  Easy and Stress Free Wedding Day!

  We were incredibly fortunate to have Amanda plan and oversee our recent wedding celebration this past weekend, and we cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional team. From seamlessly incorporating Vietnamese traditions into our ceremony to handling unexpected cultural nuances with grace, Amanda demonstrated an unmatched level of professionalism that left both our families thoroughly impressed and deeply touched. What truly sets Amanda apart is her ability to handle unforeseen challenges with a calm and composed demeanor. When some last-minute mishaps occurred – a noticeable hole in my veil and my strap breaking in the middle of my father daughter dance – Amanda, with her cool and relaxed attitude quickly handled both emergencies by pulling out a needle and thread from her kit and then later pinning my dress back on. Additionally, she helped my family with missing seats and never skipped a beat on the reception timeline. Her coordination with over 15 different vendors showcased her meticulous attention to detail, leaving us with a smooth and stress-free celebration. We highly recommend Amanda and her team and are so thankful we found them!!!

  Absolutely Perfect

  I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Amanda and her team at Fete and Fig. They made sure our wedding was not only perfect but low stress. Amanda is a wonderful project manager and had everything planned to a T. It takes a wonderful project manager to make every vendor, participant, and guest feel important and at ease. Everything worked seamlessly and I couldn’t be happier. I wish I could do it all over again with Amanda helping every step of the way.

  Great for month and day-of coordination

  Amanda and Isabella were great to work with!! Isabella was an absolute rockstar for month-of and day-of coordination. The day already moves so quickly, and it was all perfect thanks to Isabella's organization and familiarity with the venue. Month-of was also awesome and so needed - that's when things really start to get crazy, and having Isabella handle the final touches made me feel so much calmer and reassured that the big day would be perfect (which it was)! Thank you to Amanda and Isabella for making our wedding day the absolute best day ever!

  Zero Stress Wedding Day

  I hired Fete and Figs for day of coordination and it was a fantastic decision! They started 6 weeks out and immediately tied up all the loose ends with our vendors. They hit the ground running and took initiative without me asking. As soon as Fete and Figs started, I felt my wedding stress plummet as I could tell the details were in in much more capable hands. I had absolutely no stress or worries on the day of the wedding... Amanda and her team were calm and collected, keeping the bridal party on schedule and everything moving along without any undertones of stress or hurry. I'm so glad I hired Fete and Figs, and can't recommend them enough!

  Phenomenal!

  I booked Fete and Figs for one month planning and day of coordination and it was so worth it! Savannah was our coordinator and she was simply amazing. She was so easy to work with and offered many helpful suggestions/tips. My husband and I had a fusion South Indian and Guyanese wedding ceremony and Savannah was up to the challenge! She eagerly jumped on calls with our Pandit (priest) and made sure she fully understood the cultures, religion, and symbolism behind every little detail. She made herself available to my family who had any questions and was extremely patient with them. The day of, she was perfection. From feeding me snacks, to making sure my husband and I got Polaroid pictures for our guestbook, to getting on her hands and knees to bustle my dress, to packing my overnight bags, and the list goes on and on, she was exceptional!!!!!!!! Savannah is truly a breath of fresh air and always calm, cool, and collected! If you are paired with her for your big day, trust that you will be in amazing hands! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Shannon is the best!

  Fete and Figs was recommended to us by our caterer (Sun In My Belly) and hiring them was the best decision we made. We selected the 1 month wedding coordination and it was exactly what we needed. Shannon was our coordinator and was 100% on top of all the details right from the start. She covered all the pieces that my wife and I hadn't even thought of and on the big day the only thing we had to do was celebrate.

  I don't know where to begin expressing how grateful we are Amanda and the Fete and Figs team! After my sister used Amanda for her wedding, I knew I had to hire Fete and Figs as soon as I got engaged.
  
