazing job setting up the indoor ceremony spot. It was also nice to have the covered walkway outside for cocktail hour even with the rain. My entire guest list raved about the food, especially the cocktail hour options. My family and I wanted for nothing the night of because the team was always checking in making sure we had food and a drink in hand. Kim was so kind and flexible in the beginning as well. My husband is in the military and there were many times we had to reschedule and change appointments around him. This venue as a location also offers so much. It was big enough for my 180 person guest list with room. Everything is clean and the natural light is amazing! I highly recommend this venue as well as Drexelbrook catering!

  WOW! We just had our wedding here on Friday 11/3, and it was perfect! First of all, their prices are extremely reasonable and include quite a bit (my sister is a chef, and she was impressed with how much we got with the standard prices)--we were also able to bring in our own alcohol, play our own playlist, and they were flexible with all of it. Kim is very responsive, and the day-of-staff Fatima and Craig were fantastic and very helpful. The space doesn't look like much from the entrances, but inside, it's so beautiful and you get indoor/outdoor space (with great backups in case of rain, which we didn't need!). Can't recommend them highly enough!

When we had our food tasting, she had personalized menus made for us and put on a special dinner. It was very evident through each meeting how important customer service is to her and her business, Drexelbrook Catering. On the day of the wedding, Kim and her staff were so incredible, they honestly left me speechless. Fatima and Craig did EVERYTHING and ANYTHING they could to make our day incredible. Fatima even helped figure out my bustle when we couldn't figure it out! Craig pulled my chair out for me every single time I went to sit down (which was a lot).   We could not have been happier with our decision to choose Franklin Commons as our reception venue. Kim was such a pleasure to work with! The entire team was one step ahead of the game the whole night! Not only was the staff incredible, but the space was set up beautifully. We got to take advantage of the outdoor courtyard for cocktail hour which our guests really enjoyed. There is plenty of parking, large restrooms, heating/AC, and the space is handicapped friendly. It was truly the best choice!

We had the wedding ceremony outside in the garden area and the reception in the indoor banquet area. The place is spacious and they utilized the area in a way that made it seem more intimate.   I absolutely loved my wedding at Franklin Commons. Kim and Danielle were our coordinators and they were amazing from start to finish. They were always available to talk by phone or email and usually responded to me within a few hours (sometimes minutes!). They made the planning process so easy and the reception was seamless. The staff at the reception was fantastic. Extremely professional, polite, and informed. There was always someone nearby offering to get me a drink and they also told me when dinner was served so I wouldn't miss it. My guests raved about the wonderful service and food. The interactive stations during cocktail hour were a big hit. At FC you have the option of providing your own alcohol. Kim gave us the name of a beer/wine distributor and a courier service to deliver it, so it was extremely easy and actually very affordable. The day before the wedding I met with Danielle to drop off my boxes of decorations. Danielle literally did the rest. I showed her what I had and she decorated the ceremony site, cocktail hour room, and main reception room. I was so impressed when I showed up for the wedding; it was perfect. Our ceremony was outside in their courtyard and it was beautiful. The courtyard is surrounded by very cool brick walls, nice landscaping and art statues and fountains. Inside the venue has a unique industrial feel with big windows to let in natural light. We had access to the entire venue which was the main reception room which led outside to the courtyard and a separate room for cocktail hour and deserts (separated from the main room by a removable wall divider). My guests loved that they had freedom to move around the rooms and outside. We looked at a few other venues in the area and Franklin Commons was not only my favorite because it was unique, but it was also the most affordable. I would absolutely recommend Kim, Danielle, and the whole staff at Franklin Commons.
