  So far it's going great!! Can't wait to taste the food! She's doing a Cajun chicken pasta Alfredo with green salad and rolls. She's doing a separate batch of pasta that is gluten free for myself and maid of honor. Will update more as we go!

  Grandma's House catered our wedding last weekend. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences we've had. Rhonda and Mario are a powerful duo. Rhonda is the quite force that keeps everything moving smoothly. Mario is a high energy grill-mater that everyone fell in love with. The food was DELICIOUS!!! I can honestly say, it was as close to perfect as it could have been. The wait staff they put together served the meal with graceful precision. The bartender took over the bar and made it her own. She was creative and generous with her mixology. At the end of the evening, we were planning our next event together. Perhaps a fundraiser, or another party with friends & family.

  I cannot tell you what these guys meant to us as they catered our wedding rehearsal. We put a lot on ourselves for this rehearsal and wedding, so Mario came into an organized circus. I realized that I had cut the dessert and and salad to save costs earlier thinking I would get my own dessert. Thus we ending up with a menu of two served appetizers and a sit down main course. - Not very memorable. What Mario did was MAKE THE DECISION (with my approval) to make everything as a sit down meal, reorganizing the apps and the main course as four courses served to us individually, one after the other. This made everything so much more intimate as he introduced each course and it's meaning. He and his crew were working in a very small area and never complained. Of all the decisions we made, this was my favorite. They also stayed for an hour afterwards and cleaned up and washed our own dinnerware for us. This is how you treat clients.
