Before I even met my now husband, I knew I wanted liz to photograph my wedding one day. Luckily we met in the industry and have been able to work together for nearly 7 years. Her obvious talent of being able to capture the in the moment photos and perfect editing style to not take away from the beauty of the lands apes and colors of the people in the photos. We have recieved countless compliments from family and friends about her personality and artistic eye! From our engagement shoot, up until the wedding day - Liz was always available to communicate with us when we needed and made us feel comfortable during our shoots by simply just being us and having fun. She has so many cool ideas and shes so easy going and kind to everyone! We can't wait to have Liz continue to capture our journey in life and are so thankful she was able to capture one of the best days of our lives.Havana Photography's reply:

Wonderful experience with Liz!!
Liz was incredible to work with. SO easy going and communicative! She did such a beautiful job with our wedding photos and really understood the vibes we were looking for. She also made us feel super comfortable on the day, helping to recommend locations and poses, but also just letting us do our thing! If you’re looking for a wedding photographer in the NJ area, I highly recommend reaching out to Liz. -

Words can't begin to express how grateful we are to have found Liz as our wedding photographer. From our first email exchange, Liz was so warm, kind, and genuine. Her passion, creativity, and talent speak for itself. We had such a good time during our engagement shoot - she helped us pose and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. The process of planning our day and vision with Liz was so seamless. We're extra grateful we also got to work with Chris as our second shooter. They made an amazing team and had us laughing all morning. Our pictures came out breathtaking and even better than we could have imagined. We loved the journalistic style and attention to details. What made us love her even more, is her kind and genuine heart. I promise you will not regret booking with Liz.

Unbelievable- BOOK
As expected, it of course had to be hurricane weather on my predicted date for photos, Liz was so corruptive; I reached out in panic for several days (as annoying as I am) and she put up with it LOL but regardless. We ended up getting a beautiful day on the beach. My fiancé (the guy he is) was so cranky prior to it, Liz warmed him up and got him talking and we all had such a great time!!!! She made us feel like a million bucks, we had no experience but she said “just be yourselves” and had us stand certain ways and do certain things. Like WOW we only got a draft (cause it was yesterday) but I cannot wait for the ENTIRE album. Im so excited.Havana Photography's reply:

Nothing short of amazing!
Working with Liz was a breeze from the second we signed the contract. She was super responsive and answered all questions we had. The day of, she was an absolute JOY to work with. Her energy and positive vibes throughout the whole day made all the stress go away. She truly cares about her couples and is amazing at her craft! Our pictures came out absolutely beautiful and I would choose her and her team over and over over again! -

Liz is an amazing photographer and the nicest person. She was a pleasure to work with and made us feel so good on our wedding day. She directs you in the best way possible - and I needed direction! I am shockingly stiff on camera. Liz rocked our wedding photos and she did our engagement shoot too! Those photos were amazing and the perfect fall day.
Even though we are still waiting on our wedding photos (we're only 17 days into our marriage!), she killed it with the teaser she gave us. I gave her a list of shots that we wanted to get done BEFORE our ceremony and she got through them all. We wanted all our pictures done before the ceremony so we could enjoy cocktail hour with our guests. She took that list and ran with it. She even somehow got us all finished with the bridal party and BOTH sides of the family early and we were able to have a little more time with our bride and groom shots. What I really do and did appreciate about Liz is that truly listens to you and doesn't push you to do something for a shot. After the ceremony, I was just so pumped up and exhausted at the same time that I just wanted to eat and sit down before going out to cocktail hour. Liz asked if we wanted to get any more shots outside before the sun fully set and, while it may have made for an amazing picture, we were done at the moment. We said no and that was it. That might not seem like much, but to me, it meant a lot. We had a few minutes to collect myself before greeting guests and I appreciated her for that. Liz is amazing and I would 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. And I will be calling her in the future when I need a photographer! We love you Liz!Havana Photography's reply:

Liz and her husband are AMAZING!!! Best photographer in the business. I searched far and wide for a good photographer in a good price range. I couldn’t justify paying some of the prices I was seeing - what’s the difference in quality? Nothing. Liz does this because she has a passion for this and that is what sold me. She has a passion and it showed throughout the day. She has an amazing personality and we loved getting to know her throughout the process. We love our photos! The other thing about Liz is she goes above and beyond for her clients - I told her my vision of going to the beach for photos day of and when we did a final meeting at the venue she and I went on a scout and picked everything out and then day of her husband drove us to the beach and other offsite locations and got the best pictures. I am forever grateful!! -

I absolutely loved working with Liz. She did our engagement photos as well as our wedding. I’m usually very awkward with photos and attention but she made it a very comfortable experience. She’s fun to work with and has a great eye for lighting. I also appreciated how polite and patient she was with family members who were over an hour late for the photos and was able to get the shots we needed before the natural light was gone for the evening. I loved all of our engagement photos and am very excited to see the rest of our wedding photos. I highly recommend her work!Havana Photography's reply:

Elizabeth Polo is absolutely amazing at what she does! She knew all the right spots to stop and capture some amazing moments of you and your significant other. I had a dream for my save the date pictures and she way exceeded these expectations. She captures moments you wouldn't even think to take a picture of! We took our engagement photos over the weekend and it was so much fun, we wish we could do it again! Liz and Carlos are absolutely adorable and had us laughing all day long!