  We purchased the full wedding planning package and I am so glad we did. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way, and this is all because of Amanda's incredible talent, expertise, and organization. We never felt like just another client - Amanda truly remembered every detail as if it were her own wedding. She attended every meeting and was responsive to any questions we had.

  We got married at Terminus 330 in September and it could not have gone as smoothly as it did without Isabella, our day of coordinator!! From the moment we met her, it was clear she knew her stuff. She was super professional, responsive, and personable throughout the whole planning process and made sure to address all of our questions and concerns. She has a very cool, calm, and collected vibe that made us feel at ease leading up to our wedding. Savannah took care of so much that we did not even think about, she handled all our vendors the day of and even beforehand.   You'll be glad you chose Amanda at Fete & Figs!

  Amanda is a fantastic planner who's responsive, proactive, and will take care of the details to plan your dream wedding. We had very little understanding of everything of the wedding planning process before we started working with Amanda and she was there with us the entire way from a year out. Without her, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy the most memorable day of our lives with the perfect Atlanta wedding at the Atlanta History Center / Swan House.

  Amanda is a fantastic planner who's responsive, proactive, and will take care of the details to plan your dream wedding. We had very little understanding of everything of the wedding planning process before we started working with Amanda and she was there with us the entire way from a year out. Without her, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy the most memorable day of our lives with the perfect Atlanta wedding at the Atlanta History Center / Swan House.

  Amanda and her team at Fete and Figs were absolutely incredible throughout the wedding planning process and during the day of event. I truly do not know how I would have planned a wedding without her! I purchased the complete wedding package which I would highly recommend. With this she provides you with resources for wedding planning including budget, timeline, etc. She is very respectful of wedding budget all the while providing information and realistic expectations for Atlanta weddings/vendors. For vendors she and her team would supply a handful of options (more if you requested) which made the process less overwhelming. She has great relationships with vendors, I received discounts on several of them (particularly caterer) which was amazing. She reviewed vendor contracts, kept all documents organized, was the point person of communication between vendors which was really invaluable. On wedding day Amanda was the most calm and if there was something that didn't go as planned I did not know about it! But really everything was perfect. Amanda and her team helped execute the perfect wedding day for us and I will be forever grateful! Would highly highly recommend!

  A literal angel on my wedding day!

  I hired Fete & Figs as a month-of wedding coordinator and was assigned Savannah Paramore as my lead planner. We had our intro meeting about 6 weeks out, and up until that point I was questioning why I hired a coordinator because I thought I could do it all myself. I got engaged while I was a student so I had all the time and flexibility I needed to plan my own wedding; I'm also a big time type-A control-freak so I didn't love the idea of handing responsibility off to someone else for such an important event. However, as soon as I started working with Savannah she changed my mind. She was so on-top of everything. Her attention to detail is unmatched, her preparedness for our conversations always impressed me, and she wasn't afraid to share a valuable opinion when asked. It truly felt like I had a partner going through the final stages of wedding planning, and I could enjoy that final month knowing that someone I trust was responsible for making sure things go as planned and it doesn't fall on me. The best value, however, was on the day-of. Savannah was there every step of the way anticipating & solving problems, managing all the vendors, and making sure everything was perfect so I could enjoy my wedding day.   Absolute pros

  Gosh, where do I begin?! I did not plan on getting a wedding planner. I booked my vendors on my own and was doing okay. Unfortunately, I dealt with some really tough issues with my venue, mainly stemming from some pretty poor communication skills on their end. Amanda *quite literally* saved the day - she went above and beyond to take the stress off of our shoulders and was our biggest advocate. She asked questions we would have never even known to ask, gave recommendations we never would have thought of, and had a solution to every problem we encountered. She and her assistant Audrey were TRUE professionals throughout our wedding weekend and were the most calming and confident presence… and also great hype girls. This team is the best, and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Unfortunately, I dealt with some really tough issues with my venue, mainly stemming from some pretty poor communication skills on their end. Amanda *quite literally* saved the day - she went above and beyond to take the stress off of our shoulders and was our biggest advocate. She asked questions we would have never even known to ask, gave recommendations we never would have thought of, and had a solution to every problem we encountered. She and her assistant Audrey were TRUE professionals throughout our wedding weekend and were the most calming and confident presence… and also great hype girls. This team is the best, and we couldn’t be more thankful!

