    Calvina is a true professional. Her guidance and support made the entire experience stress free. Her skill with hair and make up is top notch. I would highly recommend Calvina.

    Calvina was simply great.
    She is gifted. I have never felt so beautiful in my life. After my trial, I just knew she would make me look gorgeous on this special. I am so happy to have chosen Calvina and her prices were very competitive. My make up was to die for; she really knows what she's doing. On the day of the wedding she came on time and got me ready right on time as well. She even helped me calm my nerve when I started freaking out.

    Calvina was amazing. I had my hair and make up trial 2 weeks before my wedding and when I saw the finished product I knew I made the right decision by choosing her. I don't wear makeup like that so I really didn't have an idea on what to ask for. I trusted her completely and when she finished I couldn't not stop staring at myself. My bridal party looked amazing Cavina and her staff did a great job.

    After Calvina Strothers had a career as a Newbury street stylist, she left to start her own company Gaude and Gold. With a ton of locations around the country, Calvina has done high fashion hair and makeup. All of this I didn’t realize until I was in her chair. You would never know it. She was so calm and relaxed. She listened to what I wanted. She was on so nice and dealt with my crazy family. My hairstyle looked amazing! I have naturally curly hair that’s super frizzy, and she made long ringlets fit for a wedding. Her prices were very reasonable. If you are a fabulous bride that wants the queen experience, you must go with Calvina, owner of Gaude and Gold.
