More than beautiful!!! We had a "Message in a Bottle" for our beach wedding. When I received them they were bigger and more beautiful than what was shown on the website. I didn't have enough in my first order and months later had to reorder more. They were wonderful to work with and had a new shipment our within a couple of days.

BEWARE! Worst customer service ever! I ordered an engraved pen and case. The item arrived damaged..not from shipping, it was packed that way. I asked for a replacement/refund and was told a support ticket was created. After a week of no contact I inquired again and was ignored. After another week I opened a paypal dispute. They made me contact Hanson Ellis AGAIN. Again, no response escalated the claim with paypay. Hanson Ellis then sent me non-stop e-mails, some saying I haven't provided any documentation (I did; several photographs), others saying they would take care of the problem "if I retract my paypal dispute". Well, I'm not that stupid. Paypal made me send the item back, which I did. I even received an e-mail from H-E stating they received it. Then more e-mails telling me they'll refund my money once I delete the paypal dispute. Unfortunately, paypal is as retarded as H-E because they closed the case stating they couldn't confirm I had returned the item. Never mind I provided a tracking number, never mind I have an e-mail from H-E stating they received it. So I paid H-E $36 for a damaged item, spent $7 to send it back, and am now out $45 and have nothing for it. Please DO NOT trust this company!!!

Never order from this company! The item is expected to arrive within 7-14 days, but it's now three weeks and haven't arrived. I'm going away on a vacation today and don't have this gift with me to take. I called them and they picked up right away. They were willing to refund me 50%, but it doesn't matter because i don't have that special gift. I now have to go out and buy another gift last minute because they wasted my time with their delivery promises which they never meet.

For a gifts online store, I would think delivery timing is crucial as there are events people plan and depend on these items to arrive on time, but apparently they do not take it seriously! After reading from the rest of the posts, I don't even know when I will receive the gift anymore.

Avoid at all costs. Slow to process and ship (lots of excuses if you can reach them but that's difficult because they don't respond to emails or calls usually). And no surprise the order came wrong with a typo.

HansonEllis provided me with terrible customer service for an engraved glass alarm clock that I ordered. The engravement was sent incorrectly, and looked absolutely terrible. Tracy, at the customer service, did everything she possibly could to ensure that I would not receive a revised alarm clock without having to pay for it. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service that I was provided and will never use this website again.
