  Shlaya is absolutely amazing! She is so caring, calm, and awesome at her work! I couldn't think of a better person to help me plan an event! She truly is a gem and I strongly reccomend her to anyone!

  Shlaya is amazing! Open mind and listening ears. She is super passionate about her work/your big day and will make sure you have your picture perfect event. Also, very organized and calm...which means a ton during those stressful planning days.

  I had a last minute engagement party, and Shlaya with Frozen in Time Events did a beyond exceptional job, from the short amount of time to working well within our budget, she made us feel like we were very involved with the planning and if there was anything we had wanted she did everything she could to make it happen if it was feasible, an absolutely phenomenal experience and will recommend her to everyone we know.