  The Perfect Wedding Weekend!

  My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Savannah and several other members of the Fete & Figs team during our wedding weekend! Savannah began working with us about six weeks prior, and we cannot say enough good things about her. She's professional, she's responsive, she's BEYOND kind, she handled some last-minute curve balls... she's just an absolute joy to work with. On the day of the wedding, she and her team took care of literally everything. If something went wrong, we wouldn't know it! They oversaw everything and made sure that we stuck to our timeline, and they even packed up everything for us at the end of the night! We truly didn't have a care in the world other than just enjoying our wedding with our friends and family, and we cannot thank Savannah + team enough for that.   I hired Fete and Figs for day-of wedding coordination services as well wedding vision/planning. Initially I met and worked with Amanda who was able to create a beautiful, organized PowerPoint presentation of my whole wedding from basically me giving her a blank slate. She recommended my wonderful florist and I watched my dream come alive.
  I then began to work with Savannah who is much more than a ‘day-off’ coordinator! We began communicating about 6 weeks prior to the wedding and was so helpful and supportive. Where she really shined was the day of the wedding. She was so on everything. She knew where everything and everyone was supposed to be and made sure it happened. Most people have a ‘story’ about their wedding about what went wrong. I honestly don’t. If something went wrong, I have no clue because she just took care of everything effortlessly. And I can’t believe that was a small feat with as many moving parts as there were. Not even to mention, she made sure that everything was packed beautifully back up at the end of the night! Nothing was lost or misplaced!

  Fete and Figs is truly the dream team of wedding planners! They had several packages to choose from to fit exactly what I needed. I did partial planning and design. Amanda met with me and helped me figure out the perfect decorations, then assisted in coordinating vendors. She was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable, and responsive. My wedding coordinator leading up to the event and on-site was Savannah. I don’t even know where to begin with how wonderful Savannah was! Her and Kelly absolutely made my wedding day perfect. They were on top of everything from decor, to timelines, even running to get my wedding shoes I left at the hotel. I felt so at ease with the two of them there, and could not recommend the Fete and Figs team more. At the end of the night, they had already packed up my belongings for me and sent me off with a bottle of champagne and wedding cake. They truly went above and beyond!

  The Best Wedding Decision I Made

  I got engaged in February 2021, and as a type-A bride, I immediately wanted to choose our wedding planner. After doing phone interviews with several companies, I chose Amanda as our full-service wedding planner and I am SO glad I did. Within the first couple of weeks, we hit the ground running, touring numerous venues around Atlanta. When we were torn between two venues, Amanda created mock budgets for each so that we could easily see the pros and cons of both. After we nailed down our venue and wedding date of December 3, 2022, Amanda helped us choose all of our amazing vendors, taking the time to learn our personal preferences for each and sending us options within those styles (and within our budget). She also helped us curate our design vision for a romantic winter wedding and attended every vendor meeting with us. Throughout the planning process, Amanda was an invaluable sounding board, answering every text, call, and email I sent. She answered all of my questions, helped calm my worries and anxieties when they would spring up, and shared in our excitement. I already miss our planning texts and meetings.
  
  Our months of planning together culminated in a wedding day that was pure magic - truly the best, most fun, and most stress-free day of our lives. Amanda created a day-of timeline that ran so smoothly that it felt like I floated on a happy cloud from moment to moment. Our design vision was executed masterfully and with such attention to detail. There isn't one thing that we would change from our day.
  
  All of that is because of Amanda and Fete and Figs. I am so grateful that her planning created the wedding of our dreams. If I could do our wedding all over again (and believe me, I wish I could), I would choose Amanda as our planner every single time.
